Hôtel facile d'accès et bien agréable

Accueil très agréable. Personnel disponible Chambre simple et fonctionnelle Petit déjeuner complet et varié

Cloison un peu fine. Voisin indélicat mais l'hôtel n'y était pour rien

Je viens régulièrement à Caen . J’ai besoin d’un lieu calme et confortable , proche de mon lieu de travail .

J’ai eu une fois un problème d’odeurs de canalisations

Je n’ai dormi que 2 nuits j’en ai payé 3, j’avais fait une erreur en m’inscrivant. La douche est même pas minuscule, c’est une schtroumpfs douche. Le battant des toilettes dégoûtant.

Superb

The manager was accommodating and friendly. There was a secure place to put my bike. Rooms were clean and breakfast simple but plentiful.

good overnight friendly stop in a great location

we read a lot of negative reviews and we were surprised how good it was for the money. The room was adequate in size and so was the shower room. Not big but adequate. Welcome was excellent as was most advice, especially re parking just around the corner on road 2 eu for the whole night.

The restaurant downstairs was not great. We recommend the short walk to the boats where ther are nice locations. Like we say just a tad small but fine for a night

Good location close to the city center, in a side not very busy street. Close to public transport. Relatively cheap hotel. Old building.

Hear other hotel guests hard - poor sound insulation in the old building. You can hear everything, it's hard to sleep when others are making noise. I hate the fungus in the bathroom, and this one was big and black, I hate bathing in such a fungus. Replacing the silicone with a new, clean one is not an expensive undertaking, the hotel owner could take more care of the appearance of the bathrooms. I don't expect great comforts from a cheap hotel, but it could be more clean.

Good position in the city center, room is basic, clean and quiete.

There is not lift, the room is quite dark

excellent stopover location on the way to Brittany

we loved the location and the precise descriptions from the staff. service was impeccable and the breakfast value well above the 7 EUR pp we paid!

the bed was too soft for us and quite noisy.

During this scorching summer, the third floor room was🔥🥵.

Good central location. Reasonable breakfast. Price (reflected below).

No lift or air conditioning.

Great for a overnight stop in Caen.

Central location, very near the castle & lots of restaurants. Also walking distance of the waterfront. Secure bike storage was very welcome, and extra glazing noise proofed the busy town. Very good value and a low cost.
