The house is spacious and modern. It’s located in a charming neighborhood with a great donut/ice cream store on the corner.
The location is not in the busy section of orange beach which makes it more laid back and the beach less crowded.

This is the cutest place! Two families stayed over the week of the 4th and it had everything we needed. Plenty of space for everyone. Not many places have 4 king bedrooms, which is perfect for families with grown children and spouses. The pool being across the street was a great bonus. It is a little walk to the beach, but we knew that going in. My only recommendation would be to call ahead to rent a golf cart. There were none available by the time we got there. But that is not on the owners, our mistake in a busy week.
We had the best week spending time with family and friends.
The owners were the best I’ve ever experienced with communication. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

I assumed this was an old house. “Beachy Vibes” is a spacious modern home with canister ceiling lights, granite kitchen countertops and wood floors. The closest is stuffed with floats and beach toys. The kitchen is very well stocked. The beds are very comfortable and there’s even an elevator to the second floor.
The location across the street from the pool and within walking distance of the beach as well as a paved biking trail is ideal.
All eleven of us had a great week of vacation. Definitely exceeded our expectations.

Beautiful property, we loved our stay.❤️❤️❤️

The home was clean and welcoming. The biggest issue was intermittent internet connection which hindered work from home. The host was responsive to our emails, but could not resolve the issue over the weekend.
Everything else was good

33 Meeting Street provided a lovely place for our family to get together. The property is very spacious with a great front porch for sitting out. The walk to the beach is approximately 15 minutes. We did not rent a golf cart and were fine.
The owner was very attentive. We mentioned a few things during out stay and she was prompt to respond; usually within a few minutes.
With that said there are a couple of things worth mentioning.
1. The listing says 5 BRs and 5.5 baths. The loft room does have a king size bed but there is no privacy (door) and you must come down the spiral staircase for a bathroom.
2. The internet/Wi-Fi was down for much of our stay. It comes on and then drops. That impacted watching TV, playing video games, and the occasional work call that some in our group had to conduct.
All and all we had a great time. The Orange Beach area is fairly quiet so really enjoyed the time away with family.

The house was perfect for five different people and their significant others. Each bedroom had its on bath and the 3rd floor loft had a full bath on the 2nd floor.

We liked the house except there were several things that were not disclosed in the listing. For instance, the pictures were a little deceiving. They don't show how closely the other houses are, and the listing does not indicate this either. The landscaping needs quite a bit of work. The listing indicates 5 bedroom with 5 -1/2 bath, but does not say that the 5th bedroom is up in the crows nest and is open to below with no privacy. It also had no window coverings. We had 5 couples in our group. Construction was going on all around us all week and this was not disclosed. The 5th bath was not adjoining to the 5th bedroom (crows nest), obviously, and also had the shower wall separating some and needed a curtain. The internet we had trouble with all week long, spotty in and out. The listing also said that it was a 5 minute walk from the house to the beach, it was more like 15 minutes.

This home was perfect for 4 senior couples here for golf and beach. Tannin is a small community across the highway from the beach but easily reached on foot. The rooms are nicely done and the house was clean. Be aware though that there is no closets. Lori, the host was very responsive when we had difficulty setting the thermostat. Would stay again.

The home is beautiful, spacious, and in a great location. The pool is conveniently located in front of the home, and beach access is across the street. The owner communicates well, and there were no issues. We will certainly stay here again.

The house was very nice and accommodated our family. Over all the house could use a good cleaning inside and out, was a little disappointed in that aspect. The property manager was VERY nice.

Our family of 13 were very happy with our beach house vacation. A great swimming pool right across the street from the home. The beach was a short walk and the neighborhood was safe and beautiful to walk around. All the amenities you would need are included with this home. The owner is very responsive with any questions or questions.

