Clean, spacious and right next to the station

It was a very spacious appartement right in the center of Antwerp. Only a 5 minute walk from central station. Very clean and well equipped kitchen and nicely decorated. Excellent place to stay with a family or group of friends.

On the website it said that the bedroom had a twinbed and a sofabed. However the appartement only had a bed in the bedroom and the sofa was in the living room. Also the picture on booking does not match the exact appartement we had, it is probably one of the others in the building.

Bon rapport qualité/prix.

Super localisation et appartement en général.

Il faudrait penser à bien nettoyer le canapé (traces blanches, cheveux dans le divan-lit) et la terrasse aurait également besoin de quelques reparations au niveau du sol (clous apparent et planches cassées).

Fijn appartement wat verbeterd kan worden.

Top locatie, heel dichtbij het centrum. Parkeergarage op loopafstand. Ruim appartement. Prima voor een gezin met 2 kids. Heeft alles wat je nodig hebt.

Velen dingen waren helaas oud/vervallen. Bijvoorbeeld de wastafel in de badkamer. En het was behoorlijk onhygiënisch. Het matras van de slaapbank was echt smerig. Gelukkig lag er wel schoon beddengoed. Dus met verstand op nul erop geslapen. Daarnaast hadden we ook een hele vieze handdoek gekregen en zat er een wijnglas met lipgloss erop in de kast. Al met al denk ik dat het fijn is om beter te letten op de hygiëne. Want het appartement heeft absoluut potentie voor een top verblijf!

Appartement viel tegen, host ok, locatie goed, stad leuk.

Locatie was zoals verwacht. En dat we na één nacht ivm stank naar een ander appartement konden was heel fijn.

Verlichting was verschrikkelijk in 'woonkamer'. Beetje sfeerverlichting mag wel.. Appartement was oud en versleten. Stevige renovatie nodig.

Very nice decorated large apartment at great location

Nice and large apartment with high ceilings and great location

You may need ear plugs to sleep as other rooms can be noisy. Hygiene was bit below standard at some places and kitchen had limited number of equipment

Friday when we arrived their was No checklist so you dont know how many glasses, forks, knife you suppose to / have /receive. The main room had no clean bedsheets. Sofabed wasnt clean. Their was no kitchen towel no badroom carpet smells cigarette..No elavator.

رغم السلبيات البسيطه . ولكن المكان رائع ونظيف ولا يوجد قمل الفراش

المكان نظيف جدا . وقريب من كل ما تحتاجه لزياره المدينه . ولكن من سوء حظنا كان الجيران صاحيين جدا . وفي الساعه الخامسه فجرا ضغطو جرس الشقه مرتين . مما سبب في فزع الاطفال كوننا كنا متعبين من الطريق . وعددهم كان كبيرا اذ لا اتوقع ان يستظيف المؤجر كل هذا العدد في شقه واحده مهما كانت عدد الاسره ما رأيته هو مجموعه من الفتيات عددهم 4-5 . وبعد ذلك وقف عند الباب مجموعة شبان عددهم 6 تقريبا فتحت الباب وطلبت منهم التحدث بصوت واطئ لان الاطفال بصعوبه عادو للنوم بعد الفعاليه الأولى. كل هذا و رغم سياسات المكان بعدم استقبال الضيوف !!!

غير مناسب لسكن العوائل الا اذا اردت ان تجازف بذلك . لايوجد ركن للسيارات قريب سوى السيارات الصغيره . 4-5 مقاعد suv وما شابهها لا يوجد مكان لذلك. الارضيات الخشبيه لها صوت عالي عند السير عليها يعني الافضل ان لا تترك السرير اذا اللذي قريب عليك شخص نائم .

An effective accommodation located in the heart of Antwerp, if you can leave comfort on the side

Luxury Suites Castel is situated within the proximity of Antwerp Central Station, the biggest train station of the city. It is also located within the proximity of the diamond center and the shopping street of Antwerp. I took advantage of the location of Luxury Suites Castel a lot during my stay. Despite the fact that the house is basically covered in dust and old kitchen appliances, the size of the accommodation is something to be enjoyed. The airconditioning system has helped me get through the warm days. The housekeeping lady is nice and helpful, if you don't mind being linguistically challenged by having to translate what you want to say by using a translator.

1. Cleanliness The whole apartment was basically covered in dust, from the front door all the way to the kitchen, living room. The bedroom was okay, but the bedroom has its own problem. There are rugs in different places on the living room, none of them are functional and all of them are dusty and dirty. I found out that there is a giant water/stain mark on the sofa couch, and they did nothing but to cover the sofa with a thin polyester blanket. 2. Lack of amenities There are no properly functioning pan. The dishwasher worked once and it never turned back on again ever since. I appreciated that they have provided some complimentary tea bags. However, I cannot use it because the teabags are also dusty and moldy. Some of the cooking pans are corroded, and barely usable. And there is no wine bottle opener!! In my opinion, any decent place will at least provide you with a simple wine bottle opener The two things that worked the way it should be in the kitchen room are the dining table and the fridge, and I am glad it functioned 3. The windows are hard to open. The bedroom's window could not be shut.

good location. the owner is very responsive and react quickly when we need help.

in summer it’s quite hot and the air conditioner cannot be turned out all the time, it automatically turn off after some time say about 15 min. no lift and you have to carry your luggage all the way up to your unit.

1. The initial key code shared using Booking app was not working. we had to call the apartment and get another code to enter the building. 2. beds were not so comfortable.

first of all the pictures on this listing don’t match with the apartment. very misleading listing. if they have many apartments, they should list them separately. then it was smell of smoking - awful to live with kids. then shower was broken - couldn’t do shower. The fridge was not working - just wasted out foods. booking.com should remove this add immediately.

The only thing I liked that the scalding is direct is not the one where the hot water runs out fast Check in was done fast, I had no problem, the value of the apartment was deducted from my card, then I received a message to pay a fee of 20 euro to receive the code to enter I think the values of all expenses should be written in the description before making the payment, because sometimes we only really have the amount of the reservation, glad that was only 20 euros more , otherwise I wouldn't have it because I had the right money on the card

Every day there is an employee who stays in the place making noise with cleaning stairs, buckets among other things, early in the morning I am woken up by the noise of buckets... When I looked in the fore I saw this first photo, this apartment with this stairs, when I got there I was placed in a different apartment from the one in the photo, I thought I would have chosen the apartment with the stairs Apartment tooth didn't have a broom to clean, it only had 2 pans to cook
