Look no further— you’ve found it. That dazzling 30A home you’ve been dreaming about. Clare’s Cottage is a flawless five-bedroom luxury home with an elegant indoor/outdoor living design. Complete with exposed beams, wrought-iron railings, manicured landscaping, and dazzling white stucco— it’s like someone plucked a flawless French chateau from the Mediterranean and set it down on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico. A refreshing private pool in a beautiful courtyard with outdoor seating, dining table, new weber grill, and the sandy shores of the Gulf are only a quick walk down the private gated street.
Enter Clare’s Cottage through dramatic, arched, mahogany double doors and into the outdoor loggia and courtyard. On the first floor, the wide-open living, kitchen, and dining space features exquisite Travertine tile floors, soaring high ceilings, and charming white shiplap walls. Relax on the sofa in front of the 70-inch HDTV, or take a seat at the spacious dining table with seating for eight.
In the kitchen, a tiered peninsula island offers plenty of casual gathering space to wait while the morning coffee brews. Bleached wood cabinets and marble countertops complete the luxurious yet efficient space. High-end, stainless steel appliances include an 8-burner gas stove, oven, Sub-Zero Refrigerator, Inverter Micro Oven, and a Top Hat Ice Maker. Dramatic 9-foot high sliding wood doors open onto the sun-drenched pool deck.
Also on the main floor, the primary master suite has a sumptuous king-size bed and 40-inch HDTV. The ensuite master bathroom has a double marble vanity, freestanding tub, step-in shower, and sparkling chandelier light fixtures.
Upstairs on the second level are four more private bedrooms. There’s a second master suite up here— complete with a king-size bed and HDTV. In the attached bathroom, a positively enormous, spa-like shower has pebble tile detail and multiple showerheads for rinsing off after a day at the beach. There’s also a separate make-up space, a private toilet, and a double vanity.

Home has a large and very well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed breakfast and the kids then loved jumping into the pool which is right outside the kitchen. The adults could then enjoy their coffee at the table along side the pool. Bedrooms are spacious with lovely bathrooms and beds are very comfortable. In the afternoon it is a two minute walk to the private beach which was fantastic for all families that had younger children. In the evenings you can cook on the grill but we enjoyed the short walk to the restaurants close by. Staff checked in daily to ensure all our needs were met. It is beautiful home and perfect location to beach for families.

When you get your kids and grandkids together for a trip t there are lots of needs with babies and sleeping and eating -This was the best location to get to the beach easily and run back to put little ones down for a nap The kitchen was huge We ate most meals in and getting to Publix for groceries was a quick drive-Many reasons to love this property-There was very annoying construction behind us some days until after 5 -I called the manager and I know they did what they could -Loved having bikes too

Some say where you stay doesn’t matter in a vacation; it’s just a place to sleep. But where you stay sets the tone for the whole getaway and Clare’s Cottage made our vacation. It’s not only beautiful and comfortable, but is perfectly located. It’s a gated community where you are just steps away from a private beach. Plus you are so close to shops and restaurants, you could walk anywhere. Or, with bikes included with the property, you can cruise and enjoy the sites. Having a private pool was wonderful and it was the perfect size for our family. Our favorite spot was the enclosed patio with part of it covered to still enjoy outside if it was raining or too hot. The only things we noticed that needed maintenance were the large slider in the kitchen that wouldn’t open, a broken lounge chair and some of the string lights in the patio were out and needed to be replaced. We were notified at check in about a cable box issue that the property company had fixed within hours. The property company was fabulous and communicated with us everyday. We would recommend this property highly and hope to stay in it again someday.

Your perfect beach trip starts here!
This home is stunning! The home was very clean. There wasn’t one part in the house that felt dirty (I’m extremely picky when it comes to cleanliness). The beds were very comfortable. My Mom, who has a bad back, was able to fall asleep quickly. The home is beautifully furnished. There’s plenty of necessities in the kitchen and an abundance of toiletries that lasted our big group the whole weekend.
We opted to have the pool heated. The temperature was perfect, and you can’t beat a $25 per day charge (most rentals charge $50+!). The beach is so close! It’s literally two houses away from the beginning of the boardwalk. The beach is private to Lounge Vue residents and guests so it’s never busy.
The bikes were a nice touch! Our four teens enjoyed them very much and used them all weekend (riding down to Starbucks every morning was thier favorite). We all walked down to Rosemary Beach for some shopping and food. It was a short and pleasant walk.
We had a wonderful weekend and will definitely be coming back to Clare’s Cottage!!

