Really good place, very secure!

Always very clean and all facilities are spot on, just as described.

What was not to like? - you are staying in student accommodation sharing a kitchen with real students etc if you don’t like that, go somewhere else but for me it is a really nice place and even the kitchen is really quiet and the students are very polite. Big thumbs up from me. I have stayed there 3 times now and I’ve sure to make it my regular residence whenever I’m in Leicester!

Very nice

Strategic position, comfortable room and staff available. I had an inconvenience in my room but Tarun solved the problem immediately!

More attention to cleaning, especially in the bathroom.

A superbly located place to stay !.

It was a fantastic place to stay for a match in Welford Road

Pay twenty quid more and stay somewhere decent

Easy access on day

Room very dirty. Thick dust on lamp, slime down tv. Bed rickety and old. Cobwebs dangling from windows. Blinds a mess! Kitchen dirty, bins overflowing.

Even better than usual

Perfect location and value for money. Room was directly underneath the one we have been allocated before for single night stays but the bed here appeared bigger and was comfier, with more space and plants on window ledge. Felt like an upgrade and we were delighted. Quiet surroundings - good sleeps.

The first night someone from the other room was hitting the wall and that woke me up around 2:30am. The noise that night was unbearable.

Location. Clear instructions for self check-in. Relatively spacious. Great water pressure and temperature in shower.

The bed was quite uncomfortable. The place had a bit of a strange atmosphere and could do with an update and a thorough clean. The room itself was cleaned hastily, some of the fixtures and nic nacs being dusty. The blinds were dirty and were fraying at the edges, a broken mirror, ... The bathroom was fairly spacious, but not very clean. There was also quite a lot of black mould in the shower.

The TV doesn't work

The tv wasn't working properly; i chose this place over another because of this facility. Had to watch through my phone; i could've saved £7 by going to the other place.

Great location, clean and secure

I expected a fairly basic room for what I paid but I was pleasantly surprised. Bed was comfy, place was clean and fresh water available.

Uncomplicated, safe, warm, affordable and central accommodation.

Single room was bright, clean and toasty warm, appreciated that heat later when got back after celebrating in town earlier. Bathroom was compact and bijou however the shower was hot and powerful !

A second pillow would have been appreciated. USB plug socket incorporated into existing plug socket would also be a bonus if you had forgotten your plug !!! The mattress may benefit from been turned as it had a ‘tilt’ on it resulting in a natural ‘roll’ to the edge.

not for the light sleepers

The property is great for being in the centre of Leicester and only 15 min walk from the train station, my real complaint was the traffic noise.

The property was on a main road and my room was facing it. Traffic was very loud from as early as 5am so my sleep was very much interrupted. The room was clean but he toilet was slightly not as clean as it could have been

It was good.

Location, cleanliness, value for money

Check in check out time have a gap of 4 hours. So I’m paying for 20 hours and not 23 (ideal). No body wash/shampoo provided.

convenient but rooms should be more clean

Location and facilities are good, full kitchen with cabinet space, and all appliances - kettle, microwave, oven, ironing board, steam press, sofa, tv in the kitchen/common room. hot water in the shower and handwash liquid in the ensuite bathroom.

room was not as clean. The bathroom smelled a bit funny and the bed linen was dirty. Instead of cleaning it, one more bedsheet was put on top of the dirty one very shabbily, the linen was not even fitted properly on the mattress. pillows had hair strands. The cleaning should have been better.
