Központi helyen, jó közepes hotel

Nagyon jó helyen van, mindenhez közel.

Kicsit nehézkes a megközelítés építkezések, lezárások miatt, de ez nem a szálloda hibája. Igaziból nincs parkolója, a MQ nyilvános parkolójában lehet parkolni napi 30 euróért. Átlagos szállás, inkább 3, mint 4 csillagos színvonal.

Professionalità e pulizia da rivedere. Prenotata la struttura 3 mesi prima, ci viene comunicato il giorno precedente all’arrivo, che avremmo dovuto fare il chek-out con un giorno di anticipo. Non è stata prevista nessuna compensazione per il grande disservizio.

Nice hotel with room for improvement

Very nice room for a short stay great. Checkin very simple, nice lady at the reception. Breakfast was alright, nothing too fancy.

Checkout was very weird. The lady really had no manners and no clue. I gave her the room card back and all she said was please pay €.... And then after paying she said absolutely nothing. No "how was your stay" "have a good trip home" etc.... Also I didn't get a receipt, maybe my payment landed on her bank account, who knows. The view from the room was horrible, our window looked into another wall with a little round window to the stairway.

We loved staying at this hotel.

It was very convenient! The road along side the hotel was quiet. The bed was super comfortable. Clean room and spacious. Christoph, the bar tender, was awesome! Very friendly, helpful, and great customer service. The front office staff were also very polite. We were thankful to have air conditioning, as it was very hot while we were there.

Hallways seemed to need some carpet updating; we had a light fixture from the ceiling, hanging down about 6 inches as it must have fallen from its recessed position in the ceiling. Room 523. Also, to close the draperies, which were very long and tall vertically, the pull bar to open/close the drapes separated from the top of the draperies so it was a little awkward opening and closing the drapes. But quite trivial in the big picture.

Clean, comfortable, well located

Well located hotel with an underground station nearby. Very friendly check in desk in, concierge & breakfast staff, who were all very helpful. Nice large quiet & comfortable room & an excellent choice for breakfast.

The single duvets on a double bed was unusual, but we got the same in our next hotel.

Service was exceptional! We would definitely come back and stay if ever back in Vienna!

Judy at the front desk was a dream! She took the time to make dinner reservations for us and show us how to navigate the city, she also made sure we got the twin separate beds my friend and I needed to stay friends🤣! She alone made our stay most pleasant. The room was spacious and the room fridge was very handy as well. We liked that the hotel was in a quiet section but close enough to shops coffee and restaurants.

Gute Lage, aber unachtsamer Nachtportier

Zentrumsnahe und eigentlich sehr ruhige Lage.

Leider gab es jedoch eine erhebliche Lärmbelästigung durch Hotelgäste, die mitten in der Nacht über Stunden laut palavernd vor dem Hotel standen und vom Nachtportier nicht daran gehindert wurden, obwohl er dieses Verhalten wahrgenommen haben musss. Ein Schlafen mit offenem Fenster war somit unmöglich.

Καλή τοποθεσία, ήσυχη περιοχή, καλό κατάλυμα!

Το πρωινό ήταν ποιοτικό και πάρα πολύ νόστιμο με αρκετή ποικιλία, αν και γενικά στις κύριες επιλογές ήταν επαναλαμβανόμενο! Η περιοχή πολύ κεντρική, 5 λεπτα με τα πόδια από τον σταθμό μετρό Volkstheater και δευτερόλεπτα με τα πόδια από την στάση του τραμ Stiftgasse, και γενικώς κοντά σε κάποια από τα αξιοθέατα της Βιέννης με τα πόδια! Γενικά, η Βιέννη έχει πολύ καλό σύστημα συγκοινωνιών! Το προσωπικό σε όλο το ξενοδοχείο ήταν ευγενέστατο! Οι παροχές δωματίου (καφές, σαμπουάν) πολύ καλές! Επίσης, στο ξενοδοχείο επικρατούσε πολύ ησυχία, καθόλου εσωτερικοί και εξωτερικοί θόρυβοι!

