Conveniently located in the heart of Mankato hilltop, these units are newer units with a washer/dryer in each apartment. Fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath property that sleeps 4 adults comfortably. This unit is on the 2nd floor of the Clubhouse building with a fitness center, yoga studio, indoor hot tub and an outside heated (seasonal) pool.

Very quiet and safe apartment complex. The beds are wonderful, one even raises the head or feet! Restaurants, grocery store all within a short walk. The pool/hot tub/bbq area attached to the building is fantastic. It's quite spacious and has a bocce court. The unit itself was as described, great. We were in Mankato for a wedding and if we were ever to be back we would, without hesitation, stay here again.

We actually rented 2 apartments near each other for graduation weekend. The apartments were awesome! Easy to walk to grocery store, Applebees, McDonalds. Beds and furnishings and decorations are really nice! Would recommend to families.

We stayed here for a week while visiting family and it was a great stay. It had everything we needed and the kids loved the indoor hot tub. Laundry in the unit was super convenient. We would stay again!

The condo was very clean, nicely furnished, & well stocked. The location was perfect - not far from a highway, yet tucked back enough that it was quiet. The electronic deadbolt only worked for us when we initially checked in. After going out for dinner our first evening there, we returned to the condo & could not get in. Fortunately the manager of this listing was responsive immediately & able to let us in. She was going to come by the following day to see if she could fix it. She did not show up. The entire weekend we had to leave the deadbolt unlocked every time we left. The patio door lock does not work. So when we were in, we had in the back of our minds that someone could break in through the patio door. Besides the lock issues, the condo was good. Once they get those issues cleared up, I’d give it 5 stars.

We’ve stayed here multiple times over the last couple years. Each time has been a good experience. The rental is clean and nicely decorated. There’s plenty of parking. The washer and dryer is an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

We were in town for a family reunion and the apartment fit our needs. It was very clean. Beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels. It was nice to have a full-size fridge. Crista was very responsive. There is plenty of parking. The apartment is within walking distance of shopping and many restaurants. The only negatives I have are easily remedied and should not deter anyone from renting here. First, TVs in the unit only offer streaming and there are no instructions as to how to use them, for those unfamiliar. Second, there were no instructions on how to lock the door. We discovered that we had to enter the code and push the lock button twice in order to secure the unit. Simple instructions for these two concerns should make this unit a great choice for anyone.

This apartment was perfect for our short stay in Mankato. The location was close to the Moondogs stadium, stores and restaurants. It was clean and well stocked. The beds and furniture were comfy. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice area. Found hair in the bathtub and a stain of blood on a pillow cover. The manager was very helpful and resolved the issue right away, even offered to change to another unit.

We were not expecting so many dogs in these apartments. Dog pee in the elevator, stained carpets and smell. Our fault for not checking. If you have a dog, you would like it.

My wife, almost 7 year old daughter and dog had a great experience! The pool is huge & my little girl spent hours swimming laps! The only negative was at times the other apartment residents were pumping some not so kid friendly music in the pool area but I guess that comes with community living. Overall it was great and we would definitely stay again!

A good location within walking distance to HyVee and the River Hills Malls, among other stores. Good urban trails to get a short hike in for some exercise. The wall are a bit thin so it's challenging to watch late night TV with other trying to sleep. A great bargin for everything available.

AMENITIES WERE MINIMAL. STOOLS AT THE KITCHEN ISLAND WERE ALL VERY LOOSE ALMOST UNSITABLE. TRIED TIGHTENING BY HAND BUT LOOSENED UP AGAIN. ONE STOOL BY THE TABLE HAD A BROKEN LEG SUPPORT AND TOO WAS DANEROUS TO SIT ON.

This property was perfect for our family’s needs. Had several nice touches, such as cleaning supplies, board games and kitchen gadgets for cooking. Entering the unit was a little confusing at first, but wasn’t a problem once we figured it out. We will be returning!

Three adults and a 42-pound dog shared the space. It fit us well. The apartment is clean and nicely appointed. The basic kitchen supplies were all we needed. The in-apartment laundry was nice to have. Location is good. Plenty of shopping and food options within 5 minutes, and it’s 10 minutes from downtown Mankato.

We stayed here while visiting our son who attends MSU. It was much better than staying in a hotel. It was great to have elbow room. The apartment was clean and tastefully decorated. It had a nice open floor plan and everything we needed. We didn’t use the pool or common area but that also looked very nice. Location is close to shopping and restaurants. The community is nice and we felt safe. The only negative was there was no ice maker in the fridge and no ice trays. Grocery store was close by so we just bought a bag of ice.

Just stay here for 3 days and had an amazing time. We were visiting friends in the area but it was so nice to have a place to call our own. Gorgeous well stocked kitchen, super comfortable couch for watching a movie on, beds were so so comfortable. The place was immaculate, it felt like a luxury hotel designed out of home goods! The kiddos' favorite part was definitely the pool which was heated and so fun! Very quiet place as well and within walking or a very short drive to anything you want or need! Would absolutely stay again.
