About this apartment rental
Summary:
A lovely 2 bedroom apartment set within a brand new development. The luxurious apartment has space for up to 4 guests and is completely self-contained with a kitchen, bathroom and patio. It is located in the heart of the city of New Brighton within a 10 minute walk to the beach.
The spacious bedrooms feature double beds and the bathroom has a bathtub and shower. The Apartment is the perfect base for guests wanting to be close to the seaside with easy access to travel to a larger city.
The Space:
The living space contains a modern, fully fitted kitchen which is equipped with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, and even has a coffee machine for the finest morning coffee! Alternatively, the apartment is near plenty of amenities if you prefer to dine out in style or enjoy a cosy takeaway. There is a lovely little bakery next to the apartments. The living area also includes a large sofa and a SMART TV (e.g. Netflix). There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment, perfect for streaming TV and all your browsing, social media and emailing needs. The spacious bedroom features storage space for clothes and a comfortable double bed with crisp hotel linen. The modern and clean bathroom comes with fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries.

Use DETTOL * (and other may be used) brands alcohol and bleach-based products.
Spend extra time disinfecting high touch surfaces such as switches, knobs, handles, remotes.
Wear face masks and gloves.
Do not leave excess linen in properties.

The Neighborhood:
The property is located in the lovely town of New Brighton. New Brighton is a seaside resort with local bars, restaurants and leisure facilities within a 10 minute walk.
Getting Around:
There are many attractions close by to the apartments, however if you prefer to travel to a new destination, the bus station and train station are a 10 minute walk away from the apartment.
Other Things to Note:
Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to the late check-in fee.
Late check-in fees:
· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50.
· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75.
For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.

This is a modern property, but needs a bit of TLC/maintainence.Lights in kitchen too dim to see anything when it’s dark, hole in bathroom wall, and kitchen floor needs some fixing. Apart from those things it is a very comfortable place to stay. Heating works well as do all the appliances.
Great location in New Brighton, quiet street but still close to convenience store and a lovely bakery next door. Easy to access transport to Liverpool (train a short walk away)

Modern, clean, bright, secure, good parking, close to amenities and local attractions and food outlets. Communications before the holiday could have been better. Prompt communication with owners but it seemed to fall down between them and the property Managers who didn't always phone back to answer questions.

Base for visiting Liverpool and surrounding area
Excellent facilities. Good public transport links into Liverpool. Not far from a couple of good beaches. Bakery next door was lovely. Enjoyed our stay. Only down side were the pillows. My advice take your own.

Absolutely beautiful apartment in Wallasey, well well equipped, functional, clean and tidy. Just what we needed to be near family.
We usually stay in the travel lodge but this was too good to miss out on!
Will defo stay again soon.
