Beautiful views great hiking really enjoyed the town of Blowing Rock!

You can only describe the view and sunset by experiencing it first hand. Very nice inside and great bedding.

Condo was beautiful, clean, and welcoming. We have stayed at 2 other condos in same complex - this was our favorite!
Comfortable bed, soft sheets, good water pressure and plenty of hot water in the shower.
We loved the gas fireplace - unfortunately our weather for the extended weekend was cool and rainy , so the fireplace was a treat.
Only thing that would have been better would be a smart tv so that we could watch our shows on our DVR from home.

Driving to the house is adventure enough. Loved the location, the view, the serenity. It’s all we hoped for. Comfortable and beautiful condo home. Congrats to the owners.

Our family stayed here when we went skiing on sugar mountain and it was wonderful! Very clean and had everything we needed.

This is a very decent place to stay. The pillows were terrible though. Also, you have to put on the bedding on your own. I suppose they do that to prove it’s clean and fresh. You could see some stains on the bedding and pillows (before putting the bedding on). I would recommend.

Pros: Plenty of room, well-cleaned, quiet, all amenities, fast WiFi, excellent mountain view, not far from the slopes, easy checking in and out with info sent via SMS and email in real time.
Cons: nothing really except for a few very minor issues (missing shampoo in one of the bathrooms, one of the sinks could use a bit more cleaning, a few lamps not turning on here and there, a bathroom door sagging and touching the floor). None of that was significant. The rate was on the higher side, although not unreasonable.
Suggestion: it may be difficult to infer from the description on the web page that the condo is within a few minutes of driving from the ski lifts and not within a walking distance. It worked for me anyway, but a more clear description would be appreciated.
Would I stay there again? Certainly yes.

This condo was spotlessly clean. The porch was spacious with chairs for enjoying the breathtaking view. The drive up to the condo is somewhat curvy, but that is to be expected at this elevation. We would highly recommend this getaway location!

We arrived to a very clean home with a beautiful view! The first night was cold and windy but by the end of our stay we had plenty of nice weather to enjoy the wonderful view on the balcony. There were two chairs and a table on the balcony that were perfect for the space. The home was clean and organized and communicating with the property manager was very easy. A fire detector was beeping upon our arrival (needing new batteries) and they were quick to respond and help!
The only downside to us was that the couch wasn’t facing the window so we kept turning our heads to see the view when we were sitting inside (because it was too cold and windy outside). And one thing to note is that there was no coffee or other pantry staples (there was salt and pepper). This is totally fine but I thought there would have been coffee. The good news is the Food Lion is right at the bottom of the mountain for any grocery needs!! There were many things provided such as complimentary bar soap, shampoo and conditioner, dish soap, sponge, and laundry soap. All in all, this place was wonderful and we would definitely stay again!

Stayed at this condo in early Spring.
My kids got to experience snow for first time and it was surreal. The snow made this place look amazingly pretty.
Pros
Has designated parking spots
A little over the mountain top with beautiful views. ( 5* for view)
Close to sugar mountain skiing resort almost 3 minutes.
Close to market and restaurants
Well maintained condo ,provided with bath soap, laundry and dish soap. Board games and books to read.
Close to all key locations around.
Has a small booklet for all key sightseeing places and activities around ( really helpful)
Definitely need a 4*4 vehicle in snow season
Had to dispose thrash a little further away at dumpster
Needs a few more blankets.
Will highly recommend this place and might visit again.

My wife and I had a very relaxing experience at this condo. Checking in was easy, it was in a great location, and the views were AMAZING.
Didn't use the second bedroom but the bed was comfortable, had all the tech we needed, fireplace was easy to operate, etc. Can't think of anything negative other than communicating with Vacasa was basically non-existent.

We loved the view! We love the space.. now we didn’t like the bed it was a hard mattress and was hard to sleep on!

This codo has the most beautiful and peaceful views.

This condo was very clean and cozy. It had everything we needed for a mountain weekend. We would come back to stay again.

The views are marvelous! The property is very clean. The only thing that is missing is that there was supposed to be a receptacle for rubbish in front of the building. However, there was none. We had to deliver the rubbish to a separate dumpster located outside the resort. Overall well satisfied. Great price.

Everything was amazing! Especially the breathtaking sunsets, we rushed home everyday not to miss one. The place was immaculate and very beautiful neighborhood. Location was central to all the fall things to do .

We enjoyed our stay at the top of Sugar Mountain. Great to have the large deck, comfortable seating, and broad view to the west. That is a feature that we enjoyed. the 2-3 mile uphill drive from the main highway is no big deal in the fall.

Amazing views, and great outdoor space with chairs and tables to enjoy the view! West facing so great for watching the sunset. It would be nice to have a sunshade on one part of the balcony to help block the afternoon sun so we can still enjoy the balcony in the afternoon.

the view, very comfortable, as always Vacasa was wonderful to work with!

The condo had a wonderful view and the King bed was very comfortable. Property had everything anyone would need on vacation. My husband is elderly so I would caution to be sure you stay on the 2nd level for easy access.

Our stay was wonderful! We needed rest and a good place to relax and The Reserve was a great place to supply it. It was a very nice condo and well equipped. We had to figure out how to use the thermostat, however, not having been exposed to one as it was. Our only negatives were dusty windowsills in bathroom and not having internet our last full day and night there. We had it the rest of the week but not the last day. I would offer a suggestion to have a bench or chair in the master bedroom and an extra lock or dead bolt on the front door. We would like to stay here again if we are in the area and recommend it highly. Vacasa was also a great app to help with information and easy to use, except when you don't have internet.

View was fantastic! Place was very nice.
Only complaint is a maintenance issue: several light bulbs were out. It was a little bit annoying doing things (in the kitchen, hall and bath in low light). Called maint who said they would contact us but never did. We were only there 3 days so we just dealt with it.
Also the tap water has an odd flavor so I recommend you bring bottled water. We were there to ski Sugar mountain and it was only minutes away so I would give it 5 stars for location. Overall I Definitely recommend this place as a good stay!

Relax and have fun
Great place, views were fantastic. Convenient to ski lodge, stores and dining. What a great vacation with the wife and kids. Played at Sugar Mountain all day then had a nice dinner and relaxed with the family all curled up on the couch watching movies with the fireplace going. Will do it again!

We did not now what to expect when we arrived. We were very pleasantly surprised. It feels like a home and not a temporary vacation rental. The view is amazing. The gas fireplace warms up the living room and gives a nice feeling to be around. Bedrooms are large. Master bath huge. Lots of storage. I was concerned about carpet but in the end we liked it, very cozy during the cold. Kitchen is well appointed. Laundry was also good to clean our clothes. Dryer was very old but worked great (I guess they did make it better in the old days...) The heating was controlled by a Nest thermometer. 2nd bedroom felt a little colder than master bedroom but was good temp still. Little details such as rubber box by main entrance to put dirty boots and boot cleaner outside main door are nice. Balcony is huge and hard to describe the beauty of the view.
The unit is on the lower level so you need to go down stairs to access it. I guess would be a problem for those with strollers or wheelchairs but we were good with it even with little kids.
We would definitely stay again in this unit.
