Newly built luxury condo in the heart of downtown Winter Park. This beautifully furnished and fully equipped condo is perfectly located to enjoy all that Winter Park and the Rocky Mountains have to offer. Designed with both entertaining and privacy in mind, the bedrooms in this single level 1,300 square foot condo are separated by a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining room. Cook your meals in the fully equipped kitchen or enjoy the numerous restaurants within walking distance.
Skiers can hop on the free shuttle directly across the street for a quick 4-mile ride to the Winter Park Resort and Mary Jane base. Bikers can store their bikes in the secure indoor bike storage room and start their ride on trails just outside the front door. Just steps from the condo, guests can access the Fraser River Trail. A short walk away, Hideaway Park, offers a year-round playground and skate park, with concerts in the summer and sledding in the winter

A designated underground parking space in the heated parking garage with elevator access directly to the unit.
Washer and dryer in the unit.
Gas grill on private patio.
Lock up your bike(s) inside the building in the secure bike storage room.
Relax and unwind at the end of the day in the 280 square foot jacuzzi!.
The Condo:
Upon entering the condo, radiant floor heating provides even heating and warm floors in every room. The living room has a large, comfortable sectional couch and an amazing leather chair, perfect for curling up in front of the fireplace with your favorite book or to watch your favorite shows.
The beautiful gourmet kitchen, with its quartz counters, stainless appliances, gas range and custom cabinets, has everything you need to prepare any meal. Gourmet cookware, professional knives, every desired appliance and quality serving dishes allows you to cook as much or as little as you desire. The kitchen bar has seating for three, while the dining room has seating for 6.
The master suite has a king size bed with a memory foam mattress and luxurious bedding. The large dresser and closet provide plenty of room to unpack and enjoy your stay. A large TV allows you to watch late at night without bothering quests in the second bedroom on the other side of the unit. The en-suite bath has double vanities, a walk-in shower, and everything you could need, from soaps and shampoos to hair dryers and bath robes.
The second bedroom has a queen bed with a memory foam mattress as well as a full over full adult bunk bed with memory foam mattresses and fabulous bedding. A writing desk, dresser and large closet provide plenty of room to unpack and enjoy your stay.
A Pack n' Play with cozy bedding and a highchair are available for your little one.
We are a family who love the outdoors and selected Winter Park as our second home to get together as a family because it offers so many activities. Because it is our second home, we have tried to think of everything that guests may need to enjoy their stay.
The location:
Centrally located downtown, the condo is walking distance to numerous restaurants, bars and shops. Fireside Market and The Perk are right outside your door for groceries, prepared meals, great coffee and craft beers. A few short blocks away is the Grand Park Rec Center, with swimming pools, a water slide, rock climbing wall, full gym, indoor track and more (access @ renters’ cost). The Foundry, located adjacent to the Rec Center, offers fun for the whole family, with a bowling alley, movie theater and a brick oven pizza bar.
Summer activities are endless. In addition to the great hiking and fishing, Winter Park is known as the Mountain Bike Capital of the U.S., with hundreds of miles of trails and home to the renowned Trestle Bike Park. There are four golf courses within a few miles of the unit, and local stables offer guided horseback riding. Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park are only a 30-minute drive away and are beautiful day trips.
In the winter months, families can enjoy ice skating and tubing in addition to the world class skiing and snowboarding.
Smoking in the condo and building is prohibited. Pets are not allowed.

Great condo to stay during the winter and would be very good for the summer as well. The location for skiing is great with a quick drive to Winter Park. After skiing, it was very nice to be able to walk to restaurants including Hernando’s for pizza and the Noble Buck. There are a bunch of other restaurants walking distance as well. Hideaway Park was walking distance and allowed for tubing and snowball fights, too. The communication with the host was great. I would recommend the condo!

We have a new favorite condo in winter park. The location can’t be beat; walking to Hernandos and The Foundry make a great ending to any day on the mountain. The condo was furnished with all necessities and items needed for your stay. Will definitely recommend to others.

Beautiful condo in downtown Winter Park. Our family of four was very comfortable in the space. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook and serve meals. The location was great with a coffee shop and our favorite pizza place in walking distance! We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay! The condo was so clean and comfortable. Having the pack & play and high chair was so helpful. The location was great! Having the grocery store close by was also fantastic (although they seemed low on much of their stock). Can’t wait to come back!

This property was perfect for our getaway to Winter Park. The apartment is walking distance to groceries, coffee shops, and restaurants, but located towards the end of the busy area, so that it is also peaceful and private. The apartment was clean, the kitchen had everything we could ask for, the washer and dryer are a great bonus, and the bedrooms and bathrooms are set up well to accommodate families. Our host was extremely responsive and provided clear details on check in and location. We absolutely plan to return to this perfect apartment!!

The property was beautiful, clean, modern, and filled with wonderful amenities! Everything was provided to make ourselves at home. Bedding, bath towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, and even toothpaste, q-tips, cotton balls, and body lotion were available. The owners were quick to respond and five star!

We are so glad we found this condo. It was clean, comfortable & the shuttle was a short distance. Very convenient to dining, shopping & skiing. This place wasn’t lacking any amenities. It was well stocked with everything from q-tips to steak knives! Just bring your clothes & get your groceries next door at the market. Would rate it a 10 if I could!!!!

We enjoyed our week in this beautiful condo.. the accommodations were perfect, communication with Jason was immediate, the Latch app for keys was seamless, the beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on away from home, the kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly imagine, the hot tub after a long day was relaxing, & the location was great too! I could go on & on about this condo! We want to say thank you for a week of wonderful memories! ❤️

This unit exceeded our expectations beyond anything we could have ever thought was possible. Every inch of the condo was comfortable, modern, clean and felt like it was right out of a magazine! The kitchen was equipped with more than enough items and the bathrooms were the same, including excess towels. I could not have imagined a more perfect week for the family, we will return again as soon as possible!

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. It is nice having 2 bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms. It is modern and well appointed with many basic necessities. We appreciated the extra towels that could be used for the hot tub. The Latch key system was slick and communication with Jason was always timely. The location is fantastic with a walking trail right next to the property as well as a small market and a coffee shop. We would stay here again when we return to Winter Park.

We were up for a family reunion and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Close to all the necessary amenities and even close to where we were having our reunion. We took advantage of all the great things that Winter Park offers with hiking, dining, breweries and the parks. Our accommodations were perfect! Great location and the unit itself was beautiful, spacious and very clean. We look forward to our next stay!
