Amazing stay everyone helpful and friendly lovely hotel our daughter there for a month at NYFA and feel happy she is in

The proximity of the hotel to what we wanted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff it was clean,quiet in a nice safe area

La ubicación era excelente. En una zona tranquila pero segura para viajar en familia y genial para visitar las atracciones turísticas

Es un apartamento con una cocina pequeñita, aunque tienen una cocina compartida, sin zona comedor. El sofá-cama cómodo. La limpieza mejorable pero es un apartamento industrial que es difícil que este impecable. La ducha práctica pero poca luz en el baño.

Amazing holiday in NYC

The location is in financial district of nyc, in wall street area lower manhattan. There are 3 subway stations (wall st., broad st., rector st.) and 1 pier (pier 12/wall street) near the property so it's very easy to explore around the city and go to/from JFK airport. The property is walking distance to wtc and 911 memorial fountain, city hall, brooklyn bridge, staten island ferry pier and statue of liberty cruise pier. My room was quite spacious with sofa/foldable wall bed and also complete kitchen such as fridge, microwave, sink and stove. There are common kitchen, open rooftop terrace, gym room and laundry room. The property is clean and well organized, i can keep my luggage in front desk before check in and after check out.

Fantastische locatie om NY te verkennen

Toplocatie. Goede bedden. Vlak bij de metro's en ground zero op loopafstand. Veilige buurt. Leuke eetgelegenheden. Zeer vriendelijk en hulpvaardig personeel.

als ik dan al verbeterpuntje heb is dat een extra stoel (die hebben we uit de gang gehaald) wel prettig was om voor alle personen een gewone stoel te hebben. En de ontbijt-/eetttafel zat qua hoge krukken wat lastig.

Parfait pour un séjour en famille

Le logement (1 chambre gastronomique) était parfaitement adapté à un séjour en famille avec 2 enfants. Le coin cuisine avec une grande table et assez de chaises était apprécié pour se poser le soir. La situation est pratique pour visiter à pied le quartier de Wall Street, mémorial du 11/9 et départ pour la statue de la Liberté. Le quartier est calme et bien desservi car les stations de métro sont à quelques minutes de marche, et les départs du ferry nyc sont au pied de l'immeuble. Nous avons également apprécié la salle de buanderie qui fait aussi salle de jeux (penser à prendre de la lessive, en feuilles c'est plus pratique) Le personnel est serviable et la réception est ouverte en permanence. Notre logement était propre et spacieux, avec une 2ème petite salle de bain pratique. Beaucoup de rangements sont à disposition. La literie était très bonne, même celle du coin "cabane", que les enfants ont adoré

Juste des petits détails : - le système de chauffage est assez bruyant, heureusement nous avons pu nous en passer grâce aux températures clémentes - il faudrait un peu plus de vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine (exemple : passoire pour les pâtes) - il manque des lampes de chevet dans la chambre, ainsi qu'une lampe dans le salon pour un éclairage plus agréable - la TV n'est pas reliée à l'antenne, dommage nous aurions aimé découvrir les programmes américains pour davantage d'immersion dans notre séjour

Personnel très charmant et serviable. Chambre très propre et pas trop bruyant. Nous avons pu déposer gratuitement nos bagages avant de prendre notre chambre et les laisser dans l'hôtel jusqu'au début d'après-midi à notre départ, ce qui était très pratique et appréciable. L'hôtel est très bien situé dans le quartier de wall street, a 2 pas des quais de l'East river et sa vue magnifique sur le pont de Brooklyn.

Prostorné studio, hezky vybavené. Pohodlné postele. Vše čisté. Byli jsme maximálně spokojeni. Ubytování je v super klidném místě a perfektní jako výchozí bod. Toto ubytování nám návštěvu New Yorku velice zpříjemnilo.

A great place for a reunion of friends

Great location. The living area in our 2 brm apartment was very comfortable, light and bright. Perfect for 2 couples wanting to socialise but also having the privacy of our own bedrooms and bathrooms. Fab views, friendly helpful staff, we were very happy with our choice to stay there. It was great value for money!

