Best family holiday yet!! Amazing holiday home in the most perfect location.

The property was beyond perfect, we felt very at home. The views were amazing from the upstairs windows and the fact the living space is over three floors made it more spacious for our family of 5. Patricia was a lovely host and checked in with us when we arrived and before we left, we also had a welcome hamper on arrival which we were really touched with. The location of the property was in walking distance to the beach and town and couldn’t have been better for our children. The home is clean and luxurious, we can’t wait to return again!

A fantastic stay and was sad to leave.

The location is fantastic, such an easy walk into town and the seafront. Lovely views of the sea from most rooms! The apartment is a great size - the decor is great and I especially love the upstairs Kitchen/lounge.

We would highly recommend this apartment. There are quite a number of stairs but this was no problem for my 82 year old

Super clean. Excellent views. Nicely furnished. Excellent host, excellent communication.

Everything was perfect. Only just an extra baking tray for the oven would be an advantage.

Great location & lovely views . Weather wasn't great but an excellent base for a few days in Cromer.

Keys easy to pick up,contacted by host in case of any questions. Plenty of space and lovely views. Essentials (and more) such as dishwasher tablets,washing up liquid,tea,coffee etc available. Thoughtful addition of milk in fridge and croissants appreciated.

Worth Every Penny

Super location. Short walk to beach and town centre (even 76 yr old mam managed it without a problem) but far enough out of it to be peaceful and restful. Clean spacious apartment with all the facilities you will ever need. Fantastic views too boot.

I wouldn't change a thing.

Very enjoyable for the few days we were there...

Great location, lovely apartment with great views across Cromer. Reasonable communication with host. Really cosy, well laid out and functional space.

Parking at rear of property is challenging, even for a mid sized car. Single bed mattresses were found to be very hard and uncomfortable by the guests using them.

Great apartment with amazing views & short walk to centre

Really spacious apartment only a few minutes walk from the centre of Cromer. Loved the decor, surf boards and amazing views! And really appreciated the treats that were left for us on arrival. Also, thank you to Patricia for checking up on us when we had an unexpected visit to A&E. Hope to visit again soon.

Very enjoyable

Very convenient location, close to facilities in Cromer. loved the top floor living area, very light and great views of the town and sea.

Only suggestion for improvement would be to provide an extra set of house keys to make life easier if everyone staying doesn't want to go out or come back at the same time.

Stunning apartment by the sea

The apartment was beautifully renovated with stunning reclaimed wood fittings, lots of light, sea views, comfy seating and everything you could need. We loved the original colourful surf board wall decorations and spiritual posters which were so uplifting. The location was perfect for walking into Cromer, no need for a car. Thanks again to the host, Patricia, for kindly returning the phone charger we left behind.

There was nothing we didn't like.

A super bolt hole by the beach

Amazing views, lovely accommodation and comfortable beds. The flat was very close to the sea and the centre of Cromer

One of the double beds was rather soft but otherwise nothing!

Excellent, would recommend.

Very spacious, nice decor. Interesting layout. Gorgeous sea views. Very close to the centre of Cromer, right on the beach. Easy parking, and 30 min drive to the beautiful north coast beaches like Wells and Holkham. Excellent host, very responsive, kind and helpful. Nice little basket of welcome snacks which was lovely. The bathroom is particularly nice.

The beds were a bit soft for us but that’s just our preference. There are bible quotes in almost every room which made us feel very aware that we were in someone else’s space! Nothing else not to like really. Lovely place.

Fantastic little find. Nice extras that were not expected such as a welcome breakfast hamper and a basket of toys for my child to play with.
