Tucked away in the tropical paradise of Coco Beach Golf and Country Club in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico. With view of El Yunque National Forest, welcome to our beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath home that sleeps 6. Kitchen, living room, dining room, and balcony. Have fun hanging out downstairs in the patio sitting area with BBQ and awesome breeze.

You don’t have to bring anything, only food and your bathing suits, because everything is provided in the house such as towels, dinnerware, and kitchen appliances such as microwave, stove, refrigerator, freezer, and utensils to cook your meals. All Bathrooms include basic toiletries and have hot water. It is equipped with air conditioning in all the bedrooms and living room, Netflix, Hulu, TV, and WIFI all included.

Walking distance to both the Beach and Golf Course. We offer Free Parking and Golf Cart (not a mode of transportation and at time it goes under maintenance) available to use and take to the beach.

Our Villas Del Mar neighborhood offers: Beach access, parking lot is located on the left side across from the Golf Club House.

There is plenty to do whether you golf, want to horseback ride, zip line, hang out in the waterfalls nearby in the Rain Forest, take the ferries to see the beautiful nearby Islands of Culebra, and Vieques, a short 30 Minute drive to the Bioluminescent Bay Tours or just relax by the beach every day.

We spent a great 6 days here. We found everything we needed, everything was super clean. We slept very well. There are lots of excursions to do in the area. The kids were always excited about a round on the golf cart. If we're in the area again, we'll definitely come back

This was the perfect place to spend a vacation! The house is absolutely adorable! Perfect little patio in the backyard. It has all the amenities and items you would need for your stay! Cocoa Beach was such a short distance away and we were the only ones on the beach! So peaceful and relaxing to have our own beach! Perfect place to stay! Would definitely come back!

Our family had a wonderful stay at the property. Great amenities. Close location to great beaches and El Yunque. Very safe and peaceful location. Local beach was a little further than anticipated, but the added bonus of a golf cart was very appreciated.

The Coco beach Golf Resort is an amazing place. Spaces, clean, and have that third bathroom was a huge plus. Princess was very communitive. I will defferently stay here again. Thank you Princess ❤️🙏

The condo was very cute and comfortable. Everything was as described. Maybe even better! The three bedrooms were large and comfortable. The beds are firm and the bedding is nice. The kitchen and living area was adequate. Very nice patio and garage area. The condo was clean and stocked with all the necessities and then some. Safe location and easy to get to. The condo is to a beautiful golf resort/golf course. There is a small beach close but I was not a fan of that beach. Good communication between the host. Check in and out was easy. My small complaint is that the air conditioner in the main living area seemed inadequate for that size of that space. We couldn’t get it as cool as we preferred. But I do understand I’m in the Caribbean and things are different here. I am spoiled by central air conditioning at home. I would recommend this condo. It was a good choice for us.

We had 4 of us adults for a girls weekend. The three bedrooms and space were just great. We had a blast with the golf cart and driving to the beach and had a LOVELY meal at the Hyatt.

House was perfect for us for our short stay (2 adult couples plus 16 year old). Plenty of space, loved the access to the golf cart for Beach trips, and the back patio was so peaceful. We were attending a wedding at the nearby Hyatt and it was easy getting back and forth. We also appreciated the security of the gated community.

I don’t think I can rave enough but I’ll try. This house was amazing. Beautiful, spacious, fully stocked, clean, amazing location, no detail forgotten. Every time my 2 year old walked up the stairs to the main house he gasped “wowww so pretty” so all ages were impressed. Princess was a pleasure to deal with and so responsive. My family had a rental in the same neighborhood and they were jealous of my rental. The resort property is fabulous. I want to come back to stay again for sure!! Thank you Princess!!!

We had an amazing time at Casa Coco Crush! It was a comfortable and relaxing place to come home to after long days at the beach or hiking up El Yunque. Princess was attentive and communicative the entire time and very helpful with restaurant reviews and other recommendations. We would definitely come back. We loved the outdoor patio and the use of the golf cart to get to the local beach. We will be back!

My family and I enjoyed the ability to feel like we were a home away from home. The house provided everything we needed and more. We did some breakfasts in morning. We enjoyed bbq outside in backyard. I enjoyed getting our clothes washed before going back home. Everything worked well for us. I would definitely consider this house on my next trip. Not sure the age of the listing, but the description - Newly Renovated, doesn’t appear to still be accurate. I also think the description should make clear that you need to climb 2 flights of stairs (8-10 steps each) to access main living area. Overall accommodations fell short of my expectations. But even with that, the house/area was full of amenities. Chock full of cooking supplies (look in kitchen cabinets and closets before shopping) and entertainment, lovely outdoor area and nearby beach. Close to other nearby beaches and attractions.

We love the area so we stayed again at our favorite property. We are 10 mins from the beach. We go to the local supermarket and get our groceries so we save on eating out every meal. If we want to go out to dinner we have restaurants and bars within Go Cart driving distance.

We came here for my sons wedding. Location is wonderful. Gated area inside the Hyatt Regency so we felt very safe. The home os simply beautiful!!! Everything you need is here. Love the golf cart use to get into which seemed like our own private beach. When you book excursions they will pick you up here which was great since driving around Puerto Rico was a little stressful. We absolutely will book again if we make it back to PR!!!

We stayed here to attend a wedding at the Hyatt. It was very convenient and had so many amenities. The golf cart was an unexpected bonus. She even had a bunch of beach stuff like chairs to borrow. The space was immaculate. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great home in a great neighborhood. Very clean and comfortable with lots of outdoor space to relax. The location was perfect for daytime excursions to El Yunque National Forest, San Juan and Fajardo. Lots of great restaurants close by too!

This house is perfect. We had 2 couples and the house was a great size. Princess was extremely quick and through in her communication. I appreciated all the extras she had. There was a cooler for our use, beach chairs, beach towels. The back patio was like being at a resort. I could spend the entire day in the hammocks. The location is great if you want to explore the area. Very close to good local restaurants and beaches. I will definitely stay again if we visit Puerto Rico again.

Short drive to private beach, no crowds beautiful water. 10-20min drive to restaurants/store/ rain forest. House has every amenity you might need from beach gear to kitchen utensils. Would stay here again.

We rented this home because it had a golf cart but the golf cart did not work. We ended up having to spend lots of extra money in order to have transportation to and from the house and the hotel (Hyatt - located within the complex) because we were there for a destination wedding. The first night we were there, we missed out on the family dinner because we had to push and limp the golf cart back to the house. If we'd have known the golf cart didn't work, we probably wouldn't have stayed there. HOWEVER, the home was clean and accommodated my family well. Just was disappointed about the one amenity that we needed that didn't work. If you aren't relying on that amenity (although they maybe fixed it!), this is a great home. The host was very responsive and apologetic.

Princess was a great host! The home looks just like the pictures. Princess has towels, beach chairs, and all the necessities of home away from home. My family and I and such a great time! The air conditioner worked great, the beds were comfortable, and there was enough space for my family of 4. The power went out, but she had a generator that worked great while the power was out and immediately turned on. I would definitely come back!

The place is very nice, clean and well maintained. The area is very nice and secured. If you looking for a quite neighborhood this is it. Very quite neighboors and friendly. We have a golf cart that we did not used but it was nice to know that is was one available. You can use the golf cart to the beach. Thank you, beautiful home!
