Ideal für eine Zwischenübernachtung. Sehr freundliches Personal, kostenloser Parkplatz.

Große helle Zimmer, modern, sauber, sehr stylisch und einfache Kommunikation

Das Frühstück war etwas enttäuschend. Auch in dem hoteleigenen Restaurant wäre etwas mehr Auswahl auf der Karte schön gewesen. Da kann man besser in der Umgebung etwas snacken.

undortunately this was not up to mark for the price I paid…

roof top with pool and bar

pools closes at 7pm.too early for such prices in fine cuisine, service was lacking. no wines by the glass from the menu.another bulgarian waiter approaches to suggest wines not on menu which was not really matching the dishes.Fish dish ws good.The other two were cold - yhat tells me mounting the dish has taken longer.Desserts were amazing. For only 3 tables inside the restaurant there were at least 20 staff - looked very disorganised, no manager ? could not tell who was waiter and who a chef/ cook..very bizzare concept.asking for simple thing like espresso in the morning was like mission impossible :) could not find the coffee beans, milk, etc…

Used to be a great place, but..

-> I asked for extra pillows but didn't exist (even though they confirmed it) -> They require passport of the visitor (even though the main visitor is me and they already have all my details), there are privacy issues guys.. -> They charged the room in my card before I even arrive at the hotel (even though I had asked to be charged during the checkout) -> The shower handle was missing (!) -> The refrigerator/fridge was missing (!) -> The bar is almost never open (anytime I book this hotel, there is an excuse for it being closed) -> The LED strip light on the desk mirror is not working properly -> Every time I book in this hotel, I receive a message that they cannot guarantee a parking space. I didn't have any problem yet, but.. guys.. when you travel from another country by car, you cannot play with possibilities on whether you should find a parking space or not.

A great place to spend a few days in Sofia if you are not interested in the city center!

Great room, super staff, availability of charging station for carshare spark. Really a bit expensive and it's not usual. But I booked the room on black Friday so it was fine.

I did not like that there was no shower head in the shower, but only a rain shower and there was no refrigerator in the room, which was indicated in the room description ob bookind.com. But I overlooked the information about the refrigerator, so we drank beer at room temperature. There is a bar on the 9th floor, but no draft beer there.

Good choice for Sofia

Big and comfortable bed but not for three people. Minimal design and quite clean. Very good hairdryer in the bathroom. Kids really liked the puffy chairs and the spoon stool. Very good place for coffee at the bar downstairs. Free parking but limited seats. Very good connection to the city center by tram, it has tram stop just in front of the hotel.

They could have an extra bed for children. The heating system in the room was not working properly.

I had a great stay

Everything is brand new, staff is friendly and speaks English. Bed was comfortable. Great all around. Even was able to find street parking nearby which is nothing short of a miracle in Sofia.

Some minor inconveniences: no fridge and no power outlet in the bathroom.

Definitely come again to try the restaurant food

The staff we always welcoming, helpful, even the restaurant staff were so apologetic that we couldn't be seated, as it was too late. The rooms were very clean and smart.

Maybe better parking, provide free breakfast regardless of level of booking.

The hotel of hell or just a bad bad luck?

Very good location and easy access to public transport. Great modern/vintage concept of the hotel with great little touches too! Quirky in a good way. Spacious, clean and tidy. Not just the hotel but the rooms too. The front office/reception manager was extremply polite and helpful. I do like and prefer a relaxed atmosphere but I thought the rest of the reception staff were a bit too relaxed but still helpful and provided good service. I personally still prefer it this way rather than facing super serious and stiff people. Very good breakfast with a good choice of food and drinks. The waiter /I didnt get HIS name/ was very cheerful and helpful.

