Sencillamente maravillosa y recomendable

La ubicación, instalaciones y sobre todo la amabilidad y atención del personal. Siempre atentos para que nuestra estancia fuera agradable y cómoda.

Las comidas son muy típicas y locales. Los adolescentes y niños tienen más dificultades para aceptar esos contrastes de especias. Los adultos estamos más abiertos a conocer y experimentar con sabores nuevos. Eché de menos que hubiera un menú paralelo para ellos. De todas formas para aquellos que les gustan los sabores marroquíes es maravillosa. A mí y a mi mujer nos ha encantado. Cocinan con mucho gusto.

Bon emplacement avec bon accueil mais insonorisation à revoir

L’insonorisation n’est pas optimale surtout sur les chambres du Rdc, l’accueil étant juste à côté nous entendons les bruits des allers venues jusqu’à minuit. Par ailleurs la lumière de l’entrée se reflète dans les vitraux de la chambre ce qui ne permet pas d’être dans le noir.

Wir hatten ein großes Glück, 5 Nächte in diesem Hotel bzw. Riad verbringen zu dürfen. Von Anfang an und bis zum Ende unseres Aufenthaltes haben wir uns wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Wir können uns den positiven Bewertungen nur anschließen. Vielen Dank und hoffentlich bis zum nächsten Mal!

We are coming back here!

The staff is fantastic, super courteous, always willing to help despite the time. The Riad is amazing with so much culture and Morocco style. Everything here was perfect. Breakfast which was included was delicious and serve in a majestic way.

Relaxing and great value.

Во-первых, хотелось бы отметить и поблагодарить персонал. Мы добирались до отеля с небольшими приключениями и неприятностями из-за проблем с Гугл картами и поиском парковки. Персонал, что нас встретил, очень сильно переживал и тут же вызвал полицию, помог разобраться и сделал ряд комплиментов. Отдельно хотелось бы отметить качество интерьера. Фактически это аутентичный марокканский дом, где в номерах нет окон на улицу - только во внутренний двор. Вечером подают отличные ужины, а утром завтрак на крыше. Персонал может помочь организовать экскурсию или даже хаммам!

Everything about this property is breathtaking, it’s hard to know where to look as there is so much detail the walls, on the floors , just everything is so beautifully made

Beautiful central Riad in quiet alley, with the best staff!

Breakfast was delicious and there is a beautiful roof terrace. We chose to have dinner there too - which was equally delicious. The beds were extremely comfortable but for those of you after King Size, please not they are doubles. The riad itself is immaculate - really beautiful and individual and located in a quiet little alley not far from the main square (10 mins walk tops). But the icing on the cake was the star - in particular Mohammed was a ray of sunshine every time we saw hime - always smiling and trying to do more to make our stay even better. And Ottman was equally a real credit to this Riad. Highly recommend.

in November it starts to get a little bit fresh in the evenings to eat in the open air, but there are not any spaces completely inside due to it being a Riad with an open courtyard. We found that noise really carried inside the Riad again due to the courtyard type construction...

Great Riad in the middle of Medina in Marakesh

I had the pleasure of staying at Riad La Vie in Marrakech with my family for three nights. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. We were surrounded by care and attention. The Riad itself is decorated with a great attention to detail, and you can immediately feel the Moroccan atmosphere. We hope to return in the future. 10/10 WELL LOCATED RIAD IN MARRAKESH

We liked everything in Ria La Vie, but the best part was the staff, they are so nice, friendly, professional, helpful. Everything we need, they helped us, to exchange money they walked to the Souk with us, with our luggages, with our safety, in general, with everything we needed. A part of that, the Riad is like a family house, small like a boutique hotel, loved the decor, the colours (Very traditional Moroccan style) and is very quite. Location is perfect if you want to stay in the middle of Medica and in the Souks, we did almost everything walking by, also very good restaurants walking distance. We will stay there again in our next Marrakesh trip. 10/10 Thanks Samira and the whole team, you're incredible!

