We enjoyed staying on the Seawall in Galveston, it was a perfect weekend with the dogs and the beach was right there and everything within walking distance. It was the first time in the area and we will definitely be back again.

Very clean unit. Excellent ocean view. Had to walk across extremely busy 4 lane street to get to beach. Very Adequately equipped. Bed/mattress very comfortable & clean. Unit not ready when we arrived, owner gave discount. AC wasn’t working well. Owner was quick to attempt repair. Condo building was disappointing. Needed “polish”. Only 1 elevator working. We left early due to multiple issues.

While our experience with our hosts was great, the maintenance of the overall condo building was lacking. The automatic front lobby doors were broken, so we had to push them open and close. They were heavy and not to mention very inconvenient due to carrying supplies to go to the beach. One of the elevators was broken. This caused waits at the bottom and top, especially during check in and check out. According to the residents, the elevator being broken is a common occurrence. Finally, the office staff was unprofessional. She repeatedly yelled at us and others about washing off before going in the pool . She stated she was " tired of getting sand out of pool."

Booked to relax in the hot tub when fam was at beach. No hot tub on property as listed their was. Figured id take a hot bath then. Tub didnt work. Family had fun thats all that matters. Nice condo with great view. Nice guys too

This was an amazing condo with a fabulous view of the ocean! We met the owners and they were fantastic and provided us with recommendations of the best restaurants and places to go. Enjoy my stay across from the Ocean, Galveston is a beautiful location all year round. Was so please with the location, the manager was very friendly in getting me into the room ASAP, and the young woman in the office by the front desk was very friendly as well. Also, the night front desk gentlemen was friendly and I thank him for his service to the great country. Our next trip we will stay at this location again for sure. Thanks to all the Management, staff and crew and God Bless you all.

The condo is perfect for a couple on a getaway from it all. We have a dog, and because they accepted her, that is one of the reasons we chose it. Lovely decor; By the Sea staff are friendly and easy going; and owners Brett and David are helpful and readily available. Would absolutely come back.

The condo was just like presented in the description. The owners came and throughly cleaned the condo from top to bottom. I have never been in a cleaner rental than this. The view of the gulf was amazing. Being able to have our dog with us made our trip too. Anyone who stays here will not be disappointed. Thanks to our hosts, Dax and Brett.

It was a great view, only thing is that check in was at 4 pm. Room was not ready. We stayed until they cleaned it which put us 2 hours behind sightseeing and eating dinner. They host was friendly but waiting 2 hours was tiring! And this was a first for us to book a condo!

This condo is in a great location, right across the street from the beach - Super easy to walk across and be on the beach! The condo was very clean, bed was comfy, and we had plenty of space for our stay. We enjoyed the balcony that looked out to the Gulf. If you are light sensitive at night, you might want to bring a sleep mask because there is a security light that stays on in the corridor outside the bedroom window.

My wife and I came to HOU a day early for her 3-month checkup at MD Anderson and decided to stay a day on the beach to sample the Gulf Coast ocean view, which we got in spades. The condo was exactly as stated, with a full view of the ocean from our 6th floor balcony. Brett was very attentive to all our needs. Thanks for the excellent accommodation.

The view is stunning! This condo is beautifully decorated, has luxurious linens, and the bed is super comfy. The ice machine is awesome! The condo was not ready when we arrived, but Brett and Dax arrived shortly and cleaned it impeccably. They even refunded our cleaning fee because they were late. Dax gave special hugs and attention to our sweet puppy, Honey Blue. Thanks guys for a great stay!

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and loved every minute of our weekend getaway. The condo was so clean and is decorated so beautifully! It has a perfect view of the ocean and we really enjoyed sitting on the patio and listening to the waves. We found this cozy condo spotlessly clean and well equipped for our visit to Galveston. It is an older building, but don’t let that deter you. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful and we ran into the owners upon our arrival who were very welcoming. Access to the beach is directly across the road and a few restaurants and Wal Mart are an easy walk away. We would definitely stay here again.
