Excellent

Our room is very Neat and Clean , I really like their Bathroom very Nice and clean , modern design, highly recommended this property. Comfy room . They have kitchenette too . 4mins drive if you’re planning to visit the hotspring.

everything is perfect. Except with the bfast included, maybe they can post it to the booking details whats on their bfast . But I recommend to bring extra food for bfast if your not a fan of bread and cereal .

Don't have much interest in using Booking again

We thought we had booked a queen size bed, but it was 2 double beds instead. We also didn't think a sperb breakfast would only be a continental breakfast. we asked the motel operator if we could cancel and they said i had to check with Booking. i called Booking and was told it was up to the motel owners and that Booking would send an email to ask. after 1.5 days Booking told me the motel owner was not responding. when we checked out, i asked the motel owner why they never responded to Booking. They assured me they never recieved any email from Booking. When they explained that the room was automatically paid for from Booking, it made sense that the motel owner was telling the truth and Booking was lying to me. they could not have refunded my money even if they wanted to. So, the way i see it, Booking was responsible for refunding the money, not the motel

Staff was super nice and helpful, good room, comfortable beds.

Clean, well maintained, renovated, good beds and pillows, good layout, good location, easy parking, super friendly staff that was very helpful and cheerful.

Clean and a great value

The staff was very kind and helpful. They let us leave vehicle for the day even though we weren't staying there that night. We were able to pick it up after a day of skiing. It was clean a very good value.

Great place! Would recommend.

Very clean, very comfortable

Breakfast was a little underwhelming; ran out of butter one day and bagels the next, but other food was available. Lounge area could use more chairs and tables without the sofa.

Outdated motel with a fresh coat of paint. The food is very limited and should not be advertised as breakfast included.

Charming place

Destination Inn is a pretty charming hotel. It is very neat and clean. The room is decorated very nicely. We stayed there only one night, and we overall enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was fine, not amazing, but provided a good start of the day.

The bathroom is freezing. The little warmer provided doesn't do the trick of warming anything but your face when you're near the sink. I was also startled to be asked at check-in to keep the temperature in the room at 16°C. Sorry but to each their own tolerance to temperature and 16 is way too cold for me...

Great stay and cost value

Great Location, near to restaurants and other facilities. Owners are very nice and rooms seem to be renovated, looks and feel cozy. Good but simple breakfast.

Could have more pillows. Mattress was too soft and worn

Quand on arrive on se demande pourquoi, mais dès le premier contact tout est formidable, les chambres rénovées le petit déjeuner que l’on se prépare soi-même lieu de magnifiques partage. Et la propriétaire tellement avenante. La belle découverte de nos vacances

Lovely getaway spot with a modern but cozy retro vibe

A very welcoming staff and lovely room with homey touches made it feel less like a motel room and more like an apartment. Loved the common room for breakfast which was quite good with fresh fruit, toast, cereals, muffins and really decent coffee:) Also the outdoor lounging space was a great spot for sitting. Both the common room and outdoor deck are conducive to meeting people and making the stay feel inviting and comfortable.

A couple of more pillows on the bed would be preferable.

Everything a smaller independent hotel should be - great staff, clean, well equipped and comfortable

Well appointed rooms that were clean. Kitchenette well equipped. Very kind staff who even locked up our bikes for a day or two while we were in the back country. Easy check in and out. Really great place to stay

A bit more water pressure in the shower would have been nice but would represent a very minor grumble on my part.

Frühstück ist ein Witz. Ein Raum mit einem alten Tisch, ein paar Stühlen und einer Küchenzeile. Nur das absolut Notwendigste zum Frühstück. Das Geschirr muss man nach der Nutzung selber spülen. Frühstück nur von 9 bis 11 Uhr. Überall hängen Zettel mit abstrusen Regeln, den Zettel aus dem Zimmer füge ich bei. Jugendherbergsniveau, geht gar nicht. Ich mache zukünftig einen großen Bogen um das Desrination Inn

Friendly hosts, a great shower and good amenities, we would stay there again.

Rooftop lounge was a nice touch as was the breakfast area and the food provided. The room was very clean, modern decor and had good lighting. The room had a small kitchen area and a microwave with two place settings provided. This would make it nice for a longer stay.

My only complaint really was after turning on the room air conditioner I could smell stale cigarette smoke even though the rooms are designated as non-smoking. As it was cooling down outside this wasn't an issue for us but might have been during the heat of the following day had we stayed longer.

Perfect Place in Radium!

The property was incredible! Immaculate room with all the necessities. Wonderful beds, beautiful bathroom. Lovely finishing touches like continental breakfast every morning, and coffee, tea and cookies in room.

I have no complaints or wishes for changes to this property. The owners are attentive to your every need, and so very friendly and hospitable. Can't wait to come back!

It had everything we needed, was clean and very central. We'd stay again. The temporary caretakers were very lovely.

Because the owners were away (family loss), the breakfast wasn't included, but we weren't notified of that. I understand, and it would have been nice to know, as it was listed on Booking.com as breakfast included and was part of why we picked it.