No hand wash in the bathroom No shampoo/showe'r gel No bath matt/floor towel and you can easily slip No slippers 1 towel short in my opinion as I need 1 for my body, 1 for hair /as mine is long/ and 1 for face. When I asked if I could get 1 extra for my face the reception staff said it was not a problem, but when getting to the elevator one of the cleaning ladies got in and started question me angrily what do I need it for and that Im entitled to only 2 which I knew and I did not demand a 3rd one and just politely asked if I could have one. No basic neccesities in the bathroom No iron No telephone which was a huge surprise to me. There were so many issues with our room and stay and I had to go every day up and down to the reception at least 5 times The last time I went downstairs i was just in my bath towel as the electricity went completely off in the room and couldn't finish my shower. On the guest book a phone number was provided of the reception, but I do not wish to use my personal phone. 1st because its personal and 2nd if I had to call them with my roaming every time I had an issue, would they have paid my phone bill? Access to rooftop bar/pool was denied because of a private event. I thought guests of the hotel are priority and we pay full room rate to access it?! I did see a guest from breakfast having a drink on the side who clearly was not part of the private event. Or maybe me and my mum were just not welcome or not important enough? In the evening sat in the restaurant outside having some drinks and were planning to have dinner after but the rude waitress said we need to leave the table as any moment will be occupied.. I thought to myself okay .. it might have been reserved. Went in the PARK nearby to finish our drinks. Being kicked out of everywhere, went to our room as we were too tired to go out and look for places where to eat. Later on I went downstairs to check if the restaurant was so busy as the rude waitress said..

very nice hotel. the rooms was clean and comfortable. the roof pool was very nice and cool. also there is tram in the front of the hotel so you can take it for 10 min you are in the center. vitosha street for example.

there is no fridge at the room so if you want to put some drink or fruit it is not possible.

Ok for the price.

Nice looking hotel, happy colors, and cute quotes everywhere.

The floor in our room was super dirty already from when we arrived. I took of my shoes and my feet got all black as there was a lot of dust and I even found a big pile of long dark hair, and I am blond and my friend has short hair.

Nice hotel near center of Sofia

Breakfast was verry good. Location is great, near the city center. Walking distance (about 3 km). Room was clean and modern. Bouns was rooftop bar and pool. We got help from receptionist, they were really helpful. I will recomend this hotel. It is good value for money

Amazing place, perfection is near!

This place is amazing. Great concept with the cooking academy, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are very clean with modern equipment. Excellent bedding as well, functional and not noisy at all AC. The rooftop bar has an incredible selection of cocktails and drinks both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Breakfast is of great quality with minute made eggs (you get to choose between scrambled, omelet and “au plat”) and delicious homemade bread + viennoiseries (as said, your baker is talented!). Last but not least, the swimming pool with view all over the city and mountains. What else would you like? The tram station is literally in front of the building and brings you in the center in less than 10 minutes. We will be back, best hotel experience I had in a while. Great value for the money too.

Fantastic experience !

Absolutely amazing experience of hospitality. The room was spacious, very clean and the king size bed felt great. The rooftop with the restaurant is the big advantage of this hotel. All the staff was kind, friendly and helpful. The area around the hotel has some nice restaurants as well. Free parking,the smart TV system...The whole experience was amazing.

Although the breakfast was very tasty, there were few choices. The croissant ran out fast and when i asked for more the offered to make a delicious 🤤 french toast! Thank you!

The roof top bar/pool is brilliant on a hot day in Sofia. Cool vibe from early evening on. A rare find. We had dinner on Saturday evening brunch on Sunday morning, which was great.

Highly recommend you stay here!

The rooftop Pool was amazing and the free access to it. Staff were great and friendly and the restaurant within the Hotel is unbelievable!

Every time someone slammed their room door, the walls would shake which at first woke me up a few times. Not a deal breaker but easy fix with a door arm.

Really nice, we'll come here again

Really nice, modern hotel, very close to the tram station that will bring you to Vitosha Boulevard. There is a pool inside and a roof top bar that we haven't had the chance to try but they seemed nice too. Everything is very modern and clean inside the room, funny messages on the toiletries. If we'll visit Sofia again, for sure we'll stay here.

There ia no fridge in the room, that would have been very useful now in the summer, to keep the water cold.
