Great location for Snowdon with stunning scenery….decor and utilities a little tired.

Great location and stunning views particularly from the balcony. The host was great and very responsive to initial queries👍

House is a little tired and could benefit from some minor improvements….would also benefit from a welcome book with instructions for things like heating, WiFi, etc

Great location, accommodation is basic but decent value

Fantastic location for hiking, nice balcony with view over lake and great living space.

Property smelled damp and wasn’t very clean. Overall a bit basic and could do with some updating and beds were not comfortable.

Good loccation

The loccation was perfect for the Llanberis path and Llyn Padarn, both being within less than 5 minutes walk away.

It's a shame the owner hasn't read and taken note of previous reviews and acted upon them. So much potential for this property but it's upkeep is needing a lot of attention, particularly the dining chairs, sofa and balcony. The outdoor balcony has such a wonderful view it's a shame it wasn't more looked after to make it a great spot for a drink and chill. Directions and signage to the property would also be beneficial

Location. Size of the rooms. Kitchen and facilities.

No hand wash provided in one of the bathrooms. Bathroom locks. Extremely uncomfortable mattress in double bed. Other mattresses OK.

For the price this property is a very good deal and perfect for a family/large group stay.

An ideal property for travelling with a baby/children. Perfect location for Snowdon & Zip World.

Could use a little TLC with furnishings and finishes (floorboard missing in kitchen and water-stain on ceiling etc)

Great group base for Snowdon.

Great location for using as a base to hike Snowdon. Excellent communication from the owner. House was spotless and wonderfully warm on a cold day.

We were a group but there weren't seven table chairs, cutlery or mugs for all of us. Exterior front door light wasn't working. Remember the house is in Llanberis as the GPS takes you somewhere outside the town.

Great property for up to 6/7 people in Llanberis

We were a group of 6 seeking accommodation for the weekend whilst climbing Snowdon. The location of the accommodation suited us perfectly, just off the main street in Llanberis. The 3 rooms , 2 x twin bed and 1 with a double and a single bed are situated on ground level with a shower/toilet room. Upstairs there is a spacious open plan living and dining area with a modern kitchen with island. There is a good size balcony offering lovely views across a lake to the mountains. There is also a bathroom with bath/ shower and toilet. We would definitely stay there again.

Good for purpose but would say it’s a bit overpriced, if you’re paying those prices you would expect

Great views over the lake.

Sadly the whole place place needs a little tlc, obviously not much being put back into upkeep, tatty old bookcase just abandoned on decking, none of the outside lights were working and windows could certainly do with a good clean.

Excellent service and beautiful view from the balcony

Excellent location and services was given by ruth. House was very clean and and airy. Very close to the padarn lake and mountain railway is five minutes of walk.

There was no locks on bedroom doors and bathroom doors. There wasn't an iron and ironing board. And there wasn't any mops or brushes to clean the rooms incase you spill something. Freezer wasn't working however I wasn't going to use it anyway.

Lovely location but unfortunately poor facilities

It was situated in a lovely area with beautiful views

There were cobwebs everywhere and plenty spiders too. The carpet on the stairs was loose which caused my younger cousin to fall down the stairs. The entrance to the property is hidden and not well advertised. There should be a picture of it on the website for customers to see. The lounge TV is tiny. There’s a horrible damp smell when entering the house. It would have been nice if there was a welcome pack, with WiFi code and things to do in the area.

Perfect location to explore Snowdonia and North Wales coast.

The property provided all the comfort of home,The property is so well maintained and spot on. We enjoyed evening walks along the lake opposite and loved waking up to the fabulous view. Perfect location to explore Snowdonia and North Wales coast.

Brilliant value for a big group, perfect location 10 mins walk from the foot of Snowdon trail.

Just perfect

Amazing place, the pictures do no justice, but I promise the place is amazing!! A group of 7 of us stayed, it was in a great location easy to access pubs and shops and more importantly it’s on the doorstep of snowdon 😄 the llanberis path leads you directly on the street where apartment is, we however done the pyg track, we ordered a taxi from apartment to the trail and come down llanberis path once finished, the host/owner was lovely and very good with communication, she went above and beyond for us, honestly the best experience I’ve ever had with apartment booking! The cleaner that arrived on our leave was also very kind and friendly! It’s a perfect score from is swindon boys 🙌🏽😀 many thanks for having us.

Everything was perfect. Spacious, clean and property owner was very friendly, communication and very helpful.

Nothing everything was perfect, just that the accommodation was too big just for a couple.