A few little niggles, the privacy screen slats on our room were broken but we covered the window with spare towels. There were no teaspoons. A French press would have been nice. At times noise from other guests was carried through the service ducts, but generally it was quiet.

Great stay at Placemakr!

The location was perfect: near Wall Street Subway Station. Great view. The unit was big with great living spaces.

It would have been great to have some additional tools in the kitchen: a toaster would have been great. We rented the unit with a full kitchen especially to be able to cook our breakfast in the morning because we had three kids with us. With no toaster, it wasn't the best. Also, we would have liked to have a strainer and a sheet pan. Just some little things that would have make our stay even better.

Un séjour dans un lieu idéalement situé et sécurisé

Nous avons apprécié le lieu du logement, le calme, et le fait que le logement correspondait au descriptif. Tous les services mis à disposition: salle de sport, machines à laver et sèche linge. Les cuisines communes sont un lieu d'échange et mieux équipées que celles dans nos chambres, on pouvait donc choisir entre les 2 en fonction de notre humeur Le concept de l'appart hotel est très bien pensé!!

Un petit bémol, il y a certe une télévision mais c'est juste un écran! Sans abonnement on n'accède qu'à quelques replay en soit je n'en avais pas besoin mais si j'ai le temps j'aime regardé quelques infos pour m'imprégner du contexte de mon lieux de visite. Ensuite il manque une passoire pour ceux qui se cuisinent des pâtes :-)

Great mini-apartments alternative to standard hotel with great financial district location.

Front desk staff were some of the friendliest I've encountered in NYC! The rooms are spacious by NYC standards with thoughtful layouts with kitchenettes and lots of storage. There were also common kitchens, a laundry/game room, and spacious lobby.

The furnishings are getting quite worn. Lighting was poor in parts of the room and oddly not outlets by the beds - very much against the "We Work" vibe they otherwise seem to be going for. The app for submitting your information prior to arrival was annoying and glitchy.

Sinta-se em Nova Iorque como se estive-se na sua casa: hospeda-se na Placemakr Wall Street

As instalações são muito boas e o pessoal muito atencioso. O local, centro financeiro, bem seguro e com vários restaurantes e meios de transportes. A calefação é muito boa. O espaço do apartamento, muito bom, nos atendeu plenamente, assim como a cozinha.

Como somos brasileiros, a cozinha não tinha torradeira ou sanduicheira, bem como uma cafeteira, dificultando fazermos o nosso café da manhã ou mesmo um lanche. Creio que isso é que faltou na cozinha.

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage in der Wall Street. Ein 24h geöffnetes Gym mit einer brauchbaren Austattung. Eine große Gemeinschaftsküche und Waschsalon der kostenfrei genutzt werden kann.

Es gab nichts auszusetzen.

Nice Room in Wall street with kitchnette and good hotel facilities

Great location. Close to subway at Wall St. and Fulton St. Practical access from JFK airport by A line. Nice apartment. Cozy for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. Nice facilities that can make your stay in NY more affordable. Fast wifi.

The AC was pretty noisy and we needed to have it on to warm up the room.

Emplacement idéal dans Manhattan, équipements d’un véritable studio, wifi parfait, propreté.

Peu d’explications ou de documents dans le studio sur l’utilisation des équipements : canapé lit dépliant, TV… demandez à la réception dès le check-in surtout pour les codes Wifi, le cast pour les applications Apple TV…

Toller Aufenthalt in New York und tolle Unterkunft

Der Aufenthalt bei Placemakr Wall Street hat uns sehr gut gefallen ☺️ Die Zimmer sind sauber und die Ausstattung vollkommen ausreichend. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut an der Wallstreet und das Personal war überdurchschnittlich freundlich. Ich würde die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Das Fenster geht nicht richtig auf und es ist auch nicht komplett dicht, sodass es immer minimal zieht und man nicht lüften kann. Das ist aber auch wirklich ein minimales Problem.

Expensive but worth it for 4 people.

The apartment was fabulous. VERY spacious, loved the toiletries in the bathroom. I also loved all the cool common spaces. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the bed in the little nook.

We weren't able to use the breakfast vouchers given to us at check in because the little coffee shop was always closed-or at least closed when we tried to go.
