The house is very clean, comfortable and spacious. We loved the pool and lake beach in the community. The location is very convenient for exploring both the lake region (Bridgton, Naples, Sebago Lake, Crystal Lake) and the White Mountains of New Hampshire (the NH border is only 15 minutes away!)

This is a nice property however, poorly maintained. We had stayed here a number a times but, will not again. We planned a family Thanksgiving get away beginning Wednesday 11/23. At 4 pm we entered the house which was about 40 degrees inside. My husband turned up the heat and we headed off to the grocery store. When we returned, we could still see our breath. My husband checked the oil tank and it was empty. We then spent the next 5 hours on and off the phone with Vacasa. First they were sending an emergency delivery and we were told, we should wait at a restaurant until it was delivered. Then about 9:00 pm, they gave us a new Vacasa rep who informed us we had a choice of 2 other Vacasa homes in the area (which were both 20 minutes from Bridgton ) It was now 10 pm, the new property was beautiful to look at but, had high ceilings and windows from the floor to ceiling. The heat and water were off so we slept for a couple hours in our jackets. (Thankfully we had ski gear) Also, no Internet. I have spoken to 4 Vacasa “Specialists” and have “ticket” numbers for how they plan to fix my issues. When it was clear by 9 a.m. (and Thanksgiving morning) that we were on our own, we packed up and made the 5 hour drive home. I am now waiting to here from a “Manager” to find out if they will issue the full refund I am requesting. Up to this point, no one has actually helped except the second “Specialist” who got tired of my tone so, she instructed us to pack up our stuff and drive to another unit at 9:00 pm after we waited at a local restaurant for hour waiting for an oil delivery. She at least moved us to a property that might have worked if the common areas could hold heat up to at least 65 degrees. This home would have been perfect for a summer holiday, not a November holiday. Also, the “ticket” for no wifi was not going to be addressed until at least the last day we planned to be there. If Vacasa does not issue a full refund, we will not be using them again. For the amount of money Vacasa charges, they need to provide appropriate alternatives when unforeseen issues arise. We are not unreasonable people but we are not going to pay to stay in a home without the basic essentials.

Very spacious and clean. Second time we have stayed here but first time in 2022. We were able to use the pool and beach this time which was nice.

The cabin is very clean and nice. However in late July with no AC and a very muggy rainy day there was no reprieve or comfort in the home. Also cold water in upstairs shower. I noticed several reviews regarding lack of information regarding amenities, I was hoping that would be handled but sadly it was not. Took us 40 minutes driving around with 4 kids in the car to find the pool. We eventually found a kind neighbor in their garage to direct us. It would be very simple to leave a map for guests considering it is listed as an amenity in the header of this listing. Messaged Vacasa (managing agent) twice for support and still haven’t heard back which is disappointing I paid more in service fees for the stay then the actual rental.

House was depicted online accurately. Comfortable, spacious living areas and kitchen, good appliances. It was a nice place to stay for our group of 8.

Extremely clean
Quiet location, extremely clean and very kid/baby friendly. The crib, changing table and rocking chair were very convenient while traveling with a 3 month old.

Nice cabin but...
The place was spotless and generally in like new condition. The location was fantastic, just off the lake. The communication was sub-par. NOTE: THERE IS NO AC, you know what they say about making assumptions...
It would be great if there was a notebook or one-pager with all the pertinent info in the cabin. Wifi was not marked anywhere and we did not get a reply from the management team to inform us otherwise.
Owner appears to be a vet so we want to thank them for their service. A few minor tweaks and it would be an easy 5 stars,

Fun for a family
Great set up for a family. The house was very clean and well-cared for. We had a few small plumbing issues which weren’t able to be resolved during our stay (a stopped sink and no cold water in the upstairs shower/tub). Having access to the Knights Hill Associatiom facilities (pool and beach) was ideal. It would be helpful to have instructions for getting to both places written down somewhere but everyone we met was so nice that we were able to get directions from others we met in the area. As they note, there’s no AC so the upstairs was rather warm, but there are overhead fans which certainly help. All in all a very pleasant stay!

Roomy Family House
Seven adults and one infant really spread out in this well equipped cabin, we truly had our own spaces. Great addition was the fire pit out back. We enjoyed our stay very much! Wish there was instructions on beach and pool access but overall a great time :)

Moose Cabin rules!
Great spot to check out the western Maine lakes region. Drive in movies and disc golf nearby. Firepit a plus!
