So many dining options, great pool/lounge area. Spacious bedroom
We loved the proximity to Shoreline Amphitheatre!

Great location, felt safe and clean. The bed was comfortable and the staff was great.
The scent they pump into the air is overpowering and triggered my allergies. No face soap in the bathroom; the body soap, shampoo and conditioner provided are offensively scented also, I recommend bringing your own toiletries. We could hear the people through the walls.

Very close drive to the Shoreline Amphitheatre. Great parking. Michael the person who received us was nice, friendly and listened to our requests.
Breakfast is very limited, costly, and one of the girls offered us delivery to our room because my son (who has autism) was having a hard time with the blender noise, but we never got it so I decided to come back to their kitchen and my order was ready for me to pick up and I was not told that.
One of the sheets had a hole (I took a.pic of it)
No good explanations to turn on the tv. It was only one night and we came back late so we didn't need it.
I tried to send pics here and I couldn't. Please contact me back if you can so I can add them

No breakfast included and price was too high. Bar two glasses of $50. Cup of coffee $8
Room very small T v was broken they knew before hand and did say anything. The garage and hotel not connected what was that . Motion detector for lights so middle of night going to bathroom all the lights turn on. Did turn down not full clean bathroom etc.

Felt safe
The scent they use all over the hotel and in the room was AWFUL. It’s extremely intrusive and off putting. It was even in the shower products. Just because of this I would not go back. Also, for the price you really would expect a more luxurious feel, but it felt like false advertising when we got there. Definitely stay at the Ameswell if you’re looking for a similar hotel in the area.

From the outside first glance, to check in girl, to cleanliness, bar, room, bed, staff to amazing price: we won't stay anywhere else again but here.
bar didn't stay open later than 10 pm. but in the lobby of the hotel we can understand why. but the bar was amazingly stocked with high end quality spirits

Very modern and elegant. The room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable. Nice touches with the toiletries, robe and slippers.
I didn’t feel the reception staff where that friendly. I had a problem with my booking, I’d made a mistake with the date, it was my own Fault but they didn’t handle it well and just left me to sort it, out with booking.com. We had traveled 500 miles a glass of water and a nice smile would of helped. I didn’t feel welcome at all.

Restaurant bar was great. Fantastic food.
Bar should stay open on concert nights until after show. Midnight maybe?

The location is very convenient, and our room was immaculate and comfortable. We were pleased that the hotel offers free overnight charging for electric vehicles in the garage adjacent to the hotel. FYI, the hotel offers breakfast, but there's also a large Starbucks just a few steps away.

It was close to the venue and the room was very clean
Compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at, I was expecting a little more for the money spent on the room. Thought I paid for the pool view which was more expensive than the city view. Ended up with the street view and still paid the same amount. There was drilling happening at 8 in the morning that woke me and my partner up. It was overall nice I just expected a bit more for the price.

Service was good and friendly
Charging $20/hour for early check-in, with the hotel almost empty. Chromecast was not working

Very pleasant room and lobby, friendly staff.
They brought packages that I received directly to the room.
The room was a little dark, and lights would shut off unexpectedly

The location was outstanding and we appreciated the spacious free on site parking. The staff was super friendly, solicitous and communicative, and had great suggestions for activities.
The cost was too high for our small (but lovely) room. A continental breakfast should have been included in the price. We were a bit taken aback by the charge of $20/hr for an early check in at this not full hotel (although we did appreciate the free extra hour for late checkout). The a/c was also cranked up too high in the common areas and hallways.

Clean. Very sparkling clean. Friendly front desk staff.
That the pool & hot tub are in the middle of the main part of the building for all to view you & it’s kinda of a small area, not a lot of chairs for the guests at the pool which probably deters guests from using the pool. The pool is also right near where the bar & restaurant are where people are eating & drinking outside.
Expensive food & drinks.

Fantastic proximity to Shoreline, clean rooms, great facilities, super helpful staff
Wish the bar/restaurant served food and drinks a little later but that would be the only want and doesn’t take away from the overall hotel experience!

Location was perfect for the purpose of our trip.
Check in was long inefficient and took way longer than should have. There were only 2 employees checking in guests. There was a line of 15-20 guests upon my arrival at 330 pm on a Saturday.
