The home was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed. The owners/property reps were super responsive and helpful. We didn’t have hot water at first, but they did everything they could to immediately rectify the situation.
Highly recommend staying here!!

We rented this house for our large group and the host was great, pool was amazing, although we were only able to use it one day because it got cold. The rooms were clean, beds were very comfortable. Having a bathroom in every room was great as well!
Would totally recommend this place for anyone that is looking to visit New Orleans with a big group!

My group of 16 stayed at this house and it was a great spot for us. It was fun staying in a historic home and it looks even better in person. This house is very spacious and could have comfortably fit 18. Each of my guests appreciated the en suite bathrooms.
Pros:
Any messages I had sent leading up to or during the trip were responded to nearly immediately. Management of this space was great and made me feel confident staying here.
The tram is so convenient we used public transportation primarily to get around. When we did call uber/lyft all the drivers in the area knew of this house because how it stands out.
Bedrooms had firm memory foam mattresses, and each room was unique, modern and clean.
Plenty of seating for big groups in the common area, and kitchen was stocked with plenty of dish ware and utensils.
The house area was just far enough away from the busy downtown area that it felt safe and quiet.
Pool area already looked awesome (esp. at night) and new furniture was moving in after we left.
Cons:
This area is quiet except for the occasional ambulance sirens that went on throughout the night d/t it being right next to a hospital. Surprisingly, my guests and I did not notice it making a problem for our sleep.
The third floor room is an attic space so it does get warmer than the other floors when the heating is on.
Some guests mentioned having to run the water a little bit longer to get hot water for the showers.

There were 15 of us staying in the house. Each couple had their own comfortable bedroom and en suite bath, which was perfect. The pictures online accurately depict the actual conditions. The tastefully restored house was spotlessly clean with plenty of space for all of us to gather. There are interesting books on the coffee table about the history of the house. We loved the pool and backyard, especially in the evenings after a day of sightseeing. It was easy to take the street car to the French Quarter and the Garden District. We heard a little bit of traffic noise, but it did not prevent us from sleeping. Ear plugs solved any issues. The house itself was quiet and we didn’t hear anything between rooms. It would have been nice to have a couple close restaurants but we did find a neighborhood market for essentials. Highly recommend for a group of friends or a family gathering.

First of all this property is beautiful. You can tell there has been so much history dating back to the 1800's. One of my favorite properties I have ever stayed at in the past 10 years.
We had a group of 13 and were able to all sleep comfortably. Bathrooms in every bedroom made getting ready a snap. Great outdoor pool area to relax during the hot weather.
Location is good, but there is not much around the house. This was great for us as we didn't want our noise reaching neighbors.
15 min walk to French Quarters, just be careful at night.5-15 min Uber anywhere you need in town.

8 friends came together and enjoyed good food and fun times. This house was perfect for us. Pool was great space was excellent.

This house comfortably slept 14 of us for a long weekend and could have easily slept 16 without ever feeling cramped. The quality of the house was even better than the pictures and the pool was a necessity given the July temperatures, and we were very close to the French Quarter.
Lastly the host was very responsive to my emails throughout our stay. I’d recommend this listing to anyone visiting.

So as usual, most VRBO’s in New Orleans have wonderful uniqueness and this one did not disappoint. After dealing with a few items, we settled in very nicely and it was smooth sailing. Landlords were very attentive every step of the way on this one. Location is a bit of an “island” just outside the FQ, but position was beneficial. Lots of stairs it using all the bdms. Kitchen, BBQ, Towels and linens were top notch. We had fun!

I stayed here with a group of 11. The house fit our group well. We didn’t have a chance to utilize the pool, but it looked clean. The house is by itself on a block, which is nice because we weren’t too concerned about making noise. There isn’t much around the house, so you’ll need to ride share to your destination. The house is located on a busy street right next to a hospital, so you might have trouble sleeping if you’re a light sleeper.

Great house for a large group, and excellent pre-stay communication and organizational help from the owner and team.

A group of 13 of us stayed at this house to celebrate 3 of our 30th birthdays. From the booking to the check out process and everything in between, we could not have had a more enjoyable and relaxing stay! It was absolutely phenomenal. We were in complete awe walking from room to room and taking in the beauty of each space. One room was better than the next and the house was a perfect fit for a large group. Our group was all women, so having a bathroom for each room was an unbelievably awesome perk for us. I truly can’t say enough about the beauty of the home, the walkability to all the touristy spots, the friendliness/attentiveness/accommodation of the host, etc. It was just an all around wonderful experience and we had the best time in NOLA! I am so thrilled we found this property because it truly did enhance the experience of the entire trip staying here, there’s no doubt about it. I can’t recommend this property enough :)

This house is beautiful. We were a group of nine woman who throughly enjoyed our stay. We sat around the large kitchen table every night. Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms in this 3 story stunner! Across the street from a street car stop. Large groups or multiple families would love this home. Easy to rent and fast response to communication. Highly recommend.

The property was not only exactly as advertised, but even better! We enjoyed our wonderful stay in this historic home and appreciated the book about the history of the house. The location was great and a short drive to the French Quarter. Each room pretty much had it’s own bathroom, which is such a plus especially traveling with a big group. The host was very responsive and even messaged to make sure we checked-in comfortably. I would definitely recommend staying this beautiful historic home!

Perfect for Large Groups
Everything about this house was above and beyond - it was more beautiful than the photos (somehow), it was spotless, the history was incredible, and the house manager was really communicative and made our check-in and stay a breeze. We hosted a reunion weekend for 15 and even with such a large group were accommodated seamlessly. Every couple had their own bathroom and enough space that we didn't feel on top of each other. The history of the home was so fun to learn about from the custom coffee table books, and the homeowners did a beautiful job preserving its details (check out the walls in the billiards bedroom - incredible). The pool and backyard area were also a good size for an afternoon of lounging. The home's proximity to Bourbon St. was a draw for us as a group of adults (and this is one of few homes near Bourbon that can comfortably accommodate a group of our size), but I wouldn't recommend walking the surrounding neighborhood much as I do think you get some run-off from that area. We were perfectly happy taking a 4 minute Uber down Canal to get there. I'd 100% stay here again.

Incredible property!
Quintessential New Orleans home that’s been sufficiently modernized. Location makes it walkable to so many places. Tons of space for large groups. You don’t need to be overly concerned about your noise level because there are practically no neighbors would recommend and stay again!

Beautiful house & great location
My group had an amazing vacation and everyone was very impressed by the house! Comfortably fit my group of 15 and house was in a great location not far from the Main attractions in NOLA. Host had great communication throughout the entire process. Pool was a bit smaller than we were expecting, but it was still nice for cooling down! Overall, we would definitely stay here again!

Great communications. Exceeded our expectations in every way. If you have a large crowd visiting NOLA this is the place!
