Somewhere we'd happily return to for another stay.

The location was excellent for our short stay. Right on the Quay and just a short walk from the beach and the Electric Palace. The views of the sunrise from the accommodation were stunning. Parking was good.

We found the lock box for the keys a little tricky to open. It caused a few minutes anxiety but we managed in the end. The host had provided a contact number so we did have an option to get help if we'd needed to.

Superb

Large flat. Clean and comfortable with all necessary facilities. Great location with super view of estuary. Perfect for a mini break.

Only minor issue was with shower. Struggled to get much water flow with warm enough water.

Great location, lovely flat, thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Good location with a good view. Large, warm, comfortable rooms.

My son found the single bed to be too short. Kitchen could have benefitted from a wok for quick stir fry meals.

A practically perfect short holiday

The views out of every window are spectacular. There is an elevator, which is great for disabled visitors (or too much luggage.) The decor is well thought out and peaceful.

There were problems with the shower, but the management were helpful and it was fine.

Was lovely however the essentials did not work

We loved the property and it was in an amazing area for us

The shower did not work, didn’t run hot AT ALL and the oven would not heat up either.

Superb

Great location. The kids loved watching the ships coming and going and easy access to the beach and local pubs. Slightly dated kitchen but comfortable living room and bed rooms and nice bathroom.

The only thing that I noticed that I didn't like was that someone in one of the flats by the back door was clearly smoking a lot of the fruity stuff and the corridor reeked of weed.

Spacious property in excellent location & good value...

Great location-clean, spacious accommodation...close to harbour & restaurants.

Maybe basic bread/butter & milk could be provided? {arrived on train & shops not too plentiful in close proximity.)

Pleasant

Beautiful flat, comfortable and well equipped. Good value for money and no extra charge for dogs is great. Bed was very comfortable. Host was helpful when I called.

Didn't like the feeling of staying in a block of flats. Much clearer instructions needed to locate car park, use key box, locate flat in building. Had no hot water on first night as no instructions given that I'd need to switch on immersion heater. Location a bit noisy. Very long way through many heavy fire doors to take bags inside and long way to take dogs outside.

Enjoyable & interesting stay

The apartment is huge nice and clean.Location was fine. Very historical and interesting. Nice walks and enjoyed getting the ferry over to Felixstowe. Good walks.

The apartment block just needs a little luck of paint, lift a bit claustrophobic