Τα μαξιλάρια δεν ήταν και τα πιο βολικά, όπως και τα σκεπάσματα ήταν ατομικά και κάπως οριακά σε μέγεθος! Το κρεβάτι-καναπές ήταν αρκετά άβολο, αν και μεγάλο σε μέγεθος! Θα ήθελα να υπήρχε κατά την πρώτη μας άφιξη ένα δωρεάν μπουκάλι νερό!

Всё отлично, кроме уборки номеров.

Ресепшен на высшем уровне. Симона, Андреа, Дарья, Мишель, Оксана- эти девушки отлично работают! Душа отеля бармен Алексей! Человек внимательный, добрый, с настроением делал не свою работу, во многом помог, подсказал, всегда с удовольствием отвечал на вопросы!

Не понравилось как убирают номера! Возле столика были крошки, их не пропылесосили, мы говорили на ресепшен , девочки записывали нашу просьбу тщательно пропылесосить номер. Я уверен , что просьбу передавали, но было бесполезно, мы не стали говорить. И когда мы уезжали, крошки так и лежали на полу. Унитаз тоже судя по всему за 10 дней не разу не мыли.

Window room was facing a wall, which made it very unpleasant. This is not acceptable in this price range. The room infrastructure is also outdated and very dark.

Comfortable base for central Vienna

Perfect location just off Vienna's central ring. Friendly and efficient staff.

Like so many big hotels, it could have been quieter. Thicker walls and more effort on closers that prevent doors banging would have been welcome. I've been in many hotels that were much noisier, but still I was woken a few times by other guests.

A great place to stay near the Museum Quarter

The hotel is indeed superb. First the location, it is in a quiet place, just about 10 minutes walk to major museums, underground, etc... Clean, tidy, and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. Room facilities were very useful for a three nights stay. WiFi was very fast. There were stands to conveniently open two suitcases - couples will love it. The room was spacious.

WiFi, being fast, was not secured by a password. This poses a cyber-security risk. Geeks like me may find this worrisome. The mattress was a bit saggy.

Once in the hotel it was very nice for what it was. High marks on everything but, possibly, one staff member.

ADA-type accessibility has not reached Europe. Before booking this hotel I wrote them, told them that I had arthritis and joint problems, and needed an elevator alternative to stairs. Once inside the hotel there was an elevator, but there were 6 or 7 tall marble steps and heavy glass doors to struggle up with my luggage, with no doorman or porter. At least one set of the doors was "automatic" on a timer, and as I was pulling my luggage up the steps the time allotted to go through the doors expired. Then I couldn't get the doors to re-open. The young male desk clerk was looking in my direction but didn't seem to notice the problem I was having.. Finally I knocked on the doors , and he came from the desk to push a button and open them. There was one more step to go up to get through those doors and as I struggled with the luggage I think he became ashamed of his inattention to my situation and offered to help with my bags. I gratefully accepted the offer. The luggage I had with me was not excessive: 1 standard rolling overhead bin bag: 22"x15"x6" and a similar sized soft tote, but after 3 spinal fusions and a knee replacement, I am no longer the Amazon I once was. To have an experience like this after writing to the hotel saying, in essence, "I have this problem, can you accommodate me?" seems insensitive to the customer to the point of cruelty. The hotel also gets a demerit for the killer-shower configuration we saw in several hotels in Northern Europe. These consist of narrow bathtubs about 18" tall with hinged shower partitions that extend about half the length of the tub. There is no further enclosure to the shower. Unless you are extremely cautious while using the hand-held shower head the floor gets soaked. There are no safety grips on the tiled walls of the tub-showers and of course the glass partition offers no support as you try to step out onto the wet floor.

Nice break in a lovely city , with lots to do and see.

Location was good, , a 10 min walk to museum quarter , breakfast was acceptable, worth having as breakfast in this area is expensive, room was comfortable as were the beds. Staff were happy to help .

Thie area the hotel is in does not have a large choice for food styles, mainly typical Austrian and expensive.
