Dormimos bajo techo, que es lo que importa

El trato del personal de recepción es excepcional.

Ubicación, precio... era la única opción de alojamiento en la capital ese sábado, coincidiendo con oposiciones, congresos, etc.

Nos entraron en la habitación

Era todo muy simple, para dormir y listo. La cama no era nada cómoda.

Nos entraron en la habitación ya que le dieron la llave de nuestra habitación a otra persona estando nosotros dentro en la ducha... Lo único q nos dijeron es disculpas y que nos invitaban a algo en la cafetería, cosa que no queríamos porque nos íbamos a otro sitio y tampoco íbamos a desayunar... Nos podían haber robado o a saber qué... Poco fiable y no nos compensan de ninguna forma. Para no volver. El parking se paga a parte.

The staff were excellent and very helpful. It was also an easy place to find. It has easy parking which was free and I only paid 10 euro for my dog.

The room next to mine seemed to be inhabited by a coachload. The walls are very thin, and you can hear every word and movement. In fact, for the best part of the evening, it sounded as if a complete refit was going on next to me. I played rock fm just to get some peace. When you are transiting through and have had a long journey and more to come the next day, think twice about stopping here.

Superb

All was as can be expected in a Campanile hotel. No surprises. Friendly staff, good location close to a tram stop so the city centre is easy to reach, nice Campanile breakfast, room big and bed comfy. And the coffee and tea tray is back!

Rooms facing the road could have some traffic noise problems. Also the thin walls between the rooms could cause some noise problems. Rooms have some wear and tear in some places, all is very clean though.

Great value for money. Comfy beds, very nice staff, bar open until 23.00. Easy to get into the centre of Murcia by tram.

Basic but comfortable in a good location for public transport

Had 3 meals and wouldn’t recommend any of them. Completely raw hamburger on the one evening and then a raw pork chop the following evening.

We liked Campanile Hotel, the staff were all very very nice. We told them we were in the area because our toy poodle was having an operation in Murcia university veterinary hospital. They were all caring, interested and wished us luck on departures

It would have been nice to have been able to enjoy a glass of wine after a journey, but the bar only served coffee or beer, which we don't like. As it was a Sunday afternoon we struggled to find a restaurant in the area, and even though we drove into Murcia city, we found nowhere open. Ended up having a disgusting McDonald's

water for bath could be hotter, TV - English programs are dubbed over and the option on to change this with remote was blocked.

The location, two or three minutes walk from the hotel to the tram stop makes getting into Murcia really easy. Free parking outside or 3 euros underground. Good selection for breakfast. Very friendly staff

Good location to explore. Bathrooms need replacing

Close to tram. So easy to get to centre.

Bathroom was not fit for use. Sink all cracked and had sharp pieces you could easily cut yourself on. Toilet was loose and moved away from wall. Mouldy shower/bath. I did not expect the Ritz, as it has two stars, but basics should be done well.

Enough room, bathroom and bed space. Good temperature and comfortable bed and pillows.

The wc had a problem with the suction.
