Very nice view of the bay and city center.

Location on a hill with free parking nearby. Very nice view of the bay and city center. breakfast served in a very good location by the pool. Possibility to order meals with delivery to the terrace located on the roof. Possibility of late check-out.

Little gem

Nice breakfast, big room. Close to city centre. They accommodated us when we arrived early. Close to the bus station. Excellent view from the apartment

Close to ferry pier

Location was close to the ferry pier, 20 min walking distance. Sea view is ok

Location was far from restaurants and shops, and there was a steep hill to reach it. The hotel room was basic and a bit dated, but for one night it is fine

Recommended stay in Kushadasi

Modern, spacious, and more importantly clean rooms. View from our windows was spectacular. The whole Kushadasi was clearly visible. Staff were polite and friendly. Separate thanks for Gül, a lady in reception!) Breakfast was fresh, and good variety of foods.

This hotel was spotless the staff were all so helpful and polite we couldn't fault them it is in a quiet location but has everything you need if you like a quiet holiday taxi ride to ladies beach or centrum 50 tl and dolmus at the end of a 5 minute walk

We would have preferred to be more central with music and a bar in the hotel

comfortable bed friendly and professional girl that works @ 1st shift good breakfast spacious apartments clean area in the midde of Kusadasi - good location

constant noise, doors shouting and closing (hey, maybe it depends on the room...) walking and walking uphill and downhill - but on the other hand - "quiet area" of the town overall not sure if this place is suitable for relax - if busy with people

Superb

The biggest room and the best value for money of my journey. Outstanding view on Kusadasi and the coast, very clean, comfortable and provided with everything you may need also for longer stays. The price of an avarage/low budget hotel with some extras of a 4 stars.

Bathroom is as tiny and old as the room is big and cozy. Some details may need a renovation.

Excellent value for money.

The room was far bigger than we expected with sea views on 2 sides. Bathroom was a little on the smalll side but perfectly adequate for our stay. Reception staff, Gul & Esta were so helpful.

Very good

Suits were spacious and clean. Airconditioning was new and powerfull. The view to the sea is perfect. Both girls at reception (Gul and the other girl) were friendly and helpful. Location is between the city center and the famous ladies beach (each about 15-20 minutes walk).

Breakfast was too basic. The options were very limited. I literally only enjoyed watermelon, eggs and tea. Location is on the top of the hill so if you are going back from city center or the beach to the hotel, you have to climb an slightly difficult slope. For me it was ok, but if you are not fit enough or for elderly without car, it would be difficult. Pool is beautiful, but because it does only receive direct sunlight for only few hours a day, it is not warm.

I liked the view of my room

I got exactly the room with a beautiful view of the see. The wifi was slow on my level

The breakfast was the same every day and it would be good to have a variety of fruits, cereals, etc. The property is on top of a hill , so it’s a bit difficult to walk up and down hills

Very comfortable rooms, all amenities present.

We booked the suites. The air conditioner was in the living area with sofa cum bed. The bedroom had window only, no airconditioner. Keeping the window open helped, otherwise it would have been quite warm.

The size of the apartment, the refrigerator, the extra large bed, the kettle. The egg in the breakfast.

The lighting was bad, the bathroom was very small, you could not sit straight on the toilet, only sideways, because there was too little place in front. There was no sea view, like on the pictures, this is why we picked this place, even if it was on the hill. :( We had the room on the 3rd floor. The breakfast was poor.
