We went out as much as possible because we didn’t want to stay in that room 😃

The “pretend curtain” which is a strap of a curtain on the side of the balcony door. It made us laugh for a half an hour. Also the air conditioner was a life saver.

My money got stolen. I forgot my wallet in the hotel room and when I came back later the money was gone :)) They don’t even sweep the floors. There’s dust everywhere. The pillows and the mattress are just some hard foam. Low water pressure in the shower.

Bene per chi ha poche necessità

Vicinanza con la stazione e prezzo convenienti

Struttura parecchio datata, ma il prezzo è congruo. I cuscini però sono indecenti!

Ottimo per soggiorni di passaggio

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel una sola notte, perché sono arrivato in città a mezzanotte e sarei dovuto ripartire la mattina presto. La posizione è eccezionale per situazioni di questo tipo, è praticamente incollato alla stazione, la stanza grande e pulita.

Il bagno era pulito, non eccezionale ma in linea con il costo e il tipo di struttura.

Horrible.

I didn't like anything it was horrible

It's was horrible The location is dangerous. Full of drugs dealers and all the comes with it The hotel didn't even offer water in the room when arrived and we had to wait for 4 hours to check in The AC didn't work at all and the wi fi didn't work 2 days out of 3. The bed mattress sinked in like it never been replaced The shower head was old and dirty. It was vacation for hell. We have asked to move to a different hotel and they refused. We were harrested a few times while walking out in the evening. This hotel is horrible.

Poor experience

The only things about this hotel were the friendly staff and the relatively good location, in terms of accessibility for transportation

During my stay I kept on wandering how this hotel has 3 stars, because the walls inside the room were dirty, there were spiderwebs hanging in the corners, the furniture was old, the edges of the bathroom mirror were rusty, broken hairdryer, bedsheet with holes. In addition to that it is located near the central station, full of shady people, thus not really recommandable to hang out alone late nights.

Very close to Naples’s central station and Garibaldi line 1 metro station.

Like all European central stations, Naples’s is a magnet for all sorts, not all of whom are friendly or above board. You really need to keep your wits about you.

Lovely staff that made the experience a lot more enjoyable than it might have been.

The hotel itself is beautiful and has a really nice feel to it.

The toilet did not work properly and the issue was not solved during our stay.

location. dirty streets. vagrants drinking on the stoop. broken bottles, trash, graffiti. not the hotels fault just Naples is a crap hole and should be avoided. worst city I’ve ever visited.

Quiet hotel, close to station, 100 metres away, late check in facilities, I arrived close to midnight, 5 min quick check in

Everything was OK, could not turn off ac as its controlled by reception for the whole hotel, this system is being changed soon, as individual ac is being installed in each room
