It’s was very clean and spacious. Also very bright with big windows.
Don’t think I can think of anything I didn’t like.

The Holiday Park was quiet when we were there, which came as a pleasant surprise. The location was perfect for exploring the Chichester area
Although the mobile home was very good, there were only 2 saucepans, one with a missing lid. We would also have liked to have boiled eggs for breakfast, but we had no eggcups! Also, one our last day the wifi stopped working.

Privacy and comfort

Comfortable beds, nice and tidy,
Shower hose to big for holder, toilet kids kept coming loose, 5 hours of dog barking next door and I spoke to owner. No Internet until last night for a hour

This was a great accommodation. Lots of little extra touches, clean and comfortable with everything we needed. It was on a great park, everyone very friendly and the facilities (the on-site shop/bar/restaurant) were really lovely. It's also a good location and lots of places to visit nearby (via car). We will definitely be back. Thank you

nothing, only issue we had was WiFi connection a bit slow.

Lovely spacious (for two) mobile home with good quality furniture, soft towels and an easy to operate shower. We were impressed by the provision of an en-suite as well as a shower room. It was a very clean, light property in a quiet area within walking distance of Chichester. The heating and hot water was really easy to operate, so we were warm and comfortable throughout our stay.
The wi-fi was poor and nobody answered the helpline supplied in the information folder. The oven was ferociously hot, regardless of setting, so we nearly burned two suppers.

The holiday home itself is very clean, comfortable, light, airy & spacious. Large sitting area inside and outside decking area. Lovely to find a full size fridge freezer, hob, oven, & a very good microwave in the kitchen. More than adequate glassware & crockery & adequate pans for making breakfasts or simple meals.
Double bed was super comfy. Plenty of hanging space in the wardrobe. Toilet and shower areas were spotlessly clean. The Shower is quite powerful. The central heating & hot water worked well.
Sue, the owner was very responsive, kind & helpful. Taxis into town were readily bookable by phone and it is only a short walk from the holiday home to the Park's entrance barrier to meet your waiting taxi.
The staff on the park are rude and unhelpful. I phoned reception when I was en route & they actually said they were not there to help me (because I had booked directly from a caravan owner rather than via the holiday park). They told me the barrier to the park would be locked at 5pm & it wasn't their problem if I could not make it on time to enter the park! They wouldn't even give me any info as to whether I would be able to park my car near in order to walk to the caravan to retrieve the hokiday home keys and barrier fob. Thank goodness I was able to contact Sue by phone who reassured me & described how I would be able to get access should the barrier be locked. Interestingly I never observed that the barrier was down at any time during my stay.
Later in the week when attempting to discard rubbish and empty recycling bins there were no bins to be found within the park. Finally, churlish staff advised us that the bins are usually located at the clubhouse but that there were none on site at the moment! Again, no advice about what to do. Again, contacted Sue who was really helpful.
The kettle was not fit for use due to excessive scale build up - Sue was glad of this feedback & is to have the kettle replaced.
These are only minor issues:
* a 4 slot toaster would be welcome.
* the cleaners could be doing a better job of keeping the hob grease free.
* the door to the en suite loo does not close.
*The folder in the caravan could have info re how the heating works & what to do with rubbish and recycling

The park was well maintained and you could walk round the lakes. Receptionists are very helpful and friendly.
The site is located near to a busy dual carriageway , which at times in the evenings and early mornings was very noisy.

How clean the caravan was. However I did notice upon check-out the bedroom bin hadn’t been emptied from the previous guests but this didn’t matter. I emptied the bin along with our rubbish.
The changing facilities poolside (the beach huts). Th
They needed cobwebbing and sweeping out.

The holiday home itself was excellent with everything we needed provided and all in excellent condition.
The holiday park was covered in goose poo. Also walks around the lakes were not as nice as expected.

The place was perfectly clean, all items were new, bedding and towels were fresh.
Holiday park was nice and quiet and the neighbours were friendly.
The WiFi was a bit slow to really use properly but phone signal at the site on O2 and Vodafone were good.
