This townhouse sits within a peaceful community located just six miles west of downtown Pagosa Springs, the San Juan River, and the area's world-famous hot springs. In warm weather, the San Juan River offers opportunities for fishing, kayaking, tubing, and paddleboarding, while visiting golfers will want to challenge the 27 holes of the Pagosa Springs Golf Club, only a mile from your door. And discover the San Juans on horseback through one of several local stables and outfitters. In winter, hit the slopes of the Wolf Creek Ski Area, just 30 miles northeast. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
