Enjoy quaint and quiet surroundings, nestled in the San Juan Mountain Range. Just steps to our favorite uptown coffee shop, Higher Grounds, with great food and a relaxing patio to warm up in the high altitude sunshine, or just stroll around near boutique shopping, adventure guides, and paved bike/walking trails. Also within walking distance are some of our best uptown restaurants, breweries, live music, and the grocery store. Eight minutes by car to downtown and the world-famous hot springs!

The inviting, open floor plan is a wonderful space to share time with your friends or family. A delightfully clean and fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to dine in or enjoy a light breakfast before leaving to explore all that Pagosa offers. The living area features a big screen TV and high vaulted ceilings. Feel free to log into your Netflix/Hulu/Amazon accounts. The comfortable leather couches are great to kick back, or you can convert them into cozy beds. The dining area includes a breakfast bar for 3 and dining table for 4.
The master bedroom provides a beautiful, quiet place to get a great night's rest with a walk-in closet. This condo is two levels with a great room, kitchen, and master bedroom/bathroom on the main level. The upper level is the loft with a big open hangout space, a queen bed, a pull-out sofa bed, a bunk bed with trundle, walk-in closet and its own full bathroom.
This rare gem has air-conditioning, most mountain residences do not.
Complimentary parking for one vehicle in the on-site lot. Additional vehicles will need to be parked off-site if additional space is not available.

This property was a perfect fit for our family. Close to town, clean, well decorated and we enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony deck. We would stay here again.

Our family stayed for a few nights to enjoy the hot springs and skiing Wolf Creek. Location was easy and good, and the space was great for our family of 5. Lots of room in the loft upstairs for the kids. Check in/communication with the iTrip team was excellent. Clean and exactly as described. Shopping center next door made a few stores, restaurants, and grocery walkable if needed. Would definitely recommend it and would stay here again.

Spacious interior. Quiet location. Comfortable beds. When we opened the windows at night, it cooled down quickly with a pleasant cross breeze. Very clean and everything looked new. Loved the small touches for sustainability. Thank you for having plenty of dishes and silverware for more than one meal for our party of 5. The kitchen had everything we needed. Owners were quick, kind and attentive when we texted some questions. Only critic is the code for the dumpster did not work when needed to throw away trash. We had a lovely stay. Thank you

This property was just what we needed for a family of 4 (although it could of slept a couple more people). It was right across the parking lot from a coffee shop and within short walking distance to the grocery store. The management was responsive and kind. Thank you!

Booking and check-in were easy. It is a wonderful location with many restaurants within walking distance, but kitchen has everything you need! Lovely neighborhood and SO quiet! The pictures don't do this justice as it is new, wonderful and homey inside. The area is beautiful with LOTS of places for walking. We had a wonderful time and were very happy with the accommodations.

Long story short, there is no hot water. Sorry, that's not an accurate statement.
There is LIMITED hot water. You know there's an issue when there is a sign posted in the bathroom (wish I could upload the pic) reading:
There is plenty of hot water. You just need to make sure that no other appliances are running (there wasn't) and you wait a couple hours between showers.
This unit sleeps 6. So waiting a couple of hours between showers? That's 12 hours! Half a day.
And when it's your turn to take this shower/bath - the hot water lasts for 3-5 minutes. Yes, we timed it.
Well, how about some take a shower in the morning and others at night. OK...but in the evening we are cooking (hot water is needed) and possibly running the washer or dishwasher (hot water is needed).
We were miserable. We did reach out to management and they were responsive and finally had someone to come out and check on the unit...after 6:30pm the night before we left. We opted for them not to come. Because at that point, it just wasn't worth it anymore.
In a nutshell - if you value your hygiene, clean clothing, or clean dishes...DO NOT RENT THIS UNIT.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The place had plenty of room for 6 and was in fairly good condition with comfortable beds.
The carpets were very dirty, and I think for $600 per night, they should have been cleaned prior to our stay. The garbage disposal was also broken when we arrived, which made our kitchen clean-up a bit of a pain. I communicated these things with management and was told they would be taken care of after our departure.
The hot water heater must be undersized because there is only enough hot water for 2 showers before the water turns cold.
The location is very handy to retail shops, but no view as was advertised.
One side of the unit looks out on other condominiums, and the other side looks out at retail shops. I had hoped to see some mountains.

Condo is ok. The location is so so. The hallway stairs up to the unit were dirty and smelled like cat. They could def use a vacuum and motion sensing light so we weren’t stuck out in dark hall trying to open door. My biggest issue was that we couldn’t smoke on the balcony. It said in the listing it was a nonsmoking unit, which pretty much anything is, but there was no mention that you couldn’t smoke OUTSIDE either. If I had known that I would not have booked it. I realize most people don’t smoke so it’s a non-issue for them. Since it was raining for days and there were signs at condo saying the neighbors didn’t like smoke and we couldn’t use the balcony, and we couldn’t stand under downstairs porch because that was prohibited too, we had to stand in the rain or sit in the car. Property needs to make this policy CLEAR in the LISTING before people book. It was a total bummer.

We had a fabulous stay. The condo was clean and inviting. They must have recently installed the new flooring in the living space as the pictures still showed carpeted throughout. That was an added bonus. The hot water did seem to run out fairly quickly even with short showers for the 4 of us but otherwise it was great and we would definitely stay there again.

Perfect condo for a family stay in Pagosa Springs. Large sleeping space upstairs in the loft, great place for kiddos to spread out & separate from the adults. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast & dinner each evening. Washer & dryer was great to dry out any damp ski clothes. Great quiet/safe location right off the main road in town & walkable to a grocery store & several restaurants. Would definitely stay here again if booking a ski trip to Wolf Creek!
