Best hotel experience ever! Charles & his team are professional & friendly. They go over and beyond!

Customer service was the best we’ve had in East Africa, and we travel often! The facilities were fantastic, room service was frequent, chef was awesome and communication was the best we’ve ever experienced. As of Jan 2024, the drive to Prime Nomads seems a bit rocky and out of the way, and when you arrive you can see a tall building that is being worked on… the rooms are behind the tall building so don’t let the roads there or the tall incomplete building confuse you. THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!

Nothing. Best experience at a hotel/apartment in East Africa. Any suggestion we had was addressed (discussed construction ideas). Some areas of the compound are under construction, but we are excited to come back and see it complete!

Beautifully and spaciously designed apartments, and friendly service from staff!

The spaciousness of the apartment, the cleanliness and the ease to book an affordable driver from the reception.

There could have been more options for breakfast e.g. pancakes, french toast, fruit salad, mandazi etc.

Amazing!!

The host was nothing short of amazing, I coordinated everything from Nairobi and my colleagues were able to get exceptional service from him. He was on top with communication as well as taking care of them as it partains to settling in and sorted them with where to get meals as they had arrived quite late from Nairobi. I would highly recommend the place and will for sure be back to experience personally, the photos for sure gave me FOMO 😊😊

well worth every penny spent and more

excellent and attentive staff. Very willing to help, direct, offer recommendations and make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Breakfast was excellent, very quiet and peacefull scene.

This is outside of the hotel's control but the road leading to the location was quite a challenge for a low riding car like we had. Not a must but an SUV may be more suitable especially if it rains.

A real gem of a place that I will definitely recommend to business travellers

I loves the serene environment, it was extremely quiet and peaceful thus allowing comfortable rest for the weary business traveller. Charles the host was very friendly and accomodating to all of my requirements and made me feel very welcome

The access road to the house is rocky and I therefore could not reach the residence with the low car taxi (Suzuki Alto) that I had hired from the airport. I would suggest that visitors be advised of this so as not to use such small vehicles

the place is perfect and I will always recommend the place for anybody again and again am soo humbled to be in PRIME NOMADS am a very happy client very conducive environment and privacy of the highest order.

I liked everything in this place and pray that the roads will be improved which is not PRIME NOMADS Responsibility. was soo impressed by security here breakfast was a big surprise never witnessed before.

Tranquil..Enjoyable and lovely .

My stay at prime Nomads was wonderful. It’s located on a peaceful area. It was a tranquil time for me and my partner to rest and break away from our busy schedules. The check in was pretty much quick as everything was already prepared before our arrival. Charles took us through everything in the apartment and ensured we had everything needed. The staff members were also very kind and helpful. The morning breakfast came in In in a timely manner. I will surely be staying here whenever I will be in kisumu.

Home away from home

I have stayed at dozen of hotels in Kisumu. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Thank you so much.
