Location was very close to A28 autoroute
The room was small and the bathroom was very cramped. The best I could say about the food was that it was mediocre and overpriced with very limited choice

Le petit déjeuner était correct mais l'œuf au plat becon servi dès notre arrivée à table, c'est très moyen, un œuf froid n'est pas très digeste !
2 tartines serait souhaitable.
Le petit déjeuner, à améliorer

We booked a table for dinner only to find the owners and chef had gone on holiday 10 days before. The front of house said there were other places 800 metres into town where we could eat. Unfortunately all we’re closed as their owners were also on holiday. We ended up buying a basic meal from SuperU!!
No restaurant. If we’d known there was not going to be a restaurant we would have cancelled if we had not already was already paid for the reservation On walking in to the rest of the village all the other eateries were also closed for family holidays.

only slept there, did not consume any food.
the parking was opposite the hotel, free and quiet, great. I didn't want to book in town as I wanted to avoid traffic, all this was accomplished.
no interference with any humans at all, that's strange

The hotel was very well located for our visit to Le Mans. The small village centre is lovely for a drink and something to eat at Cafe Marie, although it did shut early which was a little disappointing, considering it's the only bar in the town. The room was very clean and comfortable.
On arrival we could not get in and didn't know we needed a code to the front door and had to make a phone call. The room was smaller than we are used too and the bathroom very small but adequate for the few nights we were there. No tea/coffee making facility in the room.

Warm welcome and staff service at breakfast. Make sure you pre book. We arrived on Sunday and so there is an automated check in system with a key code which worked well but some warning would have been useful. See below
We checked in on a Sunday. During the afternoon we received an MMS providing us with an access code and instructions to collect keys and where to park the car. In essence the hotel is closed on a Sunday so there is no one around. A little more information that this was the process would have been useful.

The bar was appreciated after a long day. The restaurant meal was excellent.
Breakfast very poor, no choices, not value for money .

very little to like about this place. They dont really want to be running the hotel and could not even be bothered to be there on arrival or departure
Very poor. More hostel (and a poor one at that) than hotel.
Arrived and NO ONE at hotel. We were sent a code for front door by text. Had to call to get access to car park despite booking.
Hotel empty, all doors locked with our key left on reception. Hotel room freezing cold and very very basic. Heatring inadequate and was off completely on arrival. Radiator had not warmed room by next morning, really cold. No staff in whole building on arrival or when we left, no facilities for food.
Beds very uncomfortable
Advert picture does not show property is adjacent train line and next to rail crossing. Trains running through the night

Good parking, easy location, good clean basic hotel
Double bed in room 10 was incredibly soft and sagged in the middle - both my husband and I slept terribly! New mattress needed!!! At 3:30am I moved into a small camp bed in our room and it was another extreme like sleeping on cement!! Zombie the next morning due to lack of sleep, not ideal given we had a lot of driving that day. Also room 10 is the side of the train line which wakes you up. This was our 2nd stay and we were v happy the 1st time around with a different room.

Basic but has everything you need and its clean. Bit strange on arrival that no one was there at reception but quickly resolved and got into the property with key waiting for us. Breakfast was great for Eur9.
No one at reception and place locked on arrival!

Good simple breakfast with excellent coffee for a very reasonable price. Evening meals are home cooked wholesome affairs also for a very good price.
The room was small but very recently refurbished, very clean with a comfortable bed, high quality bed linen and a small but exceptionally clean and fresh bathroom.
The staff I met were very friendly, welcoming and professional. This hotel is excellent value for a relaxing overnight stopover not far from the motorway or town.
