The house was great, we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were there four nights and didn’t want to leave. Great to have a separate bathroom for each bedroom and a washer and dryer. Close to the beach, bike paths, the pier, restaurants, and coffee. The chairs, umbrellas, wagon and footballs were a nice addition and we used them every day. After a day in the sun, it was great to relax on the rooftop terrace. We are already looking into booking our next summer vacation in Newport and staying in the same house.

From the booking process to chemcing out wverything was smooth. Amy questions we had were answered by host within hours.
Cozy atmosphere, easy location for parking beach and restaurants. Ubers came fast. Took a boat out one day. Highly recommend and have it stop at bars along the harbour.

this place was great. Very easy to walk to the beach and bike paths. Great proximity to the pier and local restaurants. The kitchen was pretty well stocked for our needs. The beach equipment they provide was very helpful, especially the wagon. The chairs and beach games were also nice. The host was very responsive to needs, especially when the neighboring unit was being very noisy, they quieted them down quickly. The host was very responsive and helpful.

We rented this house for spring break for our teenage daughter and some of her friends. It was beyond our expectations. Excellent location, one minute walk from the sand. We took electric bikes and they were very free, as everything was very close. The house is excellent, comfortable beds, great bathrooms, equipped kitchen, easy communication, I will definitely rent it again, as we are 100% satisfied with everything.

Overall, a solid house for a group or family stay in Newport Beach. Just blocks from the beach, coffee, restaurants -- location can't be beat. Rooftop terrace is highlight of the house. A few minor things -- the house is not stocked with cooking oil, spices, etc and hot water for showers ran out quickly.

We had a fantastic family vacation in Newport Beach. This house is located one block from Feb sand. Many walkable restaurants. The inside is clean and modern and very spacious. Central air conditioning is a huge plus!! The owner was very responsive. When we first arrived the outdoor garbage cans were filled with garbage (it is picked up by the town once/week). We called the owner and he had the garbage removed the same day. There were plenty of beach chairs and a beach wagon for guests to use. I would definitely stay here again and again!

Loved our stay. The place had everything we needed, especially the wagon to haul stuff to the beach. Such a great location, close to the beach, and the bike rental process was easy. Only downer was a bunch of rowdy teenagers/neighbors one night, but that didn't last too long. Overall, we loved our trip here and will be back.

House is in a prime location. Walking distance to the beach. 4th bedroom up stairs has no privacy as that is the only access point to the beautiful rooftop patio. Had a great time!

Stayed here for a girls' trip. Close to the beach. Great property. Nice and clean. All bedrooms are up at least one flight of stairs. It was great that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Garage is small. We rented a Chevy Traverse and it fit okay, but there was no way we could have gotten another vehicle in as well. Would definitely rent again.

Perfect location
We loved that we could walk to the beach and be on the boardwalk in 5 min. Car parking garage was tight but happy we had space to park. Overall, awesome stay and will definitely rebook.

Rooftop deck is the best
I stayed at this property with a group of seven adults. We found the space to be very comfortable. The location is walkable to the beach and many restaurant options. The rooftop deck is the highlight of the property. Note that one of the queen bedrooms must be used as a pass-through to access the roof deck.

Pictures do not do it justice
This was the perfect place in a perfect location! The Property Owner (Beachview Realty) was exceptional to deal with. Easy communication and quick to respond. They were very accommodating of our requests. When we arrived, the house was beautiful, neat, and clean. Unlike most properties in the area, this one has AC......which is a definite plus. The location to the pier, shopping, and restaurants was better than I could have planned.
I highly recommend this property and Beachview Realty to any9one looking in this area. I would stay here again!

New property close to beach and restaurants but not as advertised!
This brand new Tri-level condo is one block from Newport Beach and was sparkling clean. The rooms were well decorated and the kitchen is well stocked. My favorite “room” in the house was the rooftop patio with grill, outdoor dining and seating plus a gas fireplace. However, as a VRBO listing, everyone should be aware that the actual property management company is 2 miles away and they require you to show up IN PERSON for check in. This is to sign the rental agreement (though we signed it electronically online before the trip) and to scan my drivers license to prove my identity. This seems like an unnecessary hassle that could have been avoided. In addition, the listing says it sleeps 10. We had 10 in our group so we rented the extra twin fold out (for $50) but it barely fit on the floor since every room is just big enough for the furniture in it. The trundle bed that pulls out from beneath the bunk bed fills the room so you have to walk on the bed and step over someone to get to the bathroom. I would say the place comfortably sleeps 7 and 8 would be the max. Don’t get me wrong, the location and the roof top patio can’t be beat but please be aware of the other important facets to this property.

Wonderful spot in Newport Beach!
This is a brand new, gorgeous rental just two minutes walk to the beach. Each bedroom has its own en suite, which makes it great for a large family or group. The rooftop terrace is a great place to relax after a day at the beach.
