Unorganised. Disappointed.

The staff were helpful and polite.

Upon arrival my room wasn't cleaned, it smelt and I had to wait an hour for it to be ready. The facility's were terrible. Nothing was clean. Won't be staying there again.

The restoration to restore with consideration to the building heritage is really nicely done. Best location, friendly staff, value for money and a warm comfy bed.

Lovely central location and very affordable accomodation

Lovely stay. Our room was cosy with an electric blanket. Sadly kids didn't discover their electric blankets so they were a bit chilly. Pub was fabulous and lovely fire going and excellent singer as part of the jazz fest.

Our room was opposite the shared bathroom, and every time the hall light went on, it shone into the room. The owners had tried to put cardboard over the window above the door, but maybe covering the whole window would be best - not a big deal (only mentioning because of the box asking what we didn't like), and the place was fabulous for the price.

Squeaky floor near our door. Walking to the shared toilet during the night was awkward because of the floor.

Nothing

Everything. The room was filthy. There was God knows what smeared on the walls. It was smaller than a prison cell. I had to sleep in the car. It was just awful. Disgusting please don't recommend this pub.

Disappointing

Affordable and centric place.

The room where we stayed shared a window with a room that belonged to the pub. 10s of drunk people stayed around screaming and playing from 6pm untill 11pm or something. It was like sleeping in a pub! I honestly don't understand how somebody could rent out a room like that. Poor heating system went off at night leaving the room at 10deg during the night. Room was tiny with some junk forniture. All in all acceptable but not great.
