The condo was great for our group of 9, lots of space in the living room and dining area. The location is perfect, about a 10-15 minute walk to downtown, very quiet and cozy.

We enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was a bit difficult to find but other than that we had no issues with check in.

Fabulous property that comfortably accommodated all of us. Wonderful proximity to the mountain, was warm and cozy and we can’t wait to return!

The condo was perfect for our two families. Everything was clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Communication was seamless as the broken toaster was replaced same day. Location was a short walk to lift 7 or hop on the free bus to get around town. Our first time at Telluride and look forward to returning.

My husband and I stayed here for a week with several other couples and our 1-year-old. It was overall a great space, close to town and an easy walk from the nearest ski lift. Overall, the space was clean, but there were some mold and mildew issues in the steam shower and in the front-loading washer. Almost everyone in our group had planned to wash laundry at some point on the trip, but we had to clean and disinfect the washer before feeling comfortable to use it. At least one in our party completely avoided the steam shower (which is the only shower in the main bathroom). Both other bathrooms were only accessible through bedrooms, so this was inconvenient. There was also an issue with how the kitchen disposal was plumbed, leading to some unpleasant smells occasionally. We were also locked out of the shared hot tub room for a day. It seemed that someone had turned the deadbolt, and the concierge service wasn't able to help us with this until the next day. I realize this sounds like a lot of issues, but really we had a very pleasant stay. I mostly want to make sure the property manager is aware of these issues and addresses them, as they were all fairly minor.

This condo fit us perfectly for 8 people.

This 4 bedroom condo is perfect for large groups. The open plan living area was perfect for gathering. The ski lift, grocery store and downtown Telluride are a short walk away. We loved our time here and look forward to coming back.

**important, they only provide a "starter pack" of trash bags and expect you to purchase a box for the rest of your stay so bring some from home** We had a great time at this location. It was very close to the path to the gondola and very close to Clarks market (which was amazing). We were very impressed by the responsiveness of the staff for any issues or questions we had (with exception to being told we needed to purchase more trash bags). There is only one parking spot, but you can contact them to get a permit spot which was incredibly helpful.

Telluride Ski vacation
We had a group of 9 staying at the property.
The home was clean and had plenty of space for everyone to move around easily.
We also had plenty of space for all of our ski gear.
Walking distance to lift 7 and a short walk to the town.
The only thing disappointing was the hot tub wasn’t available, we were told it’s closed for the season, would have been really nice after long days of skiing.
Vacasa Concierge was hard to get a hold of, we were put on hold for a very very long time, even hung up a couple of times.
Before the trip, it took a couple of days to get an email reply.
Other than that I would highly recommend the rental.

This home is a wonderful place to stay in Telluride with a large group. The living room area is spacious and comfortable for hanging out and relaxing, with great views of the mountains. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking for a large group. The mud room has plenty of storage for ski gear for a big group. Beds are comfortable, lots of pillows, a humidifier in each room too.
Our group arrived late in the evening and figuring out parking for more than 1 car was difficult and confusing. The Vacasa team provided a phone number for local Telluride parking management - we had to call back in the morning to register a 2nd car to park on the streets. If you have a 3rd car - you're on your own to find parking in town in one of the lots. This information was not communicated up-front, but we had to go digging for it to find it out. After a long day of travel, it would be nice to have clear and accurate arrival instructions including parking guidance.

Great condo in an excellent location
Smuggler was a great retreat for our family of 7. Lots of space, smart layout, location within two blocks of a ski lift and a grocery store! The kitchen was well-stocked, the bedrooms and bathrooms were roomy and well-appointed. We loved our time there.

Unbeatable Location
A small group of us stayed here in March 2021. Great location, just a short walk to Lift #7 or directly into town. It's also one block away from the grocery store which makes stocking up for your stay super convenient! The common area space and kitchen actually felt much larger than the pictures depicted. Two of the three bathrooms are accessed via a bedroom (the other two bedrooms share the common area bath). I'm not sure I would stay here with 12 people as it says it sleeps. 10 or less would be ideal. Everything else was as expected or better. Parking for more than one car is likely to be a challenge. We were particularly disappointed that the hot tub was not functional when we arrived (in fact, it was empty). This was one of our key pieces of search criteria when choosing a place to stay. If the hot tub was known to be out of order, they should have removed the picture from the listing and unchecked the amenity.
