Location easy to get any where
Bottom kitchen board kept fall of and toilet seat in main bedroom loss .only small issue other than that very nice .

For a basement apartment it was amazingly quiet (despite being on a major road), light, airy and private. Nothing felt squeezed in or budget sized. The kitchen had everything, including a full size fridge and freezer, plus a dishwasher. The 2 bedrooms with en suites were spacious, with plenty of storage, very comfortable beds and good layouts, affording total privacy. It was a short and easy walk down to the main centre and parks, or 100 yards to local cafes, restaurants, shops, and a whole local community. Perfect!
There were no instructions for the heating and we had to ring to find out that it was operated remotely, otherwise it was a joy.

Great location, beautiful apartment. Clean, modern and welcoming. Could not fault it. Attention to detail was amazing. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
The only criticism is the door in the twin bedroom needs to have some sort of insulation.

perfect for our stay
neighbours are a bit noisy at night

Really lovely and cosy apartment. Clean and beautifully furnished, easy access to town and the convention centre. The owners left a booklet with lots of useful information such as where to eat and closest supermarkets. Appliances were nice and modern. I was working at the convention centre and it felt was so nice returning to a homely apartment, I felt very comfortable there. Would love to stay here again.
Whilst the large shower is lovely it can sometimes be inconsistent and run hot and cold.
Not the owners fault, but the upstairs neighbours can be quite noisy. Fortunately it didn’t really bother us until the morning of the last day when we had to leave.

I was so looking forward to staying there & Jill was very responsive on messages. Just a shame I couldn’t book for another time and enjoy it.
It’s important to note that there is NO flex or exception when booking this place if you book non-refundable. I split with my partner & explained I couldn’t travel with my 1 year old - no money back at all & would not let me re-book for another time when I could stay there with family support. I think this was a very harsh response & I lost £500.
Jill was very responsive in messages so all probably would have been fine if it went to plan. I think it’s important to let people know how strong the non-refundable option is as I’ve had places in the past been more understanding for less of a reason.

Lovely, spacious and super comfortable. This flat was perfect for the 4 of us staying and the separate rooms allowed us so much space to be together and to have time alone. We couldn’t ask for better facilities in the apartment, everything was laid out in the handbook so we could work out how to use everything and the decor and finish was just beautiful. It was an off the scale apartment, ticking all of our boxes. Would recommend to anyone needing to stay locally.
The only downfall we experienced was the master bedroom having two separate twin beds pushed together to make a double. As a couple it made sleeping a little more tricky as the bed kept pushing apart in the middle but really that’s being stupidly nitpicky. The beds were incredibly comfortable otherwise and we enjoyed watching TV in bed together. The other, slightly smaller room was a regular double therefore the twin beds would benefit 2 people not wanting to share a bed and two people who would.

very convenient to the Harrogate Conference Centre, well appointed, had everything we needed, comfortable
this is a lower ground apartment and their appears to be no sound proofing between the apartment and the apartments above. night one. - constant noise until 0215, night 2 - almighty noise at 0200, so loud that a person traveling with us who generally wears hearing aids heard it. night 3 the neighbours pets running around

Clean, spacious, attractive flat, in easy walking distance to town centre, and with parking outside.
Slimy leaves on the steps down to the flat and a bit of a noisy neighbour above.

We enjoyed the decor and location
Although clean the double bedroom at the rear was very damp and uncomfortable to sleep in. The apartment would benefit from a dehumidifier . It also had a strong smell of fresh paint and I don’t think it had been aired sufficiently before our arrival .

Good location, very comfortable bed, very clean and obviously recently refurbished.
Nothing really, there were just a few minor signs of wear and tear with ceiling patches, although this didn’t spoil it for us but others might find fault.
The bath towels could have been larger, particularly as our stay was for 6 days