The Good:
Location was good. Community was very nice. Beautiful pool right across from us and about an 8 minute walk to the beach. Very nice home. Lori was very responsive and did take care of some things that needed repaired or replaced. Unfortunately, some things were not a quick fix.
The Bad:
Upon entering the house every area rug and throw rug were very dirty including the outside mats when entering the home. The upholstered furniture was very dirty. I covered everything with blankets that I washed so we could be comfortable sitting on it. We rolled up all the area rugs that I could and pushed them out of the way for the week. Lori did order a new living room rug while we were there that arrived mid week. We left it unopened for the next guest to enjoy.
All in all we had a nice vacation.

First of all, the owner was wonderful. She saw to our reported problem of being locked out (our fault) immediately. We really appreciated the closet full of beach equipment. That was a very nice perk we had not experienced before. On the downside—internet unreliable—it would work at times, and then go out for a period of time. The kitchen storage is really lacking. There was not enough room to store the staples we brought to feed a family of 12 for a week, therefore we ended up with all flat surfaces being packed with chips, bread, etc. Also— the kitchen equipment badly needs updating. We found cutlery, bowls, pots and pans, and just generalized kitchen equipment very short. We brought our own paper plates and cups, so I cannot speak of those. Master bedroom bed very uncomfortable—needs a new mattress! We found the three throw rugs—two in the master bathroom and one in the kitchen, to be a huge tripping hazard—that was a simple thing as we took them up after the first person tripped, but I wanted to mention that. I don’t mean to be so negative, but am offering my thoughts as constructive criticism. All in all we loved our week, and appreciate the host opening up her lovely home to us.

I stayed here with my bridesmaids for my wedding weekend and it was perfect! The neighborhood was cute and quiet while we were there in October. We didn't visit the pool, but it was conveniently located right across from the house. The house was clean and spacious and I would definitely recommend!

This was our first time not staying directly on the beach with a condo. House had more than enough room to let the kids spread out and play on their own. All the bedrooms are spacious with plenty of private baths. There was a bike and two scooters on hand so plenty of opportunity to scoot around the neighborhood. Several in our group used the close access to gulf state park and rode the trails each morning. Beds were comfy, lots of towels, sand toys, and beach gear to borrow. You could walk about 10 min to get to the beach or there is a drop off spot that you can drive to and unload a truck just no parking there. Beach was very open, very little crowds and nice and clean. The owner was very prompt to respond. There is a propane grill at the back of the house and your usual kitchen amenities. Also the pool really is right next to the house just like the photos. Very nice to just come and go! Great house for families or an adults trip. Highly recommend!

Overall experience was great. I have only one suggestion, put a booklet together for the guest, including all the info you sent me on the vrbo messages. Having the checkout info especially for us would have been nice for my family. I had to forward the info to 4 different groups, when they could just read the info in a booklet.
But we really had a great time and thanks again.

Love this neighborhood! Perfect location just directly across from pool which was perfect for our young grand children. We did rent a golf cart which made it much easier transporting the young ones to the beach. So glad that beach towels were provided -as it made our packing much easier. The 3rd floor bedroom accessible by a spiral staircase was just right for an 8 @ 10 year old. We were afraid that room might get too warm but it stayed very comfortable! There is an elevator but was not necessary to use. We loved the dining table as that was our gathering space! Plenty of room for us all! This is our 3rd time staying in this neighborhood -- we will be back!

Wonderful stay
The house is situated across from the pool making it easy to go to much, get snacks, etc. We rented a golf cart making it super easy to get chairs etc to the beach. The beach was close and we had a great upfront spot every time!!! Beautiful beach! Easy to get to for an evening walk as well. The house was great for us and had lots of extras including a closet with beach wagon, towels and blow ups.
Lori was very responsive to our needs.

Nice for large families
Love all the king sized beds and large dining table. Easy to go to pool, right across the street. 7 minute walk to beach or short golf cart and bike ride. Very helpful having the pedestrian light to cross the busy road. Beach was beautiful! We had a great time.

Quick Beach Stay
The house is amazing! We definitely recommend this home! Our 4 year old loved the swing … this was her favorite seat in the house. The host was very nice and provided detailed information. If we are ever in the area again Beachy Vibes is where it’s at!
