When the weather is warm, you can cross the street to reach the lakeshore, take out the provided canoe or one of the two kayaks, and enjoy a quiet paddle across Moose Pond from the seasonal dock (typically available between mid-May and September). The private dock was directly across the VERY quiet street and the lake is beautiful for kayaking and swimming.

This was a great house for our family of 5 adults a 1yo and 6yo. It was very comfortable, clean and well equipped for all our needs. The dock was great and thoroughly enjoyed the kayaks and canoe. This section of Moose Pond is perfect for paddling as few motor boats. The 6yo loved jumping off the dock. Would not be the best rental for toddlers or ore schoolers. And the pool and fooseball were great additions during our rainy day. Would be great for family with school age or teenagers. Overall, highly recommend

The house is very nice for now, but it seems like it is not being kept up to its best. The toaster does not work well it burnt the toast and did not pop up, we had to unplug it to get it to stop. I would like to post a few pictures of the celing, it looks like the smoke detectors were removed; but I am not sure.

Location was great - right across from warm, clean lake. Great view of lake from kitchen. Teens loved the game room, swim dock, kayaks and canoe. One of the best spots on Moose Pond as quiet and clean water. Fun to explore area. Close to downtown Bridgton and Naples, both worth a visit. House was clean, plenty of beds, spacious living room with tv and streaming options. Great spot for family vacation. Highly recommended!

The house was great, very spacious and clean. Only issue Wa that the steps to the entry door were not cleared of snow even though it hasn’t snowed in many days. The property manager responded to my messages right away but it did take some time to resolve.

We all had a wonderful get-away! The place was beautiful!

The house was beautiful and clean. The view was awesome. Had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay.
Few things to be aware of: the front entrance and patio needed swept, covered in a lot of cob webs and debris. Lights going to the upstairs did not work. The bath tub faucet does not work. When having children, you need a bath but only the shower worked. Had to fill tub by shower faucet which took some time. But besides those things, our experience was great! Beautiful place!

Nice quiet location near lake and mountains but accessible to more crowded North Conway for shops of hiking . Dock and swimming were excellent even if across the road that had minimal to no cars. Lake was clean and fishing excellent in a kayak and canoe that were supplied by the owner. Dog friendly and nice road to take walks on. Note: Does not have A/C (as noted in the description) and we had a hot week, brought fans to cool the house off during the day but was still pretty hot. Overall enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much but there were a few things that could have made it more enjoyable. We stayed during a heat wave so the day we arrived the house was extremely hot as there was no Air Conditioning. Luckily we brought fans and there were a couple that came with the house along with ceiling fans. Air conditioning would be nice or at least sun blocking shades in the large windows. At night there were little black bugs that got into the house somehow and were all over the sinks.
Also the outside property could use some cleaning up and trimming so the beautiful view of the mountain and pond could be seen better. It was nice having access to the canoe and kayaks. The pond was beautiful except for the weeds and debris by the shoreline.
All in all, aside from the heat, the house was clean and comfortable with plenty of room. Would have been nice to have a larger deck though. The road was nice and quiet with very little car traffic.

Our family had a great time at the house over a long summer weekend. The house was perfect for our family of 4. Our two boys (5&8) loved the pond, the pool table and the foosball table. We would recommend it for any family looking to get away!

Early June one week stay
We had an excellent stay at this house for a week. All around was beautiful scenery. We got to enjoy the lake and take the kayaks out and canoe. There was a platform in the lake for swimming/jumping. We spent several hours playing pool/foosball in the game room. My wife connected all our steaming services on the internet TV (Disney+, Paramount+, Hulu, HBO, YouTube, and Peacock) so the teens were happy. Dad got to grill steaks and burgers. The location was great, we did a day trip to Portland, Santa's Village (NH), and Story Land (NH).
Our first 2 days at the house the weather was unusually hot for Maine (high 80s) and the house didn't have air conditioning, just heat, which is normal up here I guess. We had an uncomfortable first 2 days with the windows open and all the fans going and a box fan running. After day two the temperature went into the 70s and 60s and it was nice. We had several tiny gnats flying around which might have come in through the screens in the windows because they were small. They were not there when we moved in day 1, the house was SUPER clean. I think they got in when we opened the windows.
Those were the only 2 things we didn't like. We would stay here again. It was perfect for teens, and the house and area were all beautiful.
