Ratings and reviews
4.0 / 10.0
The apartment is in a good position within the block, having a corner lounge/diner with windows on two sides so nice light and views. However the furnishings are poor; the two sofas have ill-fitting and stained coverings, the cushion covers look in need of a wash and the carpet in front of the TV is also in need of a good clean - better still, replaced. The whole feels grubby and therefore uninviting. The black net curtains offer no privacy, especially at night. The double mattress is old and worn and has collapsed on one side the duvet and pillows are old and worn out, too. Bathroom not terrible but has cracked tiles and some silicone sealer that may leak. Sheets, pillowcases and towels clean. Adequate supply of cooking utensils and cleaning materials. We are unclear why our 'damage deposit' is held for 7 days after our departure. Parking on site very good and there didn't seem to be any shortage of space.
8.0 / 10.0
Clean, quiet, good neighborhood, very close to city centre, on-site parking. Recent renovations to bathroom. 4 stars because furniture and carpeting could use updating.
8.0 / 10.0
Excellent physical location. Close to rail station and high streets. Was there for Goodwood Revival and shuttle was conveniently located. Carpets in desperate need of replacing - unacceptable condition and filth. There is a washer but no dryer. Quiet building. Perfect for what we needed.
