Thank you for considering our 4th-floor, 2-bedroom, 2-bath 'oceanfront villa' situated in the Shipwatch Villas located on the grounds of the Omni Amelia Island Resort in Amelia Island, Florida.

Our expansive condo is meticulously decorated to exude a homely atmosphere, ensuring your comfort during your vacation while indulging in that luxurious resort ambiance! The balcony offers breathtaking ocean views, extending seamlessly from the living room, dining area, to the kitchen. Overlooking a serene green space, the condo's kitchen, eating area, and family room have been tastefully updated. Each bedroom and the living room are equipped with TVs for entertainment. Quality towels and sheets are provided for a restful stay, while the fully stocked kitchen caters to all your culinary needs, complete with a Keurig coffee maker, regular drip coffee pot, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Upon request, we can also provide a Porta-Crib and high-chair.

For your convenience, we maintain a stock of beach chairs, umbrellas, and various beach toys in our condo's storage closet.

Please note that although the complex features an elevator, there are still approximately 5-7 stairs/steps to access our condo door after exiting the elevator. Kindly be informed that our complex is not handicap accessible.

I am readily available to address any needs you may have during your stay. Your satisfaction is our priority, and I am personally accessible via my cell phone for any assistance or recommendations throughout your vacation.

Ideal for family gatherings or special getaways, our condo promises unparalleled ocean views and proximity to all resort activities. With Travel and Leisure 2021 ranking Amelia Island among the top 3 Islands in the Continental US, your vacation here is destined to be unforgettable.

I strongly advise considering traveler's insurance to safeguard your vacation against any unforeseen emergencies.

As our guest, you will have access to the resort's walking and biking trails, spa, nature center, putt-putt, and more. Additionally, golfing opportunities abound in the Amelia Area, including Oak Marsh, conveniently located on the Omni resort grounds. Rentals for kayaks, bikes, and golf carts are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. It's essential to note that this property is not directly affiliated with Omni Amelia Island Resort and does not grant access to "resort privileges or amenities" such as the main hotel pool and fitness center, with Racquet Park exclusively open to club members and their guests. While you're welcome to utilize the public amenities throughout the Resort, please be aware that Shipwatch has its private pool, heated seasonally. Furthermore, guests can enjoy the resort's restaurants, shops, and spa, along with pickle ball courts and a basketball court at Drummond Point Park on the property.
Must be 25 to rent. Person that has booked the stay in their name must be one of the people staying in the unit. No parties are allowed. No smoking in the condo or on the balcony. No pets allowed.

We have the right to cancel and/or evict your from the unit if any of the house rules are broken.

My husband and I stayed at this property for our vacation this year. The condo was clean, had an incredible view of the ocean, was close to some great restaurants, and basically, had everything we needed. The pool was nice and convenient. Michelle was very attentive and easy to work with. We will definitely stay at the same condo upon our return, hopefully, next year.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Vrbo beach rental, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The property is even more beautiful than the pictures suggest, with stunning ocean views and direct beach access that made our vacation truly special. The home itself is immaculately clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, dishes, and starter supplies like dishwashing detergent, paper towels, and trash can liners, making meal preparation a breeze. The living areas are spacious and cozy, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. The deck provided the perfect spot for morning coffee while watching the sunrise, and the beach was just a short walk away. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like beach chairs, umbrellas, and even toys for the kids. The location is fantastic, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shops. Despite being so conveniently located, the property still felt private and secluded, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing detailed instructions and tips to ensure we had a smooth and enjoyable stay. Overall, this Vrbo rental exceeded all our expectations. It was the perfect place for a relaxing beach getaway, and we can't wait to return. Highly recommended!

The condo was nicely furnished and very clean. The view was beautiful. While the description of the condo does mention that there are about 7 steps from the elevator, there are 24 steps to the pool and at least 10 more steps than that to the beach. We did have some miscommunication regarding our check-in gate pass, but thankfully we were able to resolve it thanks to the attendants at the gate.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo during our spring break in April! The condo was clean and felt like home. It had beach chairs, an umbrella and some beach toys to use. The kids had fun in the Shipwatch pool! The condo was a short walk to the beach and the beach was not crowded. It is a 15 minute drive to the shops and restaurants in downtown Amelia. I loved sitting on the balcony to watch the sunrise and the dolphins while enjoying my coffee! We will be back again!

Short visit over Christmas break and we loved the condo. Beautifully furnished, spacious, spotless and beautiful view of the ocean. Peaceful location with access to the Omni shops and restaurants. Our host left a list of recommended activities and restaurants. We tried many of the restaurants and they were all great. Definitely on our list for repeat trip!

My husband and I made a last minute decision to take our children to the beach prior to the beginning of school. We felt very fortunate that this condo was available. It was clean and spacious with a beautiful view of the ocean and just steps away from a sizable pool and shaded walking trails. Also, the beach chairs and umbrellas were a great amenity to have available. We love Amelia Island’s charm, and will definitely keep this condo in mind the next time we visit.

We arrived the day of my son’s grad to celebrate for a week. The beach is beautiful & private - not crowded. The Omni has many shops & restaurants. The condo is great with beautiful views. The Condo was as described & the closet w/ beach chairs & items is great! The washer & dryer was not working for the week but Michelle made sure we had the towels we needed. (They are getting a new dryer & washer per Michelle). Just know that parking may be far away from your condo.

This condo is decorated beautifully with everything you will need for a nice beach vacation. When we arrived the condo was very clean and ready for our stay. We never needed to contact the owner, but she left two cell phones in case anything wasn't up to our standard. We will definitely come back and stay here again.

This was our first time to the area, and we enjoyed our stay tremendously. Both my wife and myself are very particular about cleanliness. We both said the this was the cleanest VRBO we have stayed at. I would highly recommend coming to the Omnia Resort as the beaches were very nice, and not over crowded! I will be coming back again.
