The staff were wonderful, the position of the room was exceptional with beach out front. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

The friendliest staff and best view, perfected with the cooled pool and sun bed area in the shade. Perfect location close to restaurants and the beach, super simple place by the road but really tasty food at Warung Mekar next door for example! Pool towels provided and possibility to borrow sit-on-top-kayak for free. We really liked the breakfast actually! Either they've improved it or the other guest were too picky(?). We appreciated the home-made-style white bread instead of regular plain/sugary white toast bread. Avocado toast was good! Booked transport via the hotel for fair price and good service.
Not a complaint nor a deal breaker for us, but be aware that the twin bed room in the back near the street comes with some traffic noise if you're sensitive to sounds.

on the beach snd next to quite a few nice earrings.
swimming pool was great and snorkelling just outside the property
Anything was great but Monday snd Friday nights there is very loud live music at next doors beach club. Not the properties fault but something to be aware off.

Possibly the best view of the mighty Gunung Agung volcano which I saw erupt in Amed back in 2019.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. They organised a taxi for me. The breakfast was very nice too. The view from my shower over Gunung Agung was a nice touch. The sea was on your doorstep and the sunrise was amazing from the hotel roof. Highly recommend this lovely hotel.
Nothing!

Spectacular views from the first floor rooms and from the rooftop area. Awesome snorkelling right in front of the property. Room was clean and spacious and comfortable. Staff were all so lovely and helpful. Breakfast was great. Loads of warungs within walking distance of the villa all serving fantastic freshly cooked meals. Absolutely loved our stay here!
Nothing at all.

View from Panorama 1: volcano, sunrise and sunset! Large room and bathroom. Breakfast brought to room at whatever time you like. Staff so happy and helpful. Area . Beachfront warungs in walking distance. Snorkelling straight out from beach. Need water shoes though.
Proximity of power points. Kettle had to be plugged in on bedside table. Lighting in bathroom.

Absolutely love this place and will definitely stay here again. Perfect
Finding decent food near by. Was hit and miss. One day it would be good next day bad in restaurant next door. Waiting on refund from property for 2nd booking that had to be cancelled.

We were a family booking 3 rooms. What a fantastic location, went snorkelling just 20 meters from our room and what wonderful views. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We walked everywhere. Would totally recommend. We will be back.
One night, which I think was an important religious day, the restaurant next door had very loud music. However, the staff warned us and it stopped about 11pm. So, wasnt a big deal.

Great location, walkable to most of the stuff in the area. Beach front too.

Room was big and aircon was good.
Rooms could do with some noise protection from the road. Easy to get woken up by a scooter

The villa itself was awesome.
Diving through the USS Liberty at Tulamben was the highlight of the area.
We could have planned better and avoid December as the rainy month. The is great snorkeling right in front of the villa, but the visibility was not good. We went to Japanese Shipwreck instead, there the visibility was good, although quite a lot of garbage in the water.

From the owner - David - to the every member of the staff, just amazing hospitality! Everyone was incredibly polite and caring. The room was spacious, the A/C worked great, the lighting was perfect. The shower (hot rain shower) and bathroom was awesome!
The outdoor sitting area, with panoramic views of the ocean and volcano and the general surrounding scenery is just breathtaking!
It would be great if they can add a couple of Wifi extensions, internet didn't really work in the room...you had to sit in the outdoor area to work (which is not an issue cause its beautiful outside) but if you wanted to be lazy and be in bed and work with the view.

We stayed for one night, just to get the vibe of Amed and really liked it. This hotel is in a great location, with a lovely rooftop terrace. It's a small place, but well finished. It's not villas but a small L-shaped hotel with rooms on the ground and first floor, with an open terrace on the roof. We stayed in one of two rooms on the ground floor - it looked over the pool and the front sliding doors were the source of natural light. It was big, and very nice with the usual marble floors. The other room was probably more what I'd choose - it was set more forwards with sliding doors as well but also had a window overlooking the pool. In fact I'd choose either of the front rooms on the first floor - they were more private and the one with two windows would have a great view of Agung. There was another room on the first floor but it was tucked at the back and didn't look to have a view.
Big bathroom with lots of bench space and a walk in shower. It was totally private but open on one side from about 6 feet up. Good cupboard space. King sized bed and plenty of floor space for bags, gear etc.
Breakfast was fine, server outside your room. No restaurant.
Snorkelling gear was provided free and you can go straight into the water out the front. It's not pristine reef but some nice fish and good to get your confidence. I'd get a local boat out next time I go, just to see a bit more.
The hotel is well located, near eateries and and the southern end of the very long beach. Whole beachfront has hotels and restaturants stretching up north.
Pool was small but very refreshing. It didn’t get too much sun, the sunbaking lounges are under a pergola so not so much for sunbaking, but it was red-hot anyway so it was nice to catch the breeze there.
The rooftop terrace is fabulous for sunrise and sunset.
Ground floor room was nice but lacked a bit in privacy. Hairdryer was not the greatest, like every other hotel hairdryer. The bar next door had loud music playing till quite late (for Amed) which kind of spoiled the peace. But they had nice food.

it would have been nice to have a privacy screen between our outdoor area and the pool, it felt a bit public

Amazing view on the volcano, close to the main street of Amed (convenient for restaurants and shops) and just in front of the beach where we saw two wild turtles !

We loved our stay in Amed Beach Villa!! The location with the view on the volcano and beach is stunning. From early morning till sunset it is beautiful, from both the room / balcony as rooftop. The room is very spacious and nicely decorated. The bed was really big and comfortable and the table on the balcony perfect for breakfast. The staff is also very friendly and hospitable. They helped us to arrange a driver a few times who spoke very well English and drove very safe. We used the driver to just go to a Warung in the area but also to drive us to Ubud, which was our next stay and we were able to have a couple of nice stops on the way.
We stayed here with a baby (9 months) and that was also very enjoyable. We also really liked the pool. It is not big but all you need, good temperature of the water and with a view on the beach. It is a small hotel with only 5 (?) rooms so the service is very personal and sufficient beds at the pool. We also went snorkeling in front of the hotel (right at the beach) which was beautiful, any colourful fish and we borrowed the snorkeling gear from the hotel. We really enjoyed the laid back vibe in Amed, the beautiful views, very friendly people and delicious food.
