Abgezockt

Echt tolle Lage des Hotels. Gutes Frühstück

Für erste Nacht bekamen wir Zimmer mit vollem See Blick. Dann haben die verlangt dass in der Früh Koffer packen und warten auf unsere Zimmer da die wissen nicht wann wir unsere Zimmer beziehen können. Nach große Hin und her bekamen wir doch Zimmer am Vormittag jedoch um fast die Hälfte kleiner als gebucht und bezahlt. Die Rezeptionistin war sehr un einsichtig und hat Gespräch beendet mit Spruch " Was wollen Sie,Sie haben upgrade für eine Nacht bekommen ( wir haben darum nicht gebeten und es war nur besseres Sicht auf See) ENDE DER DISKUSSION. Meine Mutter war fassungslos. Diese Zimmer eigentlich konnten wir vor der Reise auch buchen für mehrere hundert CHF weniger. Also voll abgezockt. Dazu die ganze Nacht Klimaanlage war heftig laut obwohl die war abgeschaltet (wir haben gar nicht Sie benutzt) so Metall an Metall Reibung Geräusch. Techniker kam aber hat selbst nicht kapiert um was geht. Also für Aufenthalt von 5 Tagen sehr traurig so etwas im so anscheinend guten Hotel zu erleben. NIE WIEDER

Deniz kenarında tesise ait ücretsiz şezlong bulunmaması. Double yatak tercih ederdim. iki tekli yatak verildi.

Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour, l’hôtel a un emplacement de rêve, nous avons pu faire tout à pied. Les chambres rénové sont très belles avec une vue qui surplombe toute La mer. tout a été agréable

La piscine paraît beaucoup plus grande sur les photos booking, mais celle ci était quand même tres agréable

Sehr schöne gepflegte Anlage, freundliche Mitarbeiter, günstige Preise an der Bar, super Lage direkt am Meer

Mein Standard Zimmer entsprach nicht einem 4 Sterne Hotel , eher 2 Sterne könnte man geben. Die Möbel alt und unmodern, die Türen teilweise beschädigt, der Kühlschrank alt, von außen verrostet und laut. Man erwartet so ein Zimmer nicht, wenn man diese moderne Hotelanlage betritt.

Tolles Hotel an bester Lage! Hatten toll renovierte Zimmer im 6 Stock mit top Sicht auf's Meer u.Rhodos. Sehr sauber jeden Tag.Tolle Raumpflegerin ! Top Frühstück ,hat für jeden was. Restaurand und Bar gute Auswahl und auch sehr freundlich! Kommen jeder Zeit wieder!

Manchmal etwas laut auf den Balkonen oder Türschletzen von den andern Gästen. Aber da kann das Hotel nichts dafür,wenn die Gäste nicht wissen, wie man sich benimmt.

The location of the hotel is great, you can reach the old city in 10 minutes on foot from the sea, around the hotel there are lots of cafes, bars and restaurants, you use the pool of the cactus hotel right next to it, the sea is clear and good to swim but you pay for the sunbeds, the hotel hasn’t a special area on the beach. the breakfast is very nice and the choice is very high, I think the food and beverage prices in the hotel are affordable ,Our room was on the 5th floor. It had partial sea view and it was the same room that appeared in the picture, everything was brand new and clean. There is only one elevator in the hotel, but it is enough, we did not have a problem or wait. I was very satisfied with the hotel in every aspect, I would definitely like to stay again. We left there with good memories.

The hotel is at a great location and the seaside view is amazing. Very close to the city and literally 5 meters from the beach.

The pool showed on the photos belongs to another hotel! The hotel is listed as having a pool but that belongs to the hotel Cactus that is exactly next to the Aquarium View and is owned by the same company.

If you wish to stay in the New Town this is a great hotel, and excellent value for money.

Clean, modern, nice view, good size balcony.

The location wasn’t right for us - our fault of course! The AC was essential but the unit was so loud it made sleep very difficult.

Location is great

Really old, so much loud sound from the hallway, you could hear everybody. Got chased for hoteltax even though it was incl in the price via booking. Shower was so small, water ran out all iver the floor

There are pluses and minuses everywhere. I am totally satisfied and would love to go back there!

location - it is above all! View of the sea and hotel in the city center. We had really great cleaners and especially one! She always take care of clean and fresh towels or bedding.

