The villa is exactly like the listing - it’s beautiful as is the area it is situated within. It’s spacious with many areas for relaxing, and the pool was bigger than the photos suggest so that was a lovely surprise. The owner is lovely, and responds quickly to messages. She kindly waited at the villa for our arrival at 2am which was much appreciated.
As with most things, there are some areas for improvement which we felt the need to raise as spending over £5k for 10 nights, I would have expected a little better;
Staining on sofas, Ripped sunbed cover, Bad repair jobs on outdoor seating by the pool, Not enough glasses or mugs (considering the villa sleeps 16, there wouldn’t be enough), A piece of gym equipment was broken, Oven was broken for first 3 days.
Finally - fire extinguishes. None of the ones within the property work. All are broken and this was confirmed by the owner on the last day of our stay. During our stay there were wildfires and it was a worry to think that a) we didn’t have any means to putting out a fire and b) all firefighters were attending to the wildfires and therefore wouldn’t have been able to respond to a domestic fire in a timely fashion. In the UK not having working fire extinguishers is a major issue and holiday lets wouldn’t be able to operate until working ones were installed. I’ve raised a separate complaint into VRBO on this subject alone.
Not withstanding the above, the villa was beautiful and the area captured our hearts.

Loved the location of this villa in Greece. Enjoyed the sea view from the various balconies. Close enough to Marathon and the metro to allow us to see many areas of Greece. Naturally having rental cars also helped. The property manager was very responsive to any questions or requests.

An extended family of 11, we had an enjoyable 14 nights at Villa Nefelli. The Villa was as we expected based on the advertising and correspondence with Giouli who was waiting for us on our first night, to explain how things worked & gave us good advice on the best times & method to see Athens & other local attractions. Giouli was extremely helpful. You do need your own transport as it is a bit remote, but we liked that. Schinias beach was an easy drive for a safe swim for all the family, while the more adventurous & able-bodied enjoyed the local rock swimming & the cave in the rocks. The pool was well used by our family with the shaded area behind being a favourite retreat. Some photos make the pool look shallower than it is as there is a lip around the edge of the deep end, for standing on. We didn't use the yoga deck or bar area much and the outdoor BBQ & pizza oven area is disconnected from the kitchen or main living area, although we didn't use the BBQ because of the local fire risk. We did like the security & shutters/screens on all windows & the air con. As a family we would have preferred the outdoor area on the living level to have had a large table & comfortable seating rather than a bar, but we knew the set up when we booked.

A fantastic villa
The Villa Nefeli was exceptional in every way. It is located at a beautiful location in a rather quiet place with an amazing view over the sea. As a group of 10 people we had more than enough space to have a beautiful holiday. The house is clean and decorated in a classy way, the beds are comfortable, the rooms and the furnishings are of a very high standard. The pool is also cleaned daily. Giouli was always there to help us when we needed anything, she explained us where to find beautiful places on the coast in the area, where you can best rent boats and which bars and restaurants are recommended in the area. We really enjoyed our time there and I couldnt recommend it more!
