Excellent Place to stay

First of all one great thank you towards all the staff: from the receptionists/ cleaning and concierge staff. The hotel is an modern oase of relaxation amids the buss and life in the heart of Marrakech.

Chegamos ao local e tivemos que trocar euros pela moeda local, pois o hotel não aceitava nem euro nem pagamento com cart

It was OK for one night

It was very close to the main square in old town and since we were only staying one night it was an excellent

There is no soundproofing, you can hear everybody and everything which meant it was difficult to sleep. The attached building is crumbling away so that made us a bit nervous

Perfecto calidad -precio

En relación a la calidad -precio el hotel está bastante bien, el personal muy amable, el trato genial. limpian constantemente los baños ya que al ser compartidos se ensucian rápido. La ubicación es perfecta, está a dos minutos literal de la plaza Jemaa el fna y de la calle de tiendas, perfecto para subir a la habitación en cualquier momento. Terraza en la azotea muy bonita se puede disfrutar de las vistas de Marrakech y tender tu ropa. Recomendable.

Quizás los colchones se podrían mejorar ya que están un poco hundidos y las almohadas son muy duras y altas. Los demás huéspedes se les escucha subir por las escaleras del patio a altas horas de la madrugada y es un poco molesto.

No alojarse en este hotel - Riad

No me gusto trato del empleado cuando llegue. En la página decia un precio y luego tuve que volver a pagar y como eran mas de las 23 hs no tuve opción

Baño y ducha separados, pobre la instalación. Cama y almohada durisima. Malísima experiencia. No la recomiendo

ottimo per stare una massima due notti. letti comodi, stanza piccolina ma per l'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo è perfetto la posizione a 1 minuto dalla piazza Jaam El Fna.

camera umida e fredda, forse troppo... però se si deve stare di più non è il meglio. bagno con tutto il pavimento bagnato...

Un joli riad au plein centre bon rapport qualité/prix

J'aime beaucoup aimé le personnel qui était très gentil et accueillant. Le lit était plutôt confortable, la serviette et couette était fournies.

Le débit de l'eau de douche n'était pas satisfaisant.

Cheap and cheerful Riad

Of course I have stayed in better Riads in Morocco, but for the price I paid, I can't fault it too much. My room had two beds, a clothes rack, a window, a nightstand and a small sink with a mirror, all very basic but clean in general, I only found a couple of hairs on my sheets but I understand that this may be from the cleaning girls. They also gave me towels. I always found the shared bathroom and shared shower on the ground floor in good condition, and I never had problems with hot water. What I would like to mention and highlight is the kindness of the guys at the Reception, Mohamed and the night receptionist (I'm sorry I don't remember his name but it was something like Rachid or Hamid?), both very friendly, always willing to help, and extremely welcoming! In short, good value for money for the area, I would definitely recommend it for anyone who needs a simple place to sleep in the heart of Marrakesh.

In my opinion, yes, the sink is tiny, and it would also be nice to have a small closet or hangers to hang clothes. I agree with other opinions about the temperature of the rooms at night, it was very cold, but in my case, having two beds, I was able to use the two blankets and thank goodness, because I needed them. In 5 nights, I did not notice that my room was cleaned, a rather negative point for me. It would be great if they also offered breakfast, even if it was basic, like most accommodations in the area.

Pica presión en la ducha sobre todo en la mañana cuando más personas están usando otros baños. La luz del pasillo/baño nos molestaba ya que daba a la habitación. Poco trabajo en la insonorización. Camas muy ruidosas y antiguas.

La actitud chulesca del encargado de recepción. Desagradable y antipático. Esto no tiene nada q ver con el precio del hotel, ya q al ser económico no te puedes esperar lujos de higiene y confort como puede ser la limpieza de los baños o el funcionamiento del agua, q sencillamente es inexistente

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. W porządku,żeby zatrzymać się na 1 noc, przed dalsza podróżą. Do tego na duzy plus lokalizacja w samym centrum! Cena adekwatna do jakości.

Słuchać wszytko co się dzieje na korytarzu, więc zdecydowanie nie polecam osobom, które mają problemy ze snem.

Fajna budżetowa opcja w samym centrum

Świetnie zlokalizowane miejsce! W cichej uliczce, kilka kroków od głównego placu i bardzo blisko zabytków. Wszystko zgodne z opisem :) To fajna budżetowa opcja na spędzenie czasu w Marrakeszu, byliśmy tutaj cztery noce i wszystko było super. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna, chętnie pomagali i odpowiadali na wszystkie pytania :)

W pokojach mogłaby być większa ilość działających gniazdek elektrycznych, przy trzech osobach był trochę problem z ładowaniem telefonów :)

Buena ubicacion, bastante limpio y el personal muy buena gente, te ayudan en lo que necesites, el sitio es bastante tranquilo, y a un minuto de la plaza principal

As a Moroccan I çan say that The service was wonderful and the receptionist are extra kind and helpful, the room was clean. No streets noise and the small market (lhanout) haha is just in front of the hotel. I will always book in this hotel whenever I go to Marrakesh
