Great. Would definitely use again on my next trip to Crawley.

Great location, 20mins walk to town centre or the theatre. Very clean and comfortable. Great for a couple of nights away.

This place could have been lovely if it was as the photos. Needs a total refurb

The only good things about this place is the Wi-Fi, location to town centre and road and rail network

The place on arrival was not as the photos advertised at all. The decking was shabby and badly maintained. Opaque film across all windows was torn and mouldy. On opening the door to the suite we were bombarded with stale grease and cooking smells, it took us 3 hours of airing to make it tolerable, but once you shut the doors the smell started to build. The old sprung mattress on the bed was like sleeping on a sack of potatoes. The cleaning was poor, smeared mirrors, greasy plug sockets and mould on window frames. An abundance of trip and fire hazards abound. Plug socket directly above hob, trailing extension wires, no PAT testing on any appliance, trailing curtains. Holes in walls and poor polyfilla attempts festoon the place. The shower was primitive but adequate, however a non slip shower mat would be advisable.

It had everything we needed for our stay. Close to where my daughter and her family were staying and for the venue of her wedding reception

The lorries going past the back of the property at night. There was a sharp bit on the bed that kept catching our legs

Pleasant stay!

It was very cosy place, easy to access, the host was good communicating and giving the right instruction, tiny but well accommodated, good looking and served the purpose! I would return if had to spend a night overall was pleasant!

I'm a bit fussy about mattresses and this one wasn't the best for me, cleanliness was missing but we communicated that to the host, specially the toilet the mugs we can understand...also there's a bit of a busy road just behind and we could hear the cars but I didn't sleep very well so might have been me... my wife on the hand other slept well!

Phone ahead so you can get in.

Having a selection of toiletries in the shower and a choice of hand washes was greatly appreciated. I liked being able to direct the water where I wanted it instead of being under a fixed head, and the water warmed up quickly. The bed was very comfortable.

It was an unwelcome surprise to discover after booking that the terms meant they could take £100 per night as a damage deposit, although they didn't actually do so. House rules stating we are not allowed to eat or drink in the bedroom, then providing a fridge, microwave, kettle, and mugs was rather a contradiction as eating in the en-suite is not very hygienic, and eating outside is only an option when it is not raining. Cheaper places provide milk, tea, and coffee, but there was none of that here. It is a good job I phoned before leaving home as access is via security codes, and the promised email with these codes never came, while the text message I asked them to send arrived over an hour after I did.