Superb

The entire staff—particularly Achram (really hoping I got his name right)—is INCREDIBLY kind and helpful. They, in addition to the beautiful architecture and design, are the biggest assets to the property. We found the room to be very clean and comfortable—especially the shower! Breakfast was also nicely done. We were ready for a long day of touring, and it was filling and very tasty. Lastly, we appreciated the travel book in our room that listed restaurants we could try along with some excursions they offered. We did the walking tour with Abdul. Though we had a mixup regarding transportation at the start of our stay, they remedied it to our satisfaction by the end. I would recommend staying here for any couple or group. I almost forgot to include how easy it was to get to the road using Google Maps!

Our room was beautiful, however I wish it include a collapsible luggage tray to open suitcases. We didn’t want to place our dirty luggage on the bed, so we used a chair which was a little inconvenient.

Exceptional

Everything was outstanding especially tye cleanliness, each and every corner was extra ordinarily clean. Staff was super nice, helpful and humble. The location was 10/10, close to all the local shops in the market and still no noise. The Riad was super quite. The breakfast was excellent and healthy. They welcomed us with tasty Moroccan tea and biscuits. The staff there Ashraf and I think Assam (don't remember this name exactly) were so nice and friendly. I would definitely go back and recommend it to all.

Nothing there not to like but a feedback that if they change the brown sofas to blue sofas in the lobby then this place will look like a mini palace.

Excellent venue with an outstanding team looking after us

The staff, the venue, the location, everything was superb! Unfortunately my girlfriend suffered from food poisoning for 2 nights but the staff were very caring during that time. They went the extra mile with everything, we were celebrating my girlfriends birthday and they really made it special by surprising her with a cake.

I ordered the hammam spa service however it was not heated, I understood the spa to be heated but it was room temperature/chilly.

Comfy and true moroccan style experience!

Traditional Riad architecture aptly accompanied with modern amenities. The location was great, right in the heart of Median. Staff was very helpful and accommodating!

Internet connection was poor. The rooms were not very spacious, especially with regards to storage spaces (closets, hangers, shelves)

Beautiful Riad, kind staff and great location!

First time in Marrakech with 2 friends. The Riad was beautiful and in a perfect location for 3 young females. The quadruple room was bigger than expected, photos don’t do this place justice. Absolutely loved our stay here and breakfast was delicious - different selection daily! Anything we needed the staff would cater to and were very attentive, such lovely people. Would 100% recommend to anyone! 10/10 would stay here again. Thank you!

The Riad can be a little noisy during nighttime, but this is not a fault of Riad La Vie, it depends on the very nature of the building.

Elegant riad with the kindest staff we have ever met!

The property is elegant and impeccable, but the staff made it 5/5 stars for us. Othman was such a gift. He treated our family like his own and we are eternally grateful.

The quadruple room with 2 bunk beds was tiny, BUT it was priced well and a perfect solution for our family for one night. We hope to return soon and stay longer in one of their larger rooms.

Wonderful Staff :)

First, the property is well located. Second, it is very clean and well organised. Last but not least, the staff is wonderful. They have 3 lovely guys working at the reception. also, they assist with any issue that you may have during your stay. They are supportive and helpful.

Superb - made even better by excellent staff who worked as a team

Excellent service and good filling breakfast - lots of breads but also good omelets and the staff would do anything within their power to help. There were three waiters, Ottman, Laschane and Agaure were quite amazing in their dedication to the job despite it being Ramadan and being no doubt hungry etc they still tried and succeeded to provide service with a smile up and down some very steep steps, time after time. Their English was very good too. The cleaning staff and cook was superb too, almost impossible to fault. Well done Riad La Vie! You have some excellent staff.

A little kettle in the room for cups of black tea would have been nice but thats because I drink a lot of tea.

Very good value & service

Every member of staff was so kind and happy to help in any way possible. From calling us a taxi, to having our breakfast made for us earlier than usual so we could go on a tour, and helping us transfer to next hotel.

Location was amazing. In the heart of the Medina. Everything was very clean and service was perfect.

Sometime it can be noisy at night if you choose the room on the street side with a window.
