Property was nice, the backyard and back porch need a good cleaning. House was well stocked with cookware, paper products, towels. Great dining table for gathering for dinner, and playing board games. Decorated nicely. Several beds in the loft, great for larger families but beware skylight is above the space, made it hard for a few family members. Pleasant surroundings .

This cabin has everything you need! It was nice and cozy, we had such a fantastic family New Year. We loved every part of the cabin, the kitchen, the dining area and living area. The backyard was beautiful and the fireplace kept us warm! We played many board games and watched lots of movies. This cabin was amazing, would stay again.

This is our second time to stay at the property and was just as good as the first. Very clean, nice with everything we needed for our family. We love to golf so it is the perfect location. Highly recommend to anyone. Great communication from the hosts as well.

We enjoyed a wonderful, peaceful few days at this fabulous home. They have everything, it’s super clean with lots of space indoors and out on the patio deck where you smell pine trees, watch golfers and walk the course with our pups in the morning and evening. The owners are extremely responsive and accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful time! 💜

The Ayala house was the perfect place for our family of 13. Three families with 8 teens and we had a blast. The house had literally everything we needed from linens to kitchen items to firewood and golf clubs. The loft was cutely decorated and the kiddos felt like they were at summer camp.

The property was very comfortable and family friendly. I took my daughter and 3 of my grandchildren. My son also came with his family for one night. There were plenty of beds and room for everyone. I really enjoyed sitting outside and relaxing. The house has everything you would need for a pleasant stay. We really enjoyed it! Thank you for sharing your home!

We had a fabulous time! My family came from Texas and we had a blast all being together! The snow was so much fun! Sledding, skiing and snow right out back for snowball fights and snowman building. Thanks again for a beautiful stay!

Our stay here was great! This home had oeverything we needed and being on the golfcourse was a huge plus. The beds were so comfortable! The loft are was a hit with the kids. We played games, cooked out and watched movies. We definitely plan on coming back!

We VRBO a lot, this place was just what we wanted. Very comfortable and lots of room. Very clean except the BBQ needs to be cleaned. We loved hearing the elk and wild horses at night. We also did a round of golf and the course was beautiful and the people were so welcoming.

The property was beautiful as was the setting. Very clean and comfortable. We really appreciated the "extras" we hadn't expected, like lots of firewood, games to play, lots of comfortable indoor and outdoor seating, a table that could seat all of us. The only negative, and this is a BIG negative, was the internet and lack of TV. The online list of amenities included internet and TV, but neither worked well. We could not get a reliable internet connection, and there were NO standard cable channels. We had two people in our group that could not participate in all the active outdoor activities, and they were planning to watch football, golf etc...when the rest of us were out. So disappointing and put a damper on our weekend, as they had to sit there and watch sports rerun clips on some channel we have never heard of, or watch some shows on some type of National Geographic type station. NONE of the standard channels (ie, NBC, CBS, ABC...) were available. When I emailed to ask about this upon our arrival, the response I got was that the internet in the mountains is slow. My son lives in PInetop and his job is online, he is able to get a reliable connection. It appears that the owners do not want to pay for actual TV or a higher speed internet. Internet and actual TV are standard expectations for a property like this and the price we paid. The house and the setting are wonderful, the cabin has obviously been updated and outfitted to provide a warm and welcoming environment and we would have loved to have returned, and we would have recommended this to our friends. But due to the lack of internet and TV, we will not. At the very least you need to be honest about the lack, and explain that the internet connection is not reliable and that the TV is nothing more than a screen upon which to watch DVD's.

I booked this stay for our girls golf group summer get away, it was absolutely perfect. All seven ladies agreed that it was the best stocked kitchen. The only item we were missing was a blender. Great quality appliances, nice beds and a beautiful view of the golf course. We already miss it.
