Not what I expected from your photos

Location

Hotel is very tired nothing like the photos you are showing. Room very dark only 2 narrow window which overlooked other properties. Courtyard not very pleasing, outdoor walls needed painting.

Un gioiello in centro a Spoleto

Aurora boutique hotel è un gioiello in pieno centro di Spoleto, offre tutti i confort di cui si ha bisogno e l' accoglienza è straordinaria. Il signor Andrea ha saputo consigliarci in ogni cosa a partire dai ristoranti eccellenti cui la struttura è in convenzione fino all'itinerario più efficace per girare Spoleto e vedere i monumenti caratteristici. La struttura è curata nel minimo dettaglio, abbiamo anche provato la spa, che dire una meraviglia! Sicuramente torneremo anche perché non c'è altro hotel che possa competere, in gentilezza, qualità e posizione. Consigliatissimo!

Consigliato, ci torneremmo volentieri.

Ottima posizione per visitare la città, con il parcheggio coperto convenzionato a pochi passi dalla struttura. Camera ampia e ben arredata, con un bagno grande quanto la stanza e con saponi e shampoo direttamente in doccia messi a disposizione per gli ospiti. Buona la colazione, con varietà tra dolci e salato. Personale cordiale e disponibile.

Very central location and tranquil setting. Deluxe room are spacious although no many shelf to store clothes if you stay few days like us. Nice buffet breakfast and very friendly and professional staff

La struttura è molto pulita, la posizione è perfetta in quanto si trova proprio al centro, a portata di tutto. Staff cordiale, letto comodo, ottima insonorizzazione, colazione abbondante. Se dovessi tornare a Spoleto alloggerò sicuramente qui.

bellissimo soggiorno umbro tra cultura e relax

io e la mia compagna siamo appena tornati, abbiamo trascorso due giorni in questo hotel che si trova in pieno centro di Spoleto, siamo stati accolti con grande cordialità e simpatia, la colazione era ottima, varia con prodotti dolci e salati, la camera pulita e spaziosa, abbiamo usufruito anche della spa dove ci siamo completamente rilassati quindi consigliatissimo, un saluto a tutto lo staff

Bellissima esperienza di 3 notti a Spoleto

Ho soggiornato 3 notti in questo hotel con il mio compagno e siamo stati benissimo. Avevamo prenotato una camera standard ma al check-in ci è stato gentilmente offerto un upgrade gratuito in una delle loro suite al secondo piano. Camera spaziosa pulita e accogliente. Letto comodo e dettagli ben curati. Apprezzatissima la macchinetta del caffè e il minibar gratuito. Personale alla reception e in sala molto cordiale e disponibile. Buona la colazione continentale a buffet. Il Buffet è molto ricco. Ottima anche la posizione dell'edificio, dentro al centro storico e vicinissimo al parcheggio Spoletosfera, con loro convenzionato. Consiglio vivamente la struttura nel caso venga fatta tappa a Spoleto!

C'era probabilmente un'infiltrazione di acqua nel soffitto del bagno. Si fa fatica ad accorgersene se non si "vive" nella stanza perché le macchie sembrano apparire mentre si usufruisce della doccia e si asciugano da sole poco dopo. Tutto ciò NON ha ovviamente compromesso il soggiorno che comunque è stato piacevole. Suggerisco solo un controllo di manutenzione preventiva agli albergatori!

Easy and comfortable stay in upper old town

Ideal situation in old upper town, big nice room, good breakfast. Very convenient Parking is provided for 5 euros, a bargain ! Very easy to correspond, all in all a very good experience.

Beautiful cozy hotel in the middle of the historical center

Dea, the receptionist, was extremely helpful and nice! Our room was cozy and offered free coffee and water. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning was working perfectly.

The only problem is that there is no elevator. So if you have problems climbing stairs and have heavy suitcases, that could be a problem. We were travelling with small backpacks and had no problem at all!

Clean & comfortable bed . Great shower. Coffee in room. Refrigerator with complimentary water.

Property advertised air conditioning but was told it was not usable. If not available until certain date then you need to advertise that. We booked this property just because of the AC. Our room (201) had smokers outside our window so we had to close it causing room to be warm.

A lovely place to be!

This was a great hotel and a lovely place to be. It was located right next to The Roman Theatre and an easy walk into the heart of the historical centre. The room was a good size, the corridor was large enough for a small table and seating area, the main room had room for a desk and a couch and although the bathroom was small it was functional. There was a lounge area off reception and the breakfast room was available for bar service throughout the day. There was a great selection of food for breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The pillows were a bit low for me.