Long and loud music, sometimes until 1 am or later. With the windows closed, you can turn on the air conditioning, but it is very noisy. Sometimes there was a problem with water flow from bath or shower.

Great location and beautiful sea view.

The room wasn't clean, there was hair and dust which was an unpleasant surprise. Also there was no equipment to dry wet clothes.

Would definitely stay again.

Staff was very friendly and competent. The room (Superior with Side Sea View) looked recently renovated, was spacious, clean and well equipped. The location was splendid, with wonderful sea views and short walking distances to most places of interest in the city.

There is only one small elevator, which may sometimes be an issue when the hotel is well occupied. The breakfast was OK but nothing special (still worth the price though) - with exception of the coffee from the coffee machine which was really bad for my taste.

Great hotel in a great location.

Great location at the Aquarium right next to the beach. Blízkost mnoha restaurací a obchodů. Comfortable room with large balcony overlooking the sea. Very helpful and friendly staff.

The hotel does not have its own pool, but it is possible to use a smaller pool at the neighbouring Cactus Hotel.

Great hotel with impressive and windy view

The hotel itself was very nice! During the checki in process we were provided a glass of fresh orange juice which was nice after a long journey. The room itself was on the 6th floor, refurbished, clean and it had really nice view to the avenue in front of the hotel and also to the sea (although not directly to Aquarium). It was being cleaned every day and a free bottle of water was provided in the fridge. There was also selection of care products such as shampoo, conditioner and body lotion but surprisingly there was no soap so we used the shower gel instead. In addition the room has hair drier, safebox and extra pillows. The air-conditioner worked really well and it was INCLUDED in the price already. Apart from the room the hotel has great breakfast which was changed just a little bit every day but the selection was wide enough. There are fresh fruits, pancakes and classic English breakfast stuff. There is also a restaurant which we did not use and a bar which has really friendly and professional staff. They host some events in the bar in every few days and the performers were very professional. The POOL was not situated in the same building as the Aquarium View, but instead in a sister hotel right across the street so it is 30 meters from the hotel. The pool itself is clean, big enough and again has a good bar and restaurant, where you can have a lunch. The hotel also has its own supermarket where you can basically get everything you need. The hotel is very close to beach, maybe 100m and it also has watersports facility nearby for relatively good prices. By the way - we celebrated my girlfriends birthday and the hotel was kind enough to provide a bottle of sparkling wine and a small cake with a candle to the room - the staff was so lovely to bring it! In the evening we also got a sparkler with our cocktail so the surprises were very sweet.

When checking in, there could be a little bit more information about going to the pool. Receptionist just told us that there is one next to our hotel but we had to figure out how to get in there ourselves. Mind that the balconies on the higher floors get reaaallly windy, at least when we went there in September. We also heard that this is usually the windiest time. Wind also made the window squeak a bit but not in a loud manner. The shower-room might be little bit small to bigger persons. We are below average height so we didn't mind. It is a small thing but the juices at the breakfast are really sweet! For our taste, we added half a juice and half water. :) No worries though.

Excellent location at the Northern tip of Rhodes Town

Excellent location at the Northern tip of Rhodes Town with access to the beaches on the Western (windy) and Eastern (more calm) sides of the island. Also, you have access to the pool at the Cactus hotel across the street--a reasonable sized pool with a large area for sunbeds unlike many hotels in Rhodes Town. There is also a bar and restaurant at the pool. The sea views from the rooms are fantastic. The superior rooms on the top floors are renovated.

Not what we were expecting at all.

great breakfast choice. great staff. especially Litsis. She has patience of a saint. (hope I have name right). Beach just across the road. Great air- conditioning in room.

No pool, we had to use pool in cactus hotel next door. It’s In small writing if you look, so my fault for not reading properly. Very few Pictures provided on booking.com are not of Aquarium Hotel. They are from Cactus hotel. Our room was very dated and needed a complete overhaul to look like what was in the pictures advertised. Shower ran all over floor because curtain wasn’t long enough.
