This newly remodeled property includes four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. But the main attraction is the expansive terrace, pool and spa with plenty of entertainment options for all your friends and family, which by the way are only steps away from the private pier and dock where you have easy access to fishing, swimming or lounging in the sun.
You may choose to bring your own boat or contact owner and we can arrange for you to rent a Pontoon. Adding a boat gives you access to many lakefront restaurants, bars, grills and the opportunity to explore over 500 miles of Lake Norman shoreline.

Celebrating our 50th year with our family! Our stay at Paradise Point Lake house with a pool and hot tub was very enjoyable with our family. Rented a Pontoon boat and went skiing, water boarding, tubing, water boarding and kayaking!

Our family spent 10 days in North Carolina. We saw beaches, rivers, incredible sights and experiences that we all loved. But from the moment we arrived at the Lakehouse, we didn’t want to leave! It is truly a place of serenity and calm. We have 4 sons, ranging in ages from 11-18, and all of them were in their element. There was so much to do right out the back door. The home is spacious and clearly loved by its owners. Every inch of the property was cared for, clean, and beautiful. We are so grateful for the memories we made as a family while at the Lakehouse!

Property is as listed and beautiful. Great views of lake and surrounding area. Host has always been great to deal with and always communicates. We had some issues with our boat trailer this year and they we very helpful in helping solve our problem and went beyond to support us. Would recommend this place for sure!

The property was stunning, providing a perfect backdrop for a serene getaway. Our kids especially loved the pool and hot tub, spending hours enjoying the water. We also rented a boat and had it delivered right to our dock, which added an extra layer of fun to our stay. Everyone had a fantastic time, and we are already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend this place for a memorable vacation!

Great Stay and awesome owners. We loved Bella also. The pool / hot tub was also really nice. The view and landscaping around the house was beautiful. The owners keep the house perfect. We enjoyed our time there for sure. My mother was with us who is elderly and the property was ok for her to get around. The rooms were also very well appointed. Im so glad we had the opportunity to stay here. Thanks to the owners for allowing us to stay at their fine home on the lake.

A group of friends and I had plans to reunite over a long weekend in Charlotte, but decided to stay in Lake Norman instead. We found Paradise Point and figured it would be a great spot for us to enjoy some relaxation by the pool and lake. Paradise Point was so wonderful, we rarely left, and got to just enjoy each other's company. Would highly recommend, you'll never want to leave!

Our group had a wonderful time at Paradise Point. The pool with the view of the lake was outstanding.The house accommodated our group of 8 very well. The large bedrooms and bathrooms provided ample space for all of our belongings.Paradise Point is definitely one of our favorite places.

This home is beautiful with wonderful upgraded features! We had so much fun staying here for a few days. The view is extraordinary!!! We did see the owner every day, which made us wonder if they were actually okay renting out their home, or if they just spend a lot of time there often. The owner was lovely and very kind, it just seemed slightly odd.

Living in Charlotte for 32 years and this was the first time I got to see the sunrise on the lake. Couldn't help myself but get up for every sunrise during our stay. By Sunday morning the whole household joined me for the show. Oh, and it didn't hurt that we enjoyed those sunrises sitting around the salt water pool and spa!

Beautiful lakefront property on a quiet cove! Clean and comfortable! Derrick was very responsive when we experienced a weather related power outage and was great with checking in on us to ensure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Our family, with our kids and grandkids, loved staying at this house on Lake Norman. There was great communication with Derrick from the very beginning, and he was so responsive the first night when we had issues connecting with the tv. We had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. The pool was also a great amenity that was enjoyed by all. The house is well equipped and we also loved the availability of the kayaks on the property. We would definitely stay here again and look forward to another vacation on Lake Norman.

Our vacation at this property was very relaxing and beautiful. The home and the property was very well maintained. We enjoyed the pool, dock, whirlpool, and outdoor shelter. Derrick, the property manager, was very easy to work with. He responded to any needs we had in a timely fashion. Great vacation for my whole family. I would definitely recommend this property!

Our family of 9, made up with 6 adults and 3 kids ages 13-16, had a fabulous stay here. The house was spacious for us all and the lake views were spectacular. We rented a boat thru Lake Effects and it was great having it delivered right to the pier. The hosts were kind enough to let us borrow their tube and when we weren’t on the lake we were in the pool. We would definitely stay here again!

If you are looking for a million dollar view this is the place. Unfortunately it rained every day of our stay which made enjoying the pool a challenge. We went fishing for the first time in years and we enjoyed spending time with our older children. One aspect of the stay which caught us off guard was the daily presence and house maintenance which involved the owner and his friend to enter the yard and home which made it difficult to truly relax and unwind. Additionally, there were some clothing items from either a past guest or homeowners that were left in drawers. Having not utilized VRBO often we are not sure if this is common but I will say it was extremely bothersome. House was clean but be advised if you have a large family there is no dish washer requiring a lot of washing dishes on a vacation, there were also no pool/beach towels or extra paper products. The sad part of the experience was truly the inability to enjoy ourselves on a family vacation that only occurs once a year.

My family and friends had the most amazing time together staying in this wonderful home away from home. The view of the lake from sun rise to sun set was just amazing. The home was in pristine condition, very clean and the kitchen had everything you would need. The inside of the house is beautiful, but outside is the show stopper. Derrick was a very gracious host reaching out to us before we arrived and also checking on us from time to time. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back.

A group of seven guys stayed at the property for the weekend of the Coca Cola 600. We had a great stay despite the questionable weather. There was plenty of room for everyone and the house was very nice. The pool and hot tub were very nice. We also had a great experience with the owner. We was always very responsive and quick to help. I highly recommend!!

Our family stayed for the week and had the best time! We got to kayak, swim in the pool and enjoyed several restaurants in the area. Derrick is the most amazing host and has amazing communication from the very start! We are so blessed to have found this little slice of heaven!

My family enjoyed the house and Derrick was a great host. The pool and hot tub were awesome and you can't beat the view being right on the lake. I wasn't expecting the yard to be as big as it was, the kids really enjoyed all of that extra outdoor space too. Inside was clean and had more than enough space for our family of 6. Derrick was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay.

We had a phenomenal time at Paradise Point! Derrick and Stacy were very attentive to all of our needs and their home is absolutely gorgeous! We thoroughly enjoyed spending time on the lake with our family. The ease of having a private dock for our boat rental was awesome. We literally got up and walked a few steps to the boat for days of fun in the sun on the lake. The pool and hot tub provided endless hours of enjoyment and relaxation. All amenities went beyond our expectations. The beds were comfortable and the decor made it cozy. We would definitely return!

We had a very nice time for our first trip to the lake. The home was very well taken care of and the owner was so on top of everything. He went above and beyond defiantly not what we have experienced with other owners. Can’t wait to come again
