About this villa rental

My place is a 400 sq.m luxury villa with 3 floors,with an internal staircase, that can accommodate max 18 people.The ground floor (140 sq.m) has an individual entrance (max 7 persons).
The first and second floor is a single space with an individual entrance ( max 11 persons).
The surrouging area is private, it has 4 parkings, big and beatiful garden, big swimming pool, private court tennis and a great view to green hills and the sea. It's suitable for couples, families (with children) and big groups.

The ground floor (140 sq.m- 7 persons) includes a kitchen-living room with fireplace, one bathroom (with jacuzzi), two bedrooms, gym, play room and one storage-laundry room.
The first and second floor (260 sq.m- 11persons) includes a kitchen-dining room, sitting room with double sided fireplace, living room with dining room of 12 people, four bedrooms, loft with a double sofa bed, three bathrooms (one exclusive use) and one w.c.
The villa is 2.2 km from Athens -Sounio seaside avenue and from the coast of Agia Marina (5 minute by car), with sandy beaches, taverns, grills, coffe shops etc. It's 13 km away from the airport and 1.5 km away from SM and gas store. Also it's 27 km from Acropolis ( 35 min by car), 30 km from Poseidon's Temple at Sounio (25 min by car) and 25 km from Artemida's Temple at Vravrona ( 20 min by car).
There are many stores around (meat market, bakery, pastry shop, souvlaki, pitseria, S.M.,) in 1-1.5 km distance, also in area of Varkiza (7 km distance) or Glyfada (12 km distance), as well as department stores and designer outlets near the airport area(11 km distance).

The view was absolutely incredible! It was just as beautiful in person as in the pictures. It was perfect for out while family. There was plenty of room for the kids to run around and play. There was enough room that we never felt like we were cramped together. The pool was ideal to cool of and hang out.

Property was beautiful, everything was up to date, clean. We enjoyed cooking in villa and swimming in the pool. Property was very close to the beach where we spent three lovely days.

Très belle maison avec belle vue dans un emplacement peu touristique. Athènes facilement accessible en voiture. Rien ne se fait à pied, pas de site à visiter aux alentours mais de jolies plages à explorer. Accueil difficile, l'adresse notée sur l'annonce n'est pas la bonne et nous avons été accueilli par un homme charmant mais ne parlant pas anglais. Maison propre, rien à redire, mais réel problème au niveau de l'équipement de la cuisine (déjà signalé sur d'autres annonces : machine à laver la vaisselle pas très performante et tiroirs HS, quelques ustensiles font défauts, 30 chopes à bières mais pas de verre à vin...). Autre souci sur l'eau sanitaire, soit très chaude soit très froide. Piscine parfaite, terrasse superbe. Dans l'ensemble aucun regret !

Alles in allem sehr stimmig und ein sehr guter Gesamteindruck. Einige Kleinigkeiten, wie ein defekter Abfluss usw., sind jetzt keine Sachen die uns gestört haben.

Fantastic!

A great house located close to the airport & a short drive to lots of lovely beaches. Host was very welcoming & took time to walk us through the house. A booklet was provided with information on where Togo & what to see. House keeper visited nearly everyday to maintain the gardens & empty bins etc Highly recommend this house.

A beautiful place to stay great for large groups. We were a two families traveling together. A total of 12 people and the place accommodated us all very comfortably. The only reason the property received 4 stars instead of 5 was the master bedroom bathroom floor seemed to be warped due to previous water damage and communication with the property manager on site was difficult if you do not speak the language.

Das Haus verfügt über eine sehr gepflegte Außenanlage mit Pool. Leider ist das Innere des Hauses sehr lange nicht mehr renoviert worden und offenbart Mängel. So lief zum Beispiel beim Einzug wohl schon länger die Geschirrspülmaschine nicht mehr richtig. Das dreckige Geschirr wurde einfach in die Schränke gestellt. Wir mussten also die Maschine reparieren und reinigen. Im Inneren befand sich neben viel Dreck auch ein künstlicher Fingernagel! Ein Jacuzzi funktionierte nicht. Eine Badezimmertür ließ sich wegen des aufgequollenen Bodens nur zur Hälfte schließen. Der Tennisplatz ist renovierungsbedürftig, der Billardtisch und die Tischtennisplatte sowie das Spielzimmer gar nicht vorhanden. Das sehr nette Hausmeisterpaar spricht ausschließlich griechisch, somit ist die Kommunikation schwierig. Das Haus befindet dich mitten in der Einflugschneise des Flughafens, so dass bis spät in die Nacht Fluglärm vorhanden ist.

We had a perfect stay at Kostas place close to Athens! We were a group of 13 and the house had more than enough space for all of us. The best part is the terrace with an amazing view over the surrounding landscape, you can even see the sea from the pool! Also the outside grill is amazing! Thank you!

Excellent spot for a family vacation. We stayed over for one week with our family of 12. The luxury villa offers several living rooms to relax and to have some private space, but also a big dinner table inside and outside to enjoy family meals. Another advantage is that the villa is located close to the beach, supermarket, bakery and Athens.

Couldn’t ask for a better trip, we had an incredible time in this great villa, very spacious with all the things you need, loved the pool and outdoor space. The kitchen was also well equiped! The only difficulties we had was the villa was quite difficult to find as it is on a new road however the host was very helpful and on hand to give instructions! Ideally have a car or driver as quite far from local amenities and restaurants/bars. Thanks Kostas!
