Das ich nicht selbst fahren konnte 🤨 musste leider Ersatzgäste wegen kurzfristiger Erkrankung schicken.

Unkompliziert und sauber

Wir hatten das kleine Zimmer mit 25qm gebucht, da es hier aber kurzfristig zu Reparaturarbeiten kam, wurden wir vom Vermieter auf das große Studio umgebucht, ohne Mehrkosten. Super einfach und unkompliziert. Das keyless-Einchecken ist toll und die Lage, gerade zur Weihnachtsmarktzeit in Chemnitz topp und man hört nichts. Zum Aus- und Einladen kann man im Hinterhof super halten und das Rosenhof-Parkhais ist keine 50m entfernt. Für gerade mal 8€ Tagespreis steht das Auto sicher und trocken. Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Allerdings sind 1,40m für ein Doppelbett kein Schlafkompfort. Obwohl die Größe auch ehrlich in der Beschreibung erwähnt wird. Da wir im Studio dann aber noch Couch und Gästebett hatten, haben wir getrennt geschlafen. Hier sollte wirklich nachgebessert werden. Ebenfalls wäre eine Fußmatte und ein Besen noch super gewesen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, danke.

Super Lage,direkt in der Innenstadt.

Das Appartement hat das Nötigste allerdings wirklich nur das Nötigste was man braucht.Sie ist sehr spärlich eingerichtet was wir gut fanden.Es gab keinerlei Reinigungsmittel,wie einen Schwamm oder Besen oder etwas Spüli.

Missing insect nets on the windows. Without airco hard to get proper temperature inside without option to open windows and do not atract insect to go inside. Can be fixed easily and not always needed.

Once you find it and get in, it's perfect

Great location, free upgrade (balcony), clean, very quiet at night (pedestrian area), very central but still walking distance from the station. City so much nicer than expected!

Hard to find at night (entry located behind a column that says no 12-19 (appartment is in no 11). There are two cafes with almost the same name (cafe rosenjof + cafe am rosenhof which both have an ajacent passage) so we were in the wrong passage first, which leads to no 2-10.... No 24 hour reception but self-check in, so no help available. Lock did not work the first time but nobody could be reached to help.as sevice via phone is only available till 8 pm. Managed to get in after five increasingly frantic tries. Once we were inside, everything was super.

I liked everything in the apartment. Everything was clean and new, well cleaned. It was important for me to be able to wash my clothes and cook for myself. the apartment had a washing machine, iron, ironing board, dryer. I was very happy when I found not only dishes and an electric kettle in the kitchen, but also a toaster, coffee maker, coffee. There were extra towels, an extra blanket and a pillow. It's great that there was television and quality Wi-Fi. Overall, I had a great time and was happy to choose this apartment.

fabulous apartment

A very modern and clean apartment directly located in the city of Chemnitz. The kitchen equipment is perfect- you can find everything you need for everyday life. The host was super friendly and helpful. I’m definitely coming back for sure.
