Heel fijn appartement midden in centrum

Locatie en inrichting!

Terrasje was wat klein en ingebouwd. Maar Enschede heeft voldoende leuke terrassen.

Sehr charmant, gerne wieder

Die Lage und die sehr individuelle geschmackvolle Einrichtung

Wie so oft: die Klimaanlage war fummelig und wenig effektiv als Heizung. Der Fernseher war leider auf russisch eingestellt und es war für mich unmöglich ihn zu nutzen. Die Bettwäsche hatte (glaube ich) einen hohen Polyesteranteil, war zumindest irgendwie schwitzig...

Nieuw ruim appartement in de binnenstad van Enschede.

Locatie super. Ruimte in het appartement. Alles nieuw en schoon.

Er zijn nog wat aandachtspunten..wifi en televisie ( nog) niet aanwezig.

Everything was okay

The location is good, the center of Enschede is within walking distance. The apartment was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. We arrived pretty late in the evening, quite a bit later than expected but it was no problem since the keys were in the box. The communication from the host via the messages on booking beforehand was good, everything was clear upon arrival.

The beds weren't very comfy (both the real bed and the sofa bed). I think it depends on which apartment you get, but we had the one with the bedroom + bathroom on the bottom floor and then the kitchen + living room on the top floor. We would have preferred another lay-out, there was hardly any natural light in the bedroom and the spiral staircase was a bit tricky. Also if you're with more than two persons or if there's somebody who likes to stay up late and watch tv: good luck to the person(s) sleeping on the bottom, you can hear everything from the top (and there's no door you can close). We were slightly dissapointed in the apartment but I would like to make clear that this had probably more to do with our expectations, the photos and information given on Booking show the true situation.

Direct in downtown, and near the car park. Very good position.

Nothing special. For 2 nights ok, but we were missing equipment in the kitchen. It was also cold in the apartment. Thermostat did nothing, even when the temperature was set higher.

Wrong apartment + internet didn’t work, otherwise comfortable

Well furnished apartment, close to the center.

Unorganized and unhelpful host: Booked an apartment with a bed plus sofa bed and messaged in advance to confirm we’d need sheets for the sofa bed: not a problem I was told. However, we were given the access code to their other apartment without a sofa bed, and the internet didn’t work. The host was slow to reply, and until the end didn’t seem to grasp that we were given the wrong apartment, let alone make up for the situation.

There was no shampoo or shower gel and the hand soap almost finished. In addition the foot towel was non-existent. The hall that leads to the apartment is scary-dark. The apartment is on two levels and the bedroom is on the ground floor with no natural light and smells damp (as the bathroom). To go up to the living room, you have to use a steep, narrow staircase. Check out is at 10:00 am. (too early).

Bullseye! Bang in the centre.

The location is excellent. It is only a few minutes walk to the train station and all the shops. It is also very private and quiet.

I didn't like that the apartment was split into two levels. I didn't feel safe using the spiral staircase. It is very tight and does not feel very strong. The hand rail touches the wall at one point so you need to release your grip momentarily. Anyone with mobility problems or impaired vision and balance would struggle and could have an accident. The upper level gets very hot with the sun as the skylight does not have a blind. This would also be a problem for anyone sleeping on the sofa bed upstairs as the room gets bright at dawn.

Superb

This is a very nice apartment right in the heart of Enschede. Everything, including the train station is very close by and within walking distance. Very nicely fitted out with all required items to self cater if that is what you want to do. Otherwise the restaurants, pubs and weekly market is very close by. The owner is also very accommodating as she assisted us very quickly and efficiently when we accidently locked our keys in the apartment.

Quick overnight in Enschede for family reasons

Love the location, the decor and overall cleanliness

Bed linen was really badly creased, made the bed less comfortable than it could have been, there was also only 1 pillow each

Wonderful city center location, within walking distance of plenty of shops and restaurants.

Fantastic location, beautifully furnished appartment. This has been recently redecorated with lots of taste, it is well appointed and very comfortable with everything you need for a short stay.

Minor things like bedside table and lamp. Possibility to put away clothes, either shelves or a few hangers
