Comfortable and convenient

The location and the staff.

It will be better if they upgrade some articles of furniture. (Namely, the sofa in my room looked a bit shabby). Otherwise, everything was ok.

Disappointing. Could and should be so much better.

Apartment like facilities are good eg fridge, hob, etc (see photo) Room is a good size

Bed too short, too soft, badly joined Room service did not service room between days, so no cleaning, no new towels Bathroom very small, leaky shower tray (see photo) Windows very disgusting (see photos)

Comfortable stay

Loved the service and the accommodation. The room as very well appointed, particularly in the kitchenette, the wifi was excellent to work with, and the breakfast was good. I was there for a conference so the location of the hotelw as excellent too.

There was no way to call reception from the room, there weren't enough bins, I struggled understanding how to get the AC working properly, and my sheets had some stains but nothing to cause alarm; I just slept on the other side.

Really friendly staff. Clean rooms.

The staff were really friendly and this meant a lot. The cooked breakfast was very good. The bed was comfy and the room was very spacious. Very central location and the soundproofing from the outside was good.

Whilst the communal areas looked the part, in particular the well designed bar and dining area, which had a feel of relaxed luxury, snagging issues in the room made it look a little on the cheap side in places. Nothing bad, just not in keeping with the high standards in the bar area. But then again, this was not an expensive stay.

Very clean, apartment had everything I needed, the bed was super comfortable, WiFi was fine, staff were very helpful and friendly, hotel in a peaceful location but very near to shops and restaurants.

Just great overall. 10/10 stay and will be back again very soon.

Me and my partner have stayed here around 7 times in 2 years and it never disappoints. My partner always writes in the description box what she wants before the stay, and they have always been excellent about it and accommodate her needs. Great room, great facilities and great staff.

The only issue we had was, as our room was close to other rooms, every time they were banging their doors closed, the hedges under the kitchen cupboards kept loosening. Not so much falling over but just coming apart. You might need to just screw them back on they make noise whenever they come apart. We didn’t even realise that they were even loose till the doors started banging. It didn’t affect our stay but others might feel differently.

I like the place - it’s somehow cool - close to my work destination. And close to the station. The staff is nice and check in quick and uncomplicated

It’s the second time I’ve stayed . First time I had a ceiling window and this time no window at all. It felt a bit claustrophobic and was far too warm

Had such a lovely weekend here, great location close to the centre of Leicester, staff were so friendly and helpful, the

Bed was so comfortable, staff were incredibly helpful.

The only downside was that they didn’t take cash! But not a huge deal.

A WASTE OF HARD EARNED MONEY, NOT WORTH IT!!

The location and the restaurant

Absolutely no service. No change of linen even after 5 days. No telephone in the room to call front desk. No housekeeper knocking on the door to ask if they can take the dirty linen and give clean linen. No emptying of trash, NOTHING. I would not recommend this hotel and when I am asked, I tell others do not stay there. Bed and sleep sofa, very uncomfortable. Overall, just a crappy aparthotel. Very disappointed in my stay there.

Fantastic stay!

The hotel was very modern and chic - It felt more expensive than it was! The room was furnished beautifully and very clean, the bed was extremely comfy and the staff we spoke to on reception and at the bar were so friendly and made us feel welcome. Very close to local amenities and city centre attractions - no more than a 5 minute walk. 10/10 would stay here again!

Slight noise from the street at 1/2am when partygoers were going home but nothing major at all.

Would stay again

Stylish, spacious room. Netflix on the TV. Decent size tv. Heating control. Key card to get onto corridor. Central location, easy to find Parking near by but it's expensive £24 for 1 day.

No toaster. Woken up around 2, group of males going up and down the corridor, shouting and banging doors. Lasted around half an hour. Could do with better tea and coffee station. Didn't know you could have breakfast in the resturant downstairs until we arrived and already made breakfast plans.

My favorite hotel in Leicester :-)

This was my second stay here as I was visiting a friend and I enjoyed my time here just as much as last time! My room was cozy and I especially love the location of the hotel. All the important things like grocery stores, malls, restaurants etc are within walking distance and there is so much to do :-) When I come back I'll definitely stay here again!

Since my stay was a bit longer this time I noticed the room cleaning only comes every 5 days for every stay longer than 5 days (or a week i'm not quite sure). As somebody who sheds quite a lot of hair every day I would've loved to vacuum the room & bathroom after like the 3rd day but as far as I know there was no broom or vacuum in the room itself. If there was and I just didn't see it I apologize!

Would visit again. Lovely stay.

Food was great, and staff friendly and helpful.....we were able to check in earlier as our room was ready which was handy.

Few minor things - no tea towel, no instructions for heating we could see, no complimentary tea, coffee, milk, biscuit tray which would be nice after long journey. However, great apart room, nice staff and fab restaurant.

They need to sort the noise disturbence out and the cleaning. Staff were friendly, location good.

I was surprised that the room was never cleaned. At the apartments it said they were only cleaned every 5 days. I also had a room next to the door for the lift area, the door banged all night long; they could put some dampers on to stop the noise disturbing guests. So I didn't get enough sleep and was constantly disturbed past 2 in the morning.

Comfy and convenient

There’s a fridge, a microwave oven, stoves and everything you need to cook or reheat a meal, coffee and tea. Comfortable, great location 10 minutes on foot to the station, 20 minutes to the football stadium, very close to all the central stuff, 35-minute walk to the National Space Centre.

Can’t really think of anything at this time. The fact that the room isn’t being cleaned every day isn’t even a downside as it gives you the option to really use your room as an apartment and stay in all day if you have work to do or it’s pouring outside.
