Very friendly welcome.

John and Kim were amazing hosts! They were incredibly friendly and the breakfast was excellent. I had the room with the shared bathroom and the shower was incredible. The room had a sink in which was handy and the room itself was very large. The breakfast room had a gorgeous view of the garden. The parking was very convenient and off the main road. I would definitely stay there again. I stayed there to go to a wedding at Fentham Hall which was a short walk away. The little village shops and local pub were handy too.
Nothing - it was excellent!

Really lovely b&b with very welcoming hosts. Our room was lovely and spacious and the shared bathroom was very clean and big with both a bath and shower. Lots of options for breakfast, and the location is great. 3 mins to Birmingham International on the train so great for events at the NEC.

Great location, a very lovely area and close to world resort arena. A quick journey to Birmingham and no need to stay in the city, if you fancy a village instead.

Room was clean bright and tidy. Parking available on site. Hosts were very friendly but not intrusive. The breakfast was excellent. Had a full choice of menu. Always piping hot. Toast, Tea and coffee all available if you wanted more. Great location for NEC and central Birmingham. Transport right on your doorstep if you didn’t want to drive to locations. Would definitely stay again. And would recommend to family and friends

The hosts (Jon and Kim) were very friendly. We had constant communication during our trip as there were train cancellations. John was very nice and he waited for us to arrive almost at midnight.
The room was clean and the bathroom was large and clean. The stay was great and met our expectations. It is located in a beautiful area and very close to the airport. I will recommend it 100%. Having never travelled to Birmingham before I’d highly recommend Gayton B&B for its ease of access to train stations and Airport and, of course, it’s lovely hosts.

A very comfortable b & b. Hosts were great as was the breakfast. We would definitely go back.

The hosts were very kind and welcoming. I cannot fault my stay. Hosts are very knowledgeable of the area and have lots of suggestions on what to do. They also make you feel very comfortable in their home and are very approachable but also understand your privacy. Their home is beautiful! I stay in the Lake District often and the rooms are very similar to places I've stayed in the Lake District, tidy, comfy, peaceful, warm and a pleasant view. The breakfast was delicious, it helped towards a great start to my busy day ahead. Coffee and tea are plentiful. The location is perfect for accessing surrounding areas. I will be sure to use this B&B again if I am to stay in the area again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I was attending a wedding at Hampton Manor which was a 10 minute walk away so location was ideal and half the price of a hotel.

A very welcoming hosting couple who went out of their way to make me feel at home. I really enjoyed my visit because they had thought of everything. Nothing was too much trouble, and I wanted for nothing! They shared great ideas and information to help me with the ideas I had about my time in the area, and we spent a lot of time around the kitchen table talking about our travels. What I was particularly impressed with was John's determination to protect the single traveller from feeling lonely, owing to his own experiences when working away from home.

The hosts were exceptionally lovely people, I went away feeling inspired by them as humans, I felt rested due to their approach and the wonderful area itself.