Spring Break Perfection
My family rented this property for a week-long spring break getaway. The property is as advertised, with plenty of space for all and several family members were able to work remotely for a few days (no Wi-Fi issues). The location is super, the beach steps away and the kitchen stocked well enough with utensils, small appliances, cook and bakeware to cook for an army! The managing company, 30A Luxury Rentals, were excellent and responded promptly when we had been given the wrong gate code to access the property on Sunday evening. I would absolutely stay here again!

ceiling leak
During the stay, the ceiling leaked and I immediately took pictures and texted to PM and they came and installed fans and dehumidifiers. It was a major ordeal Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. We need a refund for the five days and PM agreed they would. Please let me know when the five days refund will occur. Thank you

We loved the house and location! Walking/biking Distance to seacrest, Rosemary, and alys beach….beautiful, comfortable home with delightful pool…beach access and proximity were worth every penny and made for a relaxing family week!

Amazing house, beware of check in though!!!
I can't say enough good things about this house, location, size, comfort, outside patio, pool. It has EVERYTHING you would want for an amazing group vacation. I think the best part was the private beach. The public beach was packed, but being in the private beach area made it sooo much better.
The house itself is big and beautiful also, and the location is PERFECT, close to everything! I could go on and on, there are so many great things. Perfect for families. We hung out on the covered patio area every night.
My only complaints about the house would be that they don't provide beach towels, which is kinda silly. Also, a few things were broken, like the door under the kitchen sink, and the handle of the dishwasher...but I think that's all kind of normal stuff with a rental. The only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars was the check in is HORRENDOUS!!!! We were told 5pm was check in, later than normal because of covid cleaning etc. Well we made plans for a 6:45pm dinner thinking that would give us plenty of time to get in the property and go to dinner. We arrived SUPER early as our flight was early. However, we had planned that we would not be in the house all day. We made plans so we could be busy all day. We had young kids with us we had to really plan well. Towards the end of the day we finally went to the beach expecting to get in the house at 5pm or just after. WEll, they didn't text us until 6PM!!! Could we have been so unlucky that we were the last house cleaned? We didn't even get a courtesy call to let us know it would be so late. I finally did call at 5:30pm and they said they were doing a final inspection and it would be a few more minutes. Well, 30 mins later we finally got the text. If check out is at 9am and you can't get guest in until 6pm I would say, get more cleaning crews, b/c that's just ridiculous. We had such a great time, despite the check in, but it's really awful that check in was 6pm and check out was 9am. I wish they would say check in could be as late at 6pm, set expectations!!!

Perfect location, gorgeous home!
We have stayed in many condos and rental homes in a 2 block span of this house, and this one was by far the nicest! The furniture and decor is straight out of a magazine, and we were in awe of the home.
We had 4 adults, 4 kids 6 and under, and an infant- it was more than enough room for our 2 families.
It was so nice having the pool be so open to the kitchen so you could cook and see the kids swimming. The bedrooms were all very nice, with the most comfy mattresses and linens. We all slept so well. The house has very good curtains and they all were black out and provided perfect darkness in the morning.
The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could need. The appliances are high end, and the fridge is huge!
The boardwalk that leads to the beach is just 2 houses down so it’s about a 45 second walk to the boardwalk, AMAZING! The private beach does not allow any personal chairs, umbrellas, tents, you are required to purchase them. That was a little annoying because we had brought a lot of chairs and umbrellas and couldn’t use them.
All in all, we had a fantastic stay and would stay there again in a heartbeat. Gorgeous home, perfect location!

Beautiful house. Perfect place to stay in Rosemary Beach
We had a group of 8 women staying there to celebrate a 50th birthday. The location was great - easy to walk to restaurants and shops and an even shorter walk to the beach. The house is stunning! Clearly no expense was spared in the building or designing of the place. The set up is great with large common rooms and kitchen but we all had privacy as well. Perfect little pool with enough room for a big group to gather around. Planning to go back!
